Food is lovely. Came here last week. Was served by a lady called Cay, Great Customer Service from her & Other workers. Will definitely be returning.

One noodle topping with chicken and the extra fried egg missing for my soup (we ordered two chicken noodle soup received two soup base but only one noodle box)

The peanut pot was missing, which is a shame.

Ordered 3 green curries with rice along with a couple of other items. Rice arrived with no green curries, called and said they would deliver them right away. Then after hearing nothing tried calling over and over again and no answer, so ended up with 3 portions of rice and no curry.

Great food, great value, super friendly service. Even got a couple of extra slices of cucumber for the baby... Can't rate high enough and wish they were local to me!

my red curry was delivered in a cardboard cup so dry without much juiciness. it had seeped through the cardboard. I've never experienced any thing like this. I would expect a refund.

I order here often but again they didn’t send all items and it’s happened several times so now I feel a review is needed as they are not reading orders in full

I was shocked at how good the food is! I've recommended it to all my friends, and everyone loves it. Especially at those great prices. Definitely worth a go, but I would do take away as the food hall is a bit noisy.

Excellent food, we love going here now and have been 3 times in the past month. Excellent value and quality Friend of mine told me about this place and so pleased she did. My kids love the food too.

Visited Pad Thai Live with family (adult, two children) and all were very pleased with their dishes. The variety and quality of the meals are excellent and both price & portion size just right and very good value. We will definitely be returning.

Ordered over the phone . Went to collect only to be told food not ready as the printer is not working ! Then expected to wait another 15mins for food . Very poor customer service . Will never use again .

Well thought I would order for a second time and let my daughter try. And oh wow so delicious and tasty. The duck noodle soup was so tasty maybe one of my favourite things I’ve had! The crispy pork dumplings superb and my favourite them spring rolls 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Iv had orders from here before but today I was surprisingly disappointed the pad Thai noodles were so oily and the egg was burnt and the noodles didn’t taste very good at all I hope it’s a one off because it’s usually amazing but today it was really bad

So I can’t deny the food was delicious , time for delivery kept changing though and the satay and rice was cold so although it tasted good, the rice wasn’t quite as it should of been as went cold stodgy ball. The spring rolls were to die for however , something so basic so delicious and the fish cakes also absolutely banging . I would order again or actually maybe go in and eat , everyone should try for sure

Normally, lovely food. but today I ordered red curry as usual, very watery, very yellow in colour. I did not even get peanuts for my papaya salad. If you are paying for then £10 for salad, you need to deliver everything. Not impressed at all

Food was really tasty. I think the rice could be packaged a bit better as it was a block and a bit hard but once I pourd sauce on it taste lovely. I was a bit worried the portion wouldn't be enough but it was perfect. Thank you for a fresh tasty meal

We've ordered from here for the first time as we love thai food and this place had great reviews. We had red and green curries. I have to say, this food is not thai at all, I believe whoever prepared it didn't even add coconut milk or any Thai spices, they both tasted the same which was no taste at all, completely plain. Will never order from there again. Very disappointing

I ordered sticky pork and prawn pad Thai. Both were delicious. The sticky pork was more bbq than sticky but it was incredibly tasty and I will order it again as well as the Pad Thai.

Got charged £5 delivery on 1 item order and app wouldn't allow me to cancel. Food bland small portion will not order again

No sauce with starter. Only way to guarantee sauce with starter is to add it to notes - unacceptable.

I always ordered with them and give them 5 stars but lately packing team has been a bit unprofessional.. this is my third orders in a row with missing items. This time missing sauces I wouldn’t mind if it’s free but unfortunately sauce got a price.

Always delicious food, with great taste and flavours. Also the sustainable packaging is really good.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered on Uber eats and it said 6:15pm delivery. Waited till 7:30 and still hadn’t arrived. I rung the restaurant and even they didn’t have a clue where “their” driver was. Will never be ordering again. Joke of an organisation

Delicious food. Well packed, and each container labelled, will definitely order from Pad Thai Live again.

The last 2 times I’ve ordered on just eat my orders for this restaurant are wrong. They do not take the time to read the notes you leave for the restaurant. I requested no veg in a curry as my partner is allergic to peppers (they put peppers in the curry). When I rang the restaurant they accused me of not putting a note on, when it was on the receipt THEY stuck to the bag. Unfortunately won’t be using again.

