Amigos Pizza in Middlesbrough

Food was cold and portions were small with little filling in wrap. Delivery lad was polite.

Just got a takeawy delivered , cold chips , cold kebab and chicken wrap is an absolute joke ...never again

Absolutely spot on place for your food, ordered online for collection was done in 15 minutes and the food was delicious!

Waited a hour 40 mins for my food when it come chips wernt cooked properly soggy and cold keebab would been nice if it was warm and a smashed up box of lettuce falling apart , proper let down when ya starving

Food is awful but that’s not what I’m even here to complain about the staff was so unbelievably rude and physically shouted at us when they had made a mistake making us feel uncomfortable honestly would recommend this to anyone

Used to be my goto pizza shop. But last few years it has gone downhill, never get order right, food is soggy, shame really as it used to be spot on

Ordered a pizza when it arrived it was cold and tasted burnt awful will not be spending another 15.09 again they charged me for a carrier bag 3 times now I haven't had 1 bag yet shocking won't be going back again

Had a munch last night. The moment I put the chicken tikka in my mouth I felt sick. I opened the chicken yes it was cooked but smelt off. My mother said the same also. The staff in there were very abrupt. And you can only use cash no debit card. Shame because I’ve never Hurd a bad word about the place.

Ordered food and they didn’t deliver drinks. They kept the line busy although 40 min left in closing time.

A regular whenever we visit Middlesbrough (3hr trip from Birmingham and we always pick Amigos when we get here), the customer service was terrible. Ordered on the app whilst stood in the store, did so as I did not have cash on me (they dont accept card instore). Waited 20 mins thinking that the order is being cooked as app said it was, then staff asked have I ordered to which I replied "Yes, 20 mins ago"... looking puzzled the staff member looked around for the order slip which was right infront of his face on the counter the whole time he stood there. Asked for an explanation, wanting speak to a manager as to why this has occurred, no real answer given. The order was then processed which took another 20 mins. 40 mins standing in the shop waiting is not acceptable, all I got was a "sorry about that" before I left... Overall disheartened!!

Ordered their hotshot box meal perfect for 2 people with still loads left over and at a good price. The food was delivered to our door fresh and still warm. Would definitely order again and would recommend.

Best pizza in Teesside. We live in Hartlepool but still travel to Middlesbrough for Amigos pizza as nothing else compares.

Asked them to deliver a pizza (what ever the cost even offered £50 delivery charge) to my dying dad. His favourite food and used this company for 15 years. He’s now outside delivery by 1 mile Tools

Chips are horrible. Burnt, refried and you get a tiny portion. Put me off getting their cheeseburger which is decent

It was delivered stale, cold, dried up, hardly any topping on pizza or parmo, watery garlic sauce..food looked and smelled stale. We contacted the restaurant to be told they won't help. We asked them to come and collect the food to take it back as it is not fit for consumption. They refused. They also refused to help in any way at all.

Absolutely vile pizza was extremely yucky😭.I regretted getting the pizza it had no ham on it when I asked for ham.the pizza gave me the runs. My toilet has a new coat of brown on it. Will never come back here.

Smashed It. 16inch Thin Crust Pizza with Double Flavour worked perfectly fine with us. Even Full I am still looking for these 2 left slices.... soon them will be Gone.... Thanks Amigos for being Real AMIGO....

Amazing pizza with the perfect light textured base

Food not bad but waiting for food with drunks walking about outside and drug dealing going on outside of the shop .felt really uncomfortable

First time ordering and last. Pizza was like rubber, parmesan burnt and very chewy. Chicken kebab was inner fillets and lots of grizzle. Chilli sauce tasted like ketchup, and garlic sauce had too much water mixed in. Salad was not pickled. Overall very dissappointed.

We live in Londonderry in Northern Ireland, and when ever we visit relatives in Middlesbrough, we always make sure we come here, love, love, love your kebabs, and have to always take one home for my daughter

Absolutely disgusting parmo. No taste, no bechemel sauce , in fact tasted like this was bought from the freezer in lidls and just put in the oven. I had to throw away after only just a few bites. This does not deserve one star.

Couldn't find my flat saying there using postcode then could not find it then get told refund be back on my card and 4.5 days according to email didn't end up with food worst service I have ever received and doing 13 hour shift and now no dinner in lock down wast time

Ordered by mistake from this place thinking it was another place (papas pizza) pizza was soggy as hell there was about 7 chips and stale burger. Fair to say worst I’ve tasted. Made me feel sick.

Pizza was delivered cold and undercooked so I complained. Was not offered any recompense so I asked if they could replace to which they asked me to bring it in. I asked for a delivery as i didn't have a car. They picked it up eventually then called me and basically said I was lying and there was nothing wrong with the pizza. I obviously disagreed otherwise why would I send it back, I was hungry! But my other big issue is about the way in which my complaint was handled, it was absolutely amateur, guy was also very rude. 0 marks for customer service. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Needless to say i told them to keep the pizza and my money they obviously need all the help they can get for staff training. Won't be going back after years of using them. Shame but if they treat customers like this it is to be expected. Only takes one bad experience to ruin things.

Ordered meal deal and did not get what was offered paid £20 and what made it worse was food was cold when I rang they said deal info on was an error and could not do anything about the cold food

Hot stuff? Not likely. Terrible. Delivered late (called my wife to ask for directions, after the expected delivery time) and stone cold. Called to complain/request a refund to be given a cock and bull story about a driver being pulled over by police. If it was true it's A: not my problem and B: perhaps you need to have a word with your drivers about their driving practices. The person I spoke to wouldn't do me the courtesy of giving me his name, and wasn't any help, telling me to contact Just Eat about a refund (FYI it's the takeaway that needs to issue the refund). Thankfully, spoke to a nice chap from Just Eat, who called Amigos and called me straight back to say a refund would be issued. I feel I was made to make a completely unnecessary call as this could have been sorted by Amigos. So not only are they incapable of delivering hot food to your door, their customer service is pitiful at best.

Excellent food.we have tried many take aways and this is the best one so far, we order at least once a fortnight and every birthday, even tho there is five of us.... And about 15 at least for a party .... Amigos is the best by far.. Trust me on this one... Order something and you won't be disappointed
