I ordered my partners mega veggie pizza with added pepperoni, but it came with added pineapple. Quality was as good as ever, but 2 stars knocked off for getting it wrong

order was completly wrong. ordered 2 xl pizzas and was sent 4 smalls instead. I could have accepted this if the pizzas weren't burnt and had bbq sauce instead of tomato

The food was very nice but the chicken wasn’t too good , the chips were some of the best I’ve had and all the food was very hot

Hardly any filling in calzones and was and hour late for delivery

Never had a problem with the food. The delivery charge seems a bit much though as I don't live that far from you. I thought it starts from 2.99 depending on distance

Pls show spice levels on your menu, I saw 1spice thinking pizza was mild spice. Very very spice pizza went in the bin. Gutted as all food usually 5* Quality was good and hot food just too spicy 🥵

Mega Veggie pizza had chillis on it...which is not in the ingredients listed. And i have a chilli allergie. Was not happy this item had been altered without my consent

No regular fries with cheese were delivered with our order which we had ordered with our pizzas. The delivery driver was not helpful and said just phone them.

It was late it was burnt and only 2 dips not 4. Very disappointed can usually rely on you

Rang them twice both times I was told it was on its way, it takes 7 mins to get to mine not 30 mins, not good for 1st time ordering from palermo, don't like being fobbed off !!

Order was wrong. It was ok, we got round it, but the one pizza should have had mushrooms, but had onions instead, and vice versa. It’s been sorted by us, but it could cause issues for allergies etc

Not as good as it used to be, food was late 20minutes but that's not a big deal. Used to be the best kebab in town for me..Quality getting down...Chips in kebab dry&cold&old.. Meat wasn't cooked properly.. But hey ho- hope it will improve....

Pizza toppings where all off the pizzas due to being transported with boxes on side I can only presume, so ended up being build your own

I placed my order around 8:45pm. It was supposed to be delivered between 21:30 and 21:50. I got a message that the order was delivered but delivered to a different address at 21:35. The order was delivered at 23:05 to the correct address. I got very little salad and unfortunately it looks old or leftovers. Your drivers should double check the address.

Sick of ordering and being told 30/40 minutes to be sat 70 minutes later with no delivery! Call to ask where it is is pointless, 3 minutes sir..... 10 later I'm like a dog sat by the door. Happens everytime. I am going to use someone else and not bother again.

Chicken quality need to be improved

Really good, food was as ordered, abd nice and hot. Would be good if could edit specifics when it comes to extra sauce (such as 2 when comes to kebabs) or if only wanting red onion rather than all salad on burgers or kebabs.

Two pizzas ordered. One was completely wrong!

Good is always great from here. Pizzas with cheese stuffed crust perfect. Drinks order spot on. Second time though I’ve ordered ice cream and received the wrong flavour. I like most but they sent the one that I don’t. A phone call if they didn’t have it would have been nice. Can’t fault nothing else. Drivers are always polite and the restaurant is always very good.

Used this company a lot. But tonight I got hit with £5 delivery charge and I’m under a mile away. Most expensive delivery on just eat or Uber eats.

1hr 45mins late, poor customer service. They told me they'd ring me back multiple times and never did. Last time I order from them (regular customer too)

Excellent service, tasty, hot food, fast delivery.

Ordered the 10" Kebab box, which says it comes with mixed meat, salad & sauce. The box was not even half full of meat & the other half was chips. Called the restaurant & was told the picture in the restaurant shows chips. I explained there's no pictures on justeat & that is not what it says on the menu. He told me he will not change it & I should contact Justeat if I have a problem. Chicken poppers were also vile, soggy, mush balls, like they'd been defrosted & warmed up in a microwave.

Food arrived earlier which was a bonus and arrived warm. Only issue was they ignored my instructions to add no onion as it always upsets my stomach. Its not an allergy but I wish I had rang and said how important it was to leave it off. They should of read the message as that's what it's there for. I spent more time trying to dig it out than enjoying my food

Calzone was perfect and mozzarella sticks are amazing

Absolutley terrible service. Ordered at 7.30pm on a Sunday evening and the pizza turned up at 9.15pm after several calls to find out where it was. Questioned the driver and of course he didn't know anything "just a driver" he said. Shocking service. I could have made a pizza in that time. Will not use again.

DID NOT FOLLOW DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AGAIN! when asked why not was not they never told me, it should be on the receipt, he then almost threw the food at me and stormed off!

Instruction was given not to include mushrooms on one of the pizzas but this did not happen and mushrooms were included

Proper disappointed. The chips didn’t come seperate they were stuffed in a kebab. I hate saucy chips so I couldn’t eat it as I like it seperate which is what we have every time but this time everything was just horrendous :( so disappointed as we are regulars
