Paisà Wine Bar in East Hertfordshire

I booked in the entire space for my husband’s 40th surprise party and I can’t tell you how happy I am with how everything went! I had been looking for a venue for a while and when I saw Paisá it was perfect! Lorenzo and his staff were so helpful in helping me to plan the evening! The food and drinks were spectacular and I couldn’t recommend this place more! They were super accommodating on the day as well and everything went to plan and all executed smoothly. I highly highly highly recommend and would definitely rebook for future events!!

Wow. What a lovely spot to people watch, have a great glass of wine, and some lovely Italian snacks. Owner and staff fab. Ambience spot on. Enjoy.

This place is amazing… the atmosphere, the food, the wine.. an absolute must visit - it is very intimate so book ahead but amazing for a date night or a dinner with friends!

Lovely food, great selection of drinks, all the staff are brilliant, very professional and knowledgeable. Stayed all afternoon enjoying the sun, food, drinks and atmosphere. Definitely coming back
