Very affordable for upmarket pizza, the food was delicious and quick ! You can see the pizza chefs hard at work whilst you wait, and the staff were all knowledgeable and friendly.

The food and service were great, but there is a lot of noise.

Service was really good!! You'd think they wouldn't be able to give you good service since it's always full of customers, but they're amazing!!

Great place, friendly, helpful staff. We really enjoyed this visit and left feeling it was good food and value for money.

MEGA. pizzas are real good. owned by the same people who own Sugo Glasgow and you can tell because it’s JUST AS GOOD. service was super quick and pizzas were fresh! very unique onion starter, good job guys. i had a margarita but with added garlic- great however… the starter “spicy nduja and mascarpone” is a little misleading, we expected a sausage and cheese kinda thing, what we got instead of a nduja flavoured cream cheese with some very thin pieces of bread. it wasn’t bad- just unexpected. also another thing which could elevate our experience is having a less clustered table. seating for four and we barely had space to move with the massive tin (although i love it) and salt and pepper and chilli oil. once drinks and starters arrived it was pretty impossible to not knock stuff over! people sat on the benches didn’t seem too clustered though, so maybe for the small tables they could be placed on request instead? overall 4 and a half stars but it won’t let me do that- love u guys though

Very crowded and uncomfortable communal seating. Our table was pushed up so far against the wall you have to climb in to sit. Service was slow and intermittent, we got water/drinks well after the pizza arrived. The pizza itself is too thin for the toppings they put on. It rapidly becomes soggy.

Delicious pizza and excellent service in a lively atmosphere. Place was packed on a wet Wednesday and deservedly so. Had to wait a few minutes for a table that could fit a pram on walking up, but communication was great and we were quickly seated and served.

We went here on a very busy day and you can't book, but we were seated very quickly and drinks and the pizza came quick too! The toppings on both pizzas were amazing and the quality of the ingredients great, but these pizzas were not for us. My partner ate most of his as he was starving, but I only ate the toppings and the crusts as the base was way too soggy. Our waitress wasn't the friendliest so I asked when she took my plate if I could speak to a manager. The manager did come over and explained that's how the pizzas are and indeed there is a card telling you about them, but as I didn't enjoy it she kindly removed my pizza from the bill. She said if we came back there were things they could do to make it less soggy but I won't be I am afraid which is a shame. It's crispy pizza for me!

Bustling pizza joint. Literally queues out the door and jam-packed, also a fairly large restaurant. Was easy to see why it was so busy from the first bite of the Pepperoni Pizza (No. 4) I ordered. Seriously delicious! Thin base and lovely fluffy crust. My partner ordered the No. 10, which was full of flavourful toppings. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend!

I got curious about the high rating on Google Maps, and I think it does not reflect the reality!! It should be 5/5! It was one of the best and most authentic Neapolitan pizzas I've ever had! All materials were of top quality. The tomato sauce tasted heavenly! The dough was perfect! I guess it could get crowded at peak times. But, it is definitely worth it!

I ordered a takeaway pizza, is it me or does anyone else find their pizzas to be soggy. Also this is the only place where they ask if you want to leave a tip for your takeaway.

Paesano Pizza lived up to its hype! The crust is so tasty and great flavors in their pies. It was quite busy and there was a little bit of a wait but it is well worth it! Great selection of beers and wine. When back in Glasgow, I know where I’m going.

we ordered burrata on the side, an aubergine pizza and a cannoli. both dishes were good and cannoli was not overwhelming sugar. i’m not sure where the hype is at? i’d be down to come in and eat if there’s no queue but definitely not for the queue. glasgow has other options.

The pizza is truly fantastic but the dining experience isn't overly enjoyable - you get seated, are prompted to order asap, pizza & drinks arrive within a few minutes, you eat up and leave. Doesn't feel like they want people to stick around for much more than 30 mins. Fair enough I guess, just not very relaxing.

i came here after hearing amazing things and i was not left disappointed. our waitress “Ros” was so incredibly helpful and kind and was super attentive and did everything she could to make this a amazing dining experience for us. the food was so delicious best I've had in a long time. would highly recommend and would come again!!

We went to peasano before concert, it wasn't our first time but the atmosphere was particularly nice this time. We asked for the names of our servers because everyone was so nice. Rachel told us we might have to wait for the table but managed to get it very quickly and she was so lovely. Pizza was fantastic and the place really busy. Lillie was our server, her and the rest of the staff was really smiley and polite. Amazing night and our friends who visited it for the first time loved it!

Yo, this Paesano Pizza is legit Italian Napoli Pizza. They ferment the dough for 24 hours and then bake it at 500 degrees, so the crust is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. When we got to the restaurant on Monday, it was packed. I ordered the Italian prosciutto ham and cheese pizza, number 5 on the menu, and it was freaking delicious. The crust was thin, and the employees were super friendly. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends!

