Love this place food and service great

I had beef burger and it wasn’t nice at all. It was like eating bitter smoky ash taste that overwhelmed not enjoyable at all

They have all the stars. I often visit the place with a service user and he loves it. The food is top notch. Great services and good staff willing to assist with a lot of courtesy. They are friendly.... The atmosphere is serene. You will love it. Unfortunately I have no pictures. Give it a try and you will give more than a 5 star if available... Not changed yet. Still same people with love for everyone. Claire is a wonderful manager. Always smiling and all the staff. They always welcome us with a smile. Top place for family as well. Give it a try and you will always want to be there.

Use to come here regularly twice a week Until a gradual decline in food quality, portion size and lack of basic hygiene Wow what a difference after today's visit. Massive congratulations to all staff and management for cascading his/ hers vision throughout the team Keep it up definitely be back

I have visited many time and always just been satisfied with the service and food received But on my most recent visit this had changed and everything was great from the welcome, service at the bar and the food, it must be under new management which is taking this place in the right direction. Keep doing what you are doing. Can’t wait to visit again.

I hadn’t been here in years since moving out of town, but I was really impressed on my recent visit. The place has definitely improved, everything looked much cleaner and more inviting. The kids had a great time playing, and the food was really nice. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. A special shoutout to Amie—the funniest and nicest bar lady I’ve ever met. She truly made our visit even better!

Lovely food and fantastic service. We visited the soft play and the pub afterwards. Both were immaculate throughout.

Today we celebrated my son’s first birthday. We had delicious food and great time. Special thanks to Alan very polite and respectful.

A lovely place to visit for food , drinks and soft play. The menu has plenty of choice although I always choose the hunters chicken. Food is good value for money especially the children's menu offers. We always have a friendly and welcoming service, especially from Claire. It's easy to book our favourite table and never feel rushed to leave.

Stood at bar for ages before anyone came to serve us. Had booked for a Xmas meal but didn't know we had to state this when booking. Looked back on app and it's not very clear. Wouldn't serve us from xmas menu so we left. Staff didn't even try to help

We visit Fuzzy Ed's Often and the staff in there are absolutely amazing. Special mention to Amy who nearly always gets us in with patience of a saint especially when it comes to app codes. And James who is an absolute vibe, and not forgetting Claire who always has a smile on her face when she see's us. Always bring the littones here, Erin who is in the soft play is fantastic with the children and I have been asked by my partner to say thank you and he is very impressed and notices how much care she takes in her role.

This is the worst pub restaurant I have been to for a long time I did visit in Feb when 1/2 was closed as no heating and most menu was off .I went again 12.15 as it has play area and is near to mum so had to do 2 trips. £12 for 90mins in a mouldy dirty area very small not sanitized or decorated in a long time compared to a brewers fayre day prev free of charge .1 meal missed off order .no veg on chicken sizzler as they don't do Sunday lunch beans dry fish fingers/ chicken nuggets cheap substitute overcooked rice dry and tasteless steak was chewy and lots of gristle chips cold but overcooked with crispy bits .male toilets smelt awfull not cleaned and 1 leaking urinal with a metal beer bucket underneath half full of urine .disabled was ever surface and grab rails dirty and dried feaseas all over seat bowel and floor

Don’t know when this soft play was last cleaned, probs in the 90s when I played there 🤣 they offer no gluten free options, staff are not trained to deal with allergies

Food is acceptable but nothing flash, staff are always friendly.

The place has gone down the pan in recent months, a lack of food serving times, we went for a meal, got told, no service, so we had to go elsewhere 😕.

