Chips are always nice and crispy. Male cook needs to put a smile on his face occasionally though

Have stopped here a few times for food when walking on the beach. Nice staff and the food is good quality. Decent portions for the price!

Lovely bap and cup of tea watching the sea

Very overpriced, many more affordable and better cafes/food establishments in the area. On top of this the male “cook” is rude and criticises customers orders in front of them. Definitely seems like he doesn’t want to work there as I’ve visited a couple of times now and he always asks the others working there why they couldn’t have just done it. Then complains while cooking. Food quality isn’t horrible but value for money is definitely pretty low. Would rate a 1 star but the other staff are friendly and have good communication.

£7.00 taken for 2 very small whippy ice creams... No prices show... I did ask how much but she ignored me and carried on serving the ice cream, so put me in a position. Do not use.

Lovely little beach side cafe..

OK place, £5 for a double expresso was a bit steep. Bit of a frosty responce from the gent when i asked for 2 extra paper cups, coffee was OK though.

Great layout plenty of room to sit, friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices.

Bought a cheese sandwich, crisps and tea for £5.95, bread was so stale it was more like toast and cheese had green furry mould in it. Gave it to seagulls! Dissapointing, just thankful I wasn't sick.

Fantastic place,lovely food at a great price, salt beef bagels are to die for.Staff are so friendly, can't praise Paddle Bay enough.

Great food, the staff are SO POLITE and Friendly, it made my stressful day into a relaxing unwind by the sea, with good food, and the polite manner of the ladies who served us refreshing. I recommend this beachside diner HIGHLY.

The food is actually really nice here, its a shame the service sometimes is a bit hit and miss. Awkward..

This place is ok for the quieter end of the beach if you don’t fancy walking 10 minutes to get food from the pier area or the town centre. Slightly better priced than pier/town area but you get what you pay for. Fish and chips - fish was nice, chips very much supermarket own style frozen steak chips, very dry and tasteless. Doughnuts - could not be any fresher but the batter is so soggy and the doughnuts come out heavily soaked in oil. Fortunately the oil was fresher than it can be and they tasted delicious but the amount of oil in them was disgusting.

Excellent toastie today, highly recommend.

Good food and hot or cold drinks at reasonable prices. What more could you ask for. Gets the thumbs up from me👍

Nice place by the sea to grab a drink or a bite to eat.

Excellent little beach front cafe. Very friendly and welcoming. Our fish and chip dinner's with curry sauce were lovely. Highly recommended.