Everything and everything is perfect about this place. I ordered a Mushroom Spinach Pizza and the cheese on it was absolutely stunning. They deliver as promised. This place is highly packed. We also ordered a Nduja ( Pork ) and Mascarpone. Which was delicious max. Tiramisu we ordered was a little sweeter than how I would like it though it melts in your mouth. It a packed place but worth the wait.

The pizzas are worth the price. The menu has a great variety of pizza to choose from. It’s a tradition that people order one pizza per person (in Italy, but I think also in this kind of Italian restaurant). Be prepared to empty your stomach before having that whole pizza. It can be too filling if you also order other sides as well. I have been here for a few times. It’s busy every time when I visited the restaurant. It’s a family-friendly place and nice for group gatherings as well, but some people also visited on their own or with their couples. If you are sensitive to noise, the restaurant may be a bit too noisy for you most of the time. Generally, the staff are quite effective. The chefs are from Italy. The way they make pizza is very traditional with a big stove. An Italian friend from Naples (he has been staying in Scotland for some time) also recommends this restaurant to me.

It's the best pizza in town. Highly recommend if you like Neapolitan pizza with the best ingredients. You have a choice of about 15 pizzas including a day's specials. There are vegan options available. Delicious desserts served on top of that!

It was ok. When we arrived it was busy and the staff took ever effort to accommodate us. The house wine was palatable. I ordered the No.5 we hich was essentially a ham and mushroom pizza. It was ok, I have had better. The best part was the dough which was crispy on the edge. However, it was soggy in the middle and the sauce lackec flavour, I have made petter pizza sauces at home. Overall Paesano is good if you are stuck for options but you are better off trying somewhere else, maybe Pizza hut?

Excuse me please listen to that I visited last night and I have been before just visited for the buzz typical solo visitor I ordered nujioa sausage pizza that's what they call it any way ,trust me I prefer to eat a plastic bag rather than that sausage pizza it's fake ,cheap ,horrible you name it ,the place is cheap but you don't need that trust me a takeaway pizza from a cheap kebab shop is 10 times better, poor service simply a disaster, budget is important but that place is simply no they took full advantage of you so don't be fools I really mean it

I was catching up with a couple of old work mates on a Monday afternoon and one suggested we go for pizza. The service was friendly so I wouldn't complain about the staff. Pizzas however were average in my opinion. They were served quickly and the crusts were hot but the middle seemed to get cold very fast. My friend asked his pizza he had started to eat be heated up due to this, he was advised it couldn't be heated however they quickly brought a fresh pizza. Very underwhelming pizza which I wouldn't rush back for especially when there's better options in Glasgow.

The pizza is very thin and pretty much liquid in the middle. The restaurant is very busy and loud, there was a lack of space to move due to the amount of people and tables in the restaurant. The staff are however, very friendly.

Ok first the Positives _ we got served quickly that’s it the negatives - you are seated practically on top on next table squashed in like sardines no room between other guests . The pizzas we ordered we felt were undercooked the dough was soft & soggy but burnt round the edges 😬 my friend ordered the Ham & Mushroom pizza it was swimming in liquid from the mushrooms and it even came with the added bonus of a hair on it which she pointed out to staff who assured her it was from the oven ?? They said they would make her another pizza to which she received in 5 minutes we are certain she got same pizza back we were watching . The waiting staff are incredibly busy and do not really care about customers as they have a huge turnover. Never have I ordered Prosecco and received it in a tumbler glass ?? Then there is the customer toilets 😳 I had travelled down on a ScotRail train earlier they were actually better so all in all there is much better pizza restaurants around so I will not be returning.

Hands down the best pizza I've had this side of the Mediterranean. It's always busy. You have to queue in a tiny little corner hoping you don't miss your name being called. The tables are so tiny and packed so close together. but Oh My - the pizza. When you do get your pizza if your neighbours aren't already eating you can feel the tension as they stare at your plate it's downright pornographic. The pizza is so good the crust is a delight on its own. Highly recommend a dip of chilli oil to go with it though, very peppery and delicious. The wait staff are rushed off their feet (as you might expect) but they're all really nice and they do sort you out. Finally, you get the bill, and rejoice. Because it's only £12 for the best pizza you've had in a long time and you start wondering why you ever bother with other restaurants. Pizza is a balanced meal, right? Maybe I could go on a pizza-only diet...

1st time here I had pizza no 10 flavour was nice but I couldn't pick up a slice to eat as the toppings just slipped off base ,and the base just flopped. We all had to eat with a fork and knife. Service was fast. Was around £15 a head for pizza and soft drink.
