Ordered a takeaway this evening and it was AMAZING! The food quality was fantastic and very good value for money. Will definitely be ordering again and may be our new favourite!

Should have left this review weeks ago! I ordered for collection & when we got home realised 2 items out the order was missing, they rang me to say they had forgot to put it in my bag and they would deliver it immediately! No other takeaway place I know of would have ever had done this. Always so nice when we go in & when we have a delivery food is always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ never have had a bad meal! Genuinely care about their customers here :)

So we ordered meal deal , pizza freshly cooked I had pizza 3 as love spicy food and my girlfriend made her own with a garlic base so nice . I would say this is one of the best pizzeria in south Bristol definitely beats having a domino’s !!!!! Not greasy freshly cooked !.. haven’t got photos as ate the pizzas but worth it

Been to Palermo a few times now for takeaway and to eat in. Always good food and a happy atmosphere staff are wonderful always happy and helpful.

Palermo quality is always amazing. Amazing wood oven pizzas, crispy bottom and not too heavy. Salads are a great portion. Overall a really amazing take away. My go to pizza place.

Best fresh tasty food. All homemade fresh food and you can taste it. Best pizza, salad pasta. Don’t forget to try there delicious tiramisu. Always hot, quick free delivery. Always better than any other pizza takeaway/ restaurant.

Ordered cheese garlic bread but got a burnt hard plain garlic bread which was not very nice and had to bin it ! the pasta was lovely and delicious it’s just a shame we paid more for cheese garlic bread and didn’t get it

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional and the kitchen was very clean. We were very impressed by the quality of the pizza’s and will absolutely be returning there to try more on their menu. If the other dishes are as authentic as the pizza’s, they’ll be delicious. As an aside, we were also impressed that they packed the halloumi separate to the salad for the halloumi salad, it’s these small things that take it from good to very good…we can also say, the salad was very good, fresh and lovely dressing. In summary, we thoroughly recommend this place!

Nicest pizza I've had in a while.

It was one of the bad reviews that made me order from here... A mistake they tried to rectify 3 times with a disgruntled customer... Obviously shows great customer service! With not being local, I called to see how I could get delivery to hotel.. again great service. Pizza arrived, before expected, from polite happy delivery driver. Crispy semolina flour base (these guys know pizza), pizza held well, great taste, crispy chunky chips. Better than my local pizza shops up north, will use again next time I'm down. Keep it up lads. Cons for me (personal opinion): More green chilli please, if I order it I like it spicy :) I can always take some off if there are too many. Ketchup not Heinz, I'd pay the extra for Heinz if you had the option. Thanks

Food took 90 minutes from order, arrived cold. Needed to put in the oven. Have had pizza from here before and it’s great, but always collected. M pizza was nice, even though warmed up in oven. Also ordered chocolate cake and has been substituted with carrot cake, which we wouldn’t have order!!! First time being delivered.

Went with my family, and overall, not a great experience. The food was average. Ordered a pasta and mixed basket for starters. Nothing tasted exceptional, it was all okay. Priced high, but tasted average. The pasta sauce was good, but the chicken in the pasta tasted as if it just came out of the fridge after storing it for days. I shared this feedback with the chef and he got very defensive to the extent it was off-putting. It was my first time here, and it will be my last time too.

Great tasting pizza on a stone baked base. No grease dripping down your hand like a particular high street chain... I am getting all my pizza from here in future and a great price.

I really recommend a lanb or chicken burger not had the beef yet but I bet its just as good,friendly staff, everything on the menu is 10/10

Ordered a pizza and they sent the wrong order, sent a second pizza and this was wrong also. I am vegetarian and both pizzas had meat on. Do not recommend this place at all.

Food arrived late and was barley warm pizza was cold and when I received the food the boxes was covered In grease so all the boxes was soggy and falling apart not great only ordered because of the good reviews

Seen some good reviews so I thought let me try this place! Unfortunately didn’t live up to expectations. Pizza was with thick slices of tomato on and super cold ! and the garlic bread was awful was like rubber will not order again with these simple mistakes food shouldn’t be cold!

Probably the best pizza's we've ever had. Head and shoulders above Papa John's & Pizza Hut. Even the vegetarian pizzas are excellent. Good service, decent price and delivery. What's not to like.

Well I must say this is the most delicious restaurant for miles around, our pizzas were cooked absolutely spot on to perfection, and we had some chocolate cake too, which was very tasty. The guys who work in the shop are always super friendly too. So much better than domino’s! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone

Out f'ing standing! I've never had a bad pizza here. It came within less than 20 minutes of ordering which is really great and the delivery driver was very kind. Seriously good pizza, one of the best I've ever had. I'd recommend the Pepperoni, Spicy Sausage and Jalapeño one if you're into your meats and spice! Thanks guys👍
