ordered hotshot parmo got a plain parmo instead dissapointed that orders cant be delivered correctly won't order again.

the food was cold when I ordered and the driver broke my wing mirror on my car and was really moody if need proof I can show you a video of him bargin past it and it then breaking off I'm very angry

Took almost 4 hours to be delivered,was lied to 4 times by the owner saying it had been sent out for delivery,to then find out it hadn't even been made yet , disgusting customer service,lying to people making excuses up for hours, delivery driver was extremely rude aswell ,slammed the food in my hand and walked off as I was trying to talk to him ,DONT GO HERE IF YOU'RE WANTING YOUR FOOD DELIVERED WITHIN THE SAME DAY .

Amazing every time we order! Good portions for the price ☺️ always fast delivery. Never had a problem, is now our favourite take-away.

In m orderd twice in the 21 of august and I still has ent had my refund after I cancled the order

wasn’t notified that there was only one flavour of the tango ice blast drink until at the door , natchos were cold and wasn’t overall happy with the service

My order was not delivered so I need a refund. I called 25 times only once getting connected and was told it was on its way. it never arrived. A terrible service and poor customer care.

Excellent service. We order from this take away a lot as the food is fresh and tasty. We had the food delivered one pizza was missing rang them up and sorted straight away with no issues. Left a note when ordered to change something slightly and was delivered as I asked. Highly recommended, keep it up 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Ordered from pablos last night and can honestly say real tasty food ... was on time and was hot would highly recomend

lovely food as usual. but they sent two portions of chips and cheese instead of one portion of chips, cheese and garlic.

Driver was very honest came back after I gave him to much and the foot was nice

Food hasn’t arrived, rang the shop and they said they would ring back as soon as they’ve rang the driver it’s been 30 mins since that call and still no call back and waited 2 and half hours

Deliver guy didn’t know where he was going I rang him and tried to get directions to him but was not listening to what I was saying and he drove passed my house twice. Food had to be heated up when I finally got it and he never apologised

The food was niceand generally enjoyed! However, the delivery driver was very pathetic! He called me to say he was outside my door - he wasn't! I casket him back to learn he was round the corner!!! Ended up walking half way down the street to collect my food!!! When I challenged the driver, he again said he had been to my door - I STATED in the notes that THE DOORBELL WORKS!!! No sound of the DOORBELL!! And, even if he had knocked at the door MY DOG WOULD HAVE BARKED! It did not happen!

I don't know what was going on with your phone yesterday, but it wasn't working. So had to order on here. There was no source with our order and as your phone didn't work so I couldn't call. So our food was dry and not the best.

food was absolutely freezing never had a pizza so cold and chips and cheese were that cold the cheese had not even melted still just sat on too off chips all went in bin felt like just all came out off the fridge

Pepperoni pizza was over cooked, felt like eating cardboard, & was cold. Donner meat was cold.

Foods normally amazing from here, but sadly I think someone overdone it with the spices tonight and the lamb kebab and special kebab were too spicy to eat, which is a shame. Hopefully it was just a one off as it’s normally the best place we order from.

Iv used Pablo’s for atleast a year now and never had a bad experience with them, food is absolutely gorgeous … five ⭐️ all the way highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

It would of been a 5 star but for the last 2 weeks you have missed stuff off my orders last week chips and garlic and this week 2 tubs of garlic.

Order was accepted and haven’t received the food I always order from here and never had a problem wish they would of just rejected the order

Had many parmos in my life, but have driven 30 mins to get a munch box from here, absolutely delicious! Normally the standards go down after a bit but they haven't at Pablos, have recommended them to everyone I know and now can't get through on the phone! Still wait for their food though! Best parmo in boro by a mile!

I feel asleep when they came to the door, but they never left the food, I woke up about 30 mins after they tried ringing me, expecting it to be left outside but there was nothing there..... someone may have taken it if the did leave it but I really doubt it because I've done it before and woken up to my food deliveries still sat on the doorstep, even when I ordered from maccies once at night and found the food on the morning.

Never a bad word to say about this place iv had two things missing before just a daft garlic and a can of coke rang them up then sort it straight out have it sent right away can not fault the place at all and as for the food never had a place come close to matching it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

i ordered at 19.30. it's said it would arrive 20.30. It came 21.04 cold. Don't offer delivery if you can't get the food there on time and hot.

I get no great pleasure in writing this as I feel I’m a reasonable man, but the chicken tasted like it was broiled and was very white, what type of that cat was this? Anyhow, chips were nice and garlic had good substance to it … will not return. Thanks for the memories.

Honestly the best takeaway in boro. Never had any problems. Greatest kebab the north east has to offer. Would spend my entire paycheck if I could.

They were very helpful, we were late home from work and they redelivered, the food was still piping and was very tasty. The food also was well wrapped it came in boxes and foil. Thank you :)

We have been ordering from Pablos for a very long time now and the food is always absolutely beautiful and comes piping hot. Tonight, for the first ever time there was a small mix up with our order, we called, the staff were so polite and we had a full, fresh new order within 25 minutes. Best service ever received. Best takeaway in Boro 🤷🏻‍♀️

Food was marked delivered and never delivered spent over 90mins trying to contact restraint with no luck will be reporting this to just eat

Food was amazing thank you. Just not happy at all with the driver, we paid with cash and he just said, I don't have any change and walked away then drove off so we did not get our change, I know it was not much but it was how he behaved by just saying he has no change and walked off. But the food was so lovely, we enjoyed it.

Made our usual Friday night Parmo order , collected, was done in 15 minutes, drove home back to Stockton with it and when looking they hadn’t put our garlic tubs and salad inside, parmo’s where the size of kids ones and did not look or taste haw they usually do , Looked like they had just been cooked in oven, dry and tasted awful, a waste of £35

Food is always very fresh and piping hot! And according to my missus who knows a thing or 2 about a chicken kebab, the best she’s ever tasted and she’s had a few.

My order said it had left the restaurant about 40 minutes before it got to my house and the tracking the driver wasn’t working so I couldn’t see where he was. Food wasn’t hot anymore which was very disappointing driver also clicked his delivered button well before he knocked on our door. This is nothing against the restaurant this is purely disappointing service from just eat !!

Very quick service and food is absolute delicious. We ordered a munch box and a munchbox special. Parmo was as good as I’ve ever tasted, good quality chips for a takeaway not the cardboard you notmally get. Keep it up guys
