Came her for a desert and I was brilliant will be back every weekend

Solid food and solid service! Had an issue with Uber Eats and the order cancelled, bossman was quick to solve the issue and get it delivered without hassle with an apologetic and understanding tone.

They gave me free delivery as my house was just local very nice of them and great service. I can honestly say that the taste of the desserts has been excellent. Would highly recommend this place.

Always deliver on time or early wont go anywhere else for milkshakes they always make the best! Deliver driver is always lovely polite and respectful!

My kids and I loved this place!! It’s our must stop on way home. We try almost everything. Never been disappointed, fruits are always nice and fresh, and cakes taste delicious, ice cream is must have for my little one. The staff is always kind and generous with the portions.

The milkshakes are excellent, they are really tasty and freshly made and a big. I have tried many different milkshakes and they are all yummy.

Waited 2 hours for delivery called back told me drivers car broken down yet not communication phone call to tell me this promised to waiver delivery fee as I had work in morning driver took full amount called them back and I all I got was excuses we’ve been busy all night I replied save your excuses I won’t be using you again Also I wouldn’t say the food Is to shout about so I wouldn’t be recommending this company

Just ordered Tutti fruity waffle, missing banana and mini marshmallows and white chocolate sauce instead they put milk chocolate sauce which I don't like!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've never eaten from dessert club, always used another dessert place but fancied a change! So glad we came, a young lad was working and his customer service was excellent! Probably the best I've ever had! He was polite and patient whilst we and our children decided what we wanted. The food tasted incredible and the kids were nearly sick asking for seconds and thirds hahahaha! Really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be returning!

Food is good here and great value for money. However always out of stock of alot of items. This really let's this place down.

We ordered a few cakes they were here within 25 minutes! Still warm and the sundae hadn’t even melted, really good treats. Definitely recommend!

Terrible terrible terrible. Missed items, crushed boxes, late delivery!!! Over 1.5 hours so it was cold!!! Just plain awful! Straight in the bin

This place likes to take your money and then decline the order and not provide an immediate refund. I would exactly say that is a good way to do business.

They’re always in time, always delicious and friendly when they deliver.

Do not order from here. After the very latest my order should have been delivered, I rang and asked for an update and was told that it was just now leaving and would be with me in 4 minutes. Half an hour later still no delivery. I ring back and am told that my order is with the driver so should be with me within 5 minutes. I pointed out that I was told the same thing half an hour ago, and the guy on the phone just said, it's with the driver soooo. And I said, so you can't track the driver or call him for an update. He said he would call the driver and call me back. No call ever came. Another 15 minutes passed before the food came. Of course by this time food that should be warm was absolutely stone cold.

Tried a white kinder bueno milkshake from the desert club today, was super impressed! Absolutely delicious, will definitely be back for more!!

I hate u guys so much I hope every milk u pour into ur cereal is moldy. We have been waiting for our milk shakes from uber eats delivery from 9pm to currently 11:30 pm. U guys suck with delivery and need to sort urselves OUT!! Good milkshakes tho!

We went here for the first time last night and it was great. The customer service was 10/10. The man that served us was so welcoming and helpful, and my son absolutely loved the waffle he had which was huge! I had a little pot of ice cream and it was delicious! I would highly recommend!!

Would not rate this desert place we’ve waited over 3 hrs for our food and after numerous unanswered phone calls to them we are left with no choice but to write a bad review, we’ve been scammed out of £43 and this is very unfair , I would definitely not be useing these again and nor will I be recommending them to any of my family or friends , SCAMMERS AND THIEVES

Fantastic experience. Took my daughter for ice cream and she was amazed by the taste. Really friendly and polite staff that took time to check in and have a chat whilst we were waiting. Highly recommend this small local business.

We ordered here at 9.35pm the 4th January after waiting an hour we decided to call and ask where the order was, we was told the driver was on his way, we waited till 11pm, phoned again to find out it was closed, the order didn’t turn up at all, so today the 5th January we had been trying to make contact with dessert club and no answer, 5pm hit and we phoned again and said we ordered was told it was out for delivery and nobody arrived, didn’t even get an apology, the fact they didn’t call us today and we had to call them is disgusting they eventually delivered the desserts after 6pm so basically we had to wait a day. And the dessert I ordered didn’t even come with the ice cream. Totally avoid this place no compassion at all. and the fact they had the audacity to lie on the phone saying it was out for delivery is also disgusting.

Always good value for the money. I love this place. Thanks guys for your excellent customer service.

We had Waffle's last night from here, and they are absolutely amazing. Priced very well, delicious in taste and great value.

Purchased a cookie dough and coconut ice cream and a ice cream sundae from here, both were amazing. We sat in to eat our desserts and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. My son loves to pop in and say hi. We will be ordering again very soon. Highly recommended this place if you have a sweet tooth.

Ordered croissants! Cheap, nasty, tiny and a bit like the multipack ones you get from supermarket, not fresh. I ordered blueberry, strawberry and raspberry! Only had 5 raspberries, butter on the inside, no other fruit! All had been microwaved and welded to the bottom of the box! Even the raspberries had been microwaved! Called for a refund which was declined by the manager who said they will send some tomorrow. The ‘‘Italian ice cream’ was cheap vanilla ice cream not strawberries and cream! ***EDIT*** Driver didn’t come with a replacement the night after as they promised. No refund even though I contacted them by phone and via webpage! Their response to my review on just eat was false claiming they had put all toppings on & basically calling me a liar! Picture speaks for its self & so do the other reviews!

Best milkshakes I’ve ever had and the nachos were top notch. A lot of the one star reviews here are to do with delivery issues, but honestly the quality of the desserts they make are second to none. I’d definitely recommend popping by and trying them out.

Food was horrible left outside without notifying us been out side long enough for all the ice cream to melt. Then they said they would send us are order again and that never turned up. Do not recommend this place

Maybe pop in but definitely don't order for delivery, you'll be waiting hours and they seriously couldn't care less. Kept telling me 5-10 minutes, laughed and hung up on me. Not got a clue.

Shocking!!!!! 2.5hour wait for a milk shake and cake & custard. Called 4 times chasing the order and kept being told that would be 5 mins... Which it wasn't!!! Then to top it off my cake & custard was stone cold!!! Not good enough... Poor service and poor quality waste of money!!

Great desserts! I must be the last person out of all my friends and family to try these!! They certainly did not disappoint. Great value for money and great portion sizes. Freshly made and very tasty, it was difficult to actually choose from the vast choices on the menu, so we ordered a few things to try. Highly recommended, we'll be back to try more.

LIARS AND AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 1 HOUR & HALF. Made an order for 4 milkshakes, website said 20 mins for prep and delivery. Liars on the phone saying your order is with the driver. 30 minutes later the order hasn’t even been made!!!!! If you don’t know how to read a basic order of 4 milkshakes then quit your business. Staff are vile on the phone, liars, rude, simply couldn’t give a toss. I would give 0 stars if I could because the whole business is simply rubbish. Don’t delete the review either like you have previously because it’s a true experience.

Excellent fresh food. Really was nice. Would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to wait almost two hours lol. I know places can get busy etc but a heads up would have been nice. Hopefully next time will be quicker 😉.. they don't have bad reviews about long waiting so I'm sure its a one off. The guys on the phone and delivery driver were lovely too. Definitely worth a try.

Was excited to receive our order! When it arrived it was without the ice cream, in the description it says comes with ice cream. Ordered the large pick a mix and it's just fizzy sweets, that's not a pick a mix. Disappointed! Not worth the money!