Food tasted nice but the packaging was terrible you put hot soup in a paper bag well the bag split open and everything fell out smashed my chilli sauce all over the floor poor delivery driver has hot soup all in his bike box

No form of cabbage/carrot or any salad accompaniment was provided with any of the meals like they used to do so just boxes of meat and plain veg spring rolls. A shame as I liked the food here but wouldn't order again for the price compared to quality.

Driver was late. Food was lukewarm. Driver clearly had multiple orders in him, so let nine wait, while he waited for others. Food was crushed. Sauces spilled everywhere making everyone a soggy mess. Not impressed. Bad driver. Not the restaurants fault.

Until today this would have been a very different review as I have really enjoyed food from here before, especially the vegan spring rolls. But now I am questioning every meal I've been served here. I asked for a vegan curry as it's on their menu and was served a shrimp paste based vegetable curry instead. If I had asked for a vegan option due to a shellfish allergy this could have hospitalised me. I asked at the counter half way through my meal as I was feeling sick and had noticed they charged me for veg, not vegan. One staff member was helpful and refunded me, but it was only at that point I was asked about allergies, and she clarified the vegan option uses a different base paste whereas veg uses the same shrimp based paste as the chicken and prawn options. So, any vegetarians that have ever ordered the veg option from here, sorry to tell you but you have also been served shrimp paste. The second staff member, who had originally taken my order, told me afterwards (when I was speaking to the other lady) that there wasn't a button on the till system for vegan massaman. I should have been told at the point of ordering that the till wasn't giving her an option for vegan and I should have been asked if I wanted something else, instead of her just putting the veg option through for me under her own decision. Her decision to not inform me could have been so dangerous. I would have happily eaten elsewhere or chosen something different, or paid extra to have it made custom but that choice was not offered to me.

One of if not the best takeaway in terms of value for money in gravesend. All food cooked fresh and of good quality, delivery was quick and the food was still piping hot, will definitely be ordering again

My wife is Thai and she rat's the food here a lot as good as home ,their are a few of these restaurants around and they are all good

Delicious food, great tastes and flavours. Packaging mostly cardboard which was great as not all plastic like other takeaway outlets.

First and last order. Tracked the driver to road next to ours then got notification food had been delivered. Don't know who they delivered to but it wasn't us! Requested refund from JustEat, but who knows. Won't chance this restaurant again

Absolutely love coming here, my go to for food in Gravesend. The service is pretty great; food is fresh and hot. Nice variety and good prices! Lots of veggie and vegan options but also lots of meat options.

The Pad Thai is delicious and it is also one of the few places in Gravesend which has environmentally friendly paper packaging. Well done!

The pork Skewers were as tough as old boots and the sticky rice was a solid block unable to separate a piece to eat. I complained to Just eat but refused a refund. It’s just so wrong. Won’t waste my money again.

Really disappointed, milkshake was almost warm, no frozen ice cream to it at all. Massaman was dry, no juice/gravy. A waste of nearly £30😡

Fantastic street food that never disappoints . Great value for money . The perfect Thai at a great price. Gravesend has a poor choice to eat out that is affordable so we tend to head here . We had a great value valentines meal for two here previously

Love it! Best food in Gravesend!

Never had Korean food before but fancied a change from a Chinese and I'm blown away by the flavours. I had a medium spiced kraPOW and it was beautiful, a friend had a Thiager burger and is equally impressed. Only spoke to delivery driver who had a little trouble finding my house but everyone does, yet he was still a pro and had a big smile on his face. They've definitely got themselves a return customer. Thank you for an awesome meal guys.

The food was really good, prawn crackers put into the box with other starters went a bit soggy but otherwise well packaged. A good portion size. Loved the dips. The chicken satay burger was lovely!

One of the best quality take aways I’ve gotten in a long time, even the packaging. The drinks are amazing and my favourite was the kapow spicy chicken. It was amazing. Wonderful flavours.

Staff were friendly. The seating area was clean. We had Pad Thai Noodles: mixed and a lychee juice to share between the two of us and the price was very reasonable. The food was excellent, lots of flavour. The portion size was very good too. Would be happy to dine here again.