The window sills where dusty and needs to be cleaned other than that it's okay

The member of staff that served us (aayla) was extremely polite and helped a relative with an allergy pick a meal she came over to see how the food was and its was a exquisite meal and the male that brought us out drinks was extremely polite (he was around 20 years old bald with glasses) i would highly recommend the coulby farm for any families

Had a great experience at Coulby farm , I phoned on the morning and spoke to a lovely lady about the kids coming to get in the funhouse and she said it shouldn’t be a problem, the kids loved it in there and bar staff get hold of our table till they had finished in funhouse, there was a party of 17 of us and we all ordered, food came out quickly and was hot and delicious, couldn’t fault the night at all , from start to finish it was 100 percent perfect, thank you for a great night and we will be returning

Claire and her team are amazing. After travelling till 4am this morning we decided to call into the pub for a family meal with drinks. Everything was cooked to our preference. With 2 fussy eaters in the group not liking items on the meal Claire soon removed these items for them. The mix grill again was cooked perfectly with the meat cooked to preference. All the bar staff on shift are polite and friendly and go above and beyond ro help with anything. We have now found a new local regular pub to come too.

Rarely leave a review but this deserves 1 star. Booked a table for 6 via the app, so arrived naturally expecting to be asked for booking details and told where to sit. Stood inside waiting by the obvious check-in counter by the entrance for 15 minutes, whilst staff just walked by. Finally spoke with someone at the bar who clearly couldn’t be bothered to be there, and told to sit where I wanted and you don’t do bookings? Decided to leave at that point so didn’t manage to try the food, but after hearing a complaint from another diner, glad I didn’t order.

Fish and chips were great nice and crispy batterwould highly recommend 👌

Food was ok but there was an ant infestation inside the restaurant which made me feel a little sick and it wasn't very clean.

Nice location, large car park, lovely staff, dog friendly, we enjoyed the lunch very much.

I Got Two 8oz steaks and they were absolutely delicious! Also the price range is amazing and not too cheap but not too expensive! The staff are friendly and respectful also lovely to chat with. I would highly recommend anyone to visit here for food and drink

Had my son’s birthday party in fuzzy edz. Brilliant value for the money! Staff were very attentive and there if we needed anything at all. Food was brill, all the children enjoyed it. Would recommend!!

It was really nice. Its been a lot of years since I was last there, but will not leave it so long. Had a sizzling steak. It was a good size meal and very tasty and well cooked and presented. There was music on in the back ground which did not spoil the ability to have a conversation. Its a big place and though there was a reasonable amount of people in, there was still plenty of tables and I would definitely recommend you give it a try.

Disappointing. Waited ages for meal. Decor needs to be updated. Tripped on floor as it raised up without warning so that needs addressing. So as you walk to go to bar or toilet each time tripped on floor rise.

Can get a little noisy at times but the staff are friendly and the food is decent. Went recently and seems like the chef has changed. I ordered steak, as did my companion and it was smothered in pepper. Normally, I don't mind a little but this time, it ruined our experience

We attended as a party but sadly I felt squashed in at the table the steak meal was average and we were asked to book a dessert before we had the meal without knowing if we would be hungry enough to eat dessert. I would not rush back

Great menu, good value, warm and friendly staff. Your usual family pub grub with an indoor play area available at an extra cost. A great go to olace to fill your family’s bellies.

Coulby Farm has always been a favourite of ours ,the food is top notch with a nice selection on the menu, the prices are very reasonable. We have never had a problem getting a table and there is ample parking ,if you are in the area I highly recommend you give it a try.

Nice friendly atmosphere great staff

We rang at short notice today and booked a table for 5 people. We rang prior as I have allergies and asked if it was OK for me to eat there as I have had a bad experience with a pub refusing to serve me. I am happy to say that the staff were so helpful and the chef was happy to accommodate me, which I'm great full for. It was really busy, nothing was too much trouble and the staff were happy. Really nice atmosphere. Thank you, we will be returning.

Never in my life have a come across a pub that sells food on a menu that looks as good, if not better than the Menu. I’ve been to Mitchellin star restaurants that are not as good as this. A lot of thought goes in to each dish I’ve had including the presentation. It’s that good I’m having a takeaway 3 times a week. Well Done. 👌🏻

We both had steak and prawns the prawns looked uncooked I was on the loo shortly after eating I rang the pub next day told them about prawns they said they ring back never did won't be going back

This pub is a joke. It's like they don't want customers. Started going last year, and thought it was alright for what it is. But the last 3 times I have been for something to eat they have shut the kitchen early!!!. We didn't even go in late. Normally about 7pm. Each time the "manager" has shut the kitchens. Even when I saw that tables had reserved on them.The staff look nervous when they say this and all they can say is sorry. My mind boggles. It's like they want to run the business it Into the ground, when at the moment they should be great full for any one who walks through the door to spend their money there. 03/09/23. Well stupidy thought I would give Coulby Farm a second chance after the many disappointments of previous visits, and that i was travelling from Middlesbrough Town center to Stokesley. And shock horror, kitchen was closed again!!!!!!. You couldn't write it. Again excuse was through staff sickness. They said it can't be helped as they have worked really hard and are run down!!!!. Well I'm sorry, but this is the case for most public houses, and with a lot less staff. But you work as a team and do the job you advertise. I have learnt my lesson and will never go again to this place again. I will go to Anson Farm from now on, where they actually like to have customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone and tell them to save their fule going there and choose somewhere different.

Went for lunch and was not disappointed. I got a "Goodfella" burger. Very nice. Would recommend.

Service was slow I was told three times that I can't order food while I was buying drinks even had a menu in my hand. They need to take look how the piper does there customer service far better.

Decent local pub with varied good priced food menu. Dishes from 2 for £10.50 menu were decent. We both had fish and chips. Very tasty and good portion size for the price. Drinks not too expensive either. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean tables. OK place to go.

Just dropped in for a lunchtime pint on a hot day. Adults only area is a welcome option but no children in sight today. Cannot comment on food as none ordered. Not very busy but pleasant atmosphere and all staff very friendly and competent. Large car park.

My meal came out stone cold complained hardly an apology from the manager and a replacement took over 30 minutes by which time everyone else had eaten! The gammon was again cold and completely tasteless! They took others in the party plates away when they hadn't even finished eating. Got orders wrong put ice cream with a chocolate fudge cake instead of custard then took it back and simply scraped the ice cream off the plate! Absolutely disgusting I would avoid at all costs and find somewhere nice to go eat as this is a complete waste of money!

Had my daughter's 5th birthday party in Fuzzy Ed's, everything was great. Booking was easy, we had the place to ourselves on the day, and the food was perfect for the kids. Definitely recommend

This would be an all right pub if not for the manager - Claire. Never have I had any member of staff anywhere in the world point in my face and tell me to ‘chill my beans’ after telling my friend it’s his round. Never has somebody that works in service stood 2 feet away from me looking at me and my friend whilst we are obviously waiting to be served and then directed other staff to serve other people and then proceed to shout at my friend for swearing, guess what? Nobody swore. Reading through other reviews that all have mentioned terrible customer service it is so obvious who this is. Upper management - sort it out. You have lost more patrons than you know.

Was made to use this stupid app and couldn't work out how to order a pint. App wouldn't save card details, place was dead. Burger was bland and the beer was incredibly expensive. Used to like coming here once. Staff didn't ask if everything was ok until we walked out. Probably the last time I venture in that place. ------- Just came again 2 yr later: Short haired barmaid was incredibly rude and obnoxious. The way she speaks to people is unbelievable. Just because we asked to have our food cooked with a few items less than what normally comes with it. (Then asked "do you want it on a plate", no love I'll just be a complete savage sling it on the floor)2nd appraisal: Most definitely won't be going there again 😕

Food was good but it took over an hour to arrive. We weren't warned there would be a delay when ordering. When we asked after 45mins what was happening the server said she would find out. 10 mins later we had to ask again because she hadn't bothered to. Not somewhere to go if you're in a rush
