Megabites in Middlesbrough

Why be stingy on salad? Got a burger the other day and had hardly any salad. Called today and asked for extra salad in burger this time and the guy said he can't put extra salad in 🤯 Guy was happy to lose a £30 order and a customer over being stingy with salad. Owner if you see this message you might want to get rid of that staff member coz a few people said they don't go there because of that guy! He thinks it's his dad's shop!

Great in quality and delivered before time.

Not sure if it’s the pizza box that stinks or the pizza itself. But this is twice it’s happening. Check it up please.

I ordered a parmo, it arrived after 10 mins. So it obviously wasn’t made fresh. It was dry as sticks, and freezing cold! I’ve used mega bites for years and the food is usually lovely! Last night it was awful!

Food was not to a good standard. Kebab and nuggets were burnt and chips were soggy and Luke warm

Disappointed , mil used my account and asked for no sauce on donner meal as little girl can’t have garlic due to allergy and it was put on. Tried to call to give chance before contacting just eat but angry staff on phone being funny with her.

wanted to try a new place as the old place I used to go has gone down hill this is now my go to pizza shop the food was lovely the pizza was top notch cheesy yummy kids loved it and the prices are not steep either driver was polite and friendly aswell definitely be ordering again for our takeaway treat night

The only takeaway serves as fast food and reasonable price and when it comes to the timing, as soon as you place your order it is done and ready to be collected withing 10 to 15 minutes. Even though the atmosphere in the shop is busy they always know how to handle their customers, always determined on doing their job. Fully recommended.

First time ive used mega bites The delivery time was great prime order time on ansaterday. Chips were coldish but parmo was heated enough. I put in microwave for a few seconds …garlic saice was perfect. Id return but try a pizza

One of the best pizza shops in Middlesbrough. Food is amazing and always arrives piping hot, well ahead of time. I've ordered burgers, parmesans, pizzas and kebabs from here and nothing has ever disappointed. The meal deals they offer are the best value I've seen too and this is always my first choice when it comes to Just Eat.

Had some wood on my pizza and the chicken was crunchy.. rotten and it came in 15 minutes from when I ordered way to fast for my liking

I ordered my food and waited an hour and a half, I called back and they didn’t answer my phone or called me back. Made me wait all night. Terrible wouldn’t order from here.

The only issue I had was the large garlic had spilled everywhere in the bag other than that it was amazing as always.

Charged immediately £2 extra for garlic on top of the pizzas and donner meat what shop does that

Horrible and rude staff. No customer care. Charged extra 3.50 to put doner and chips in separate boxes. Also 1.00 charge for putting sauces on doner. Never ordering again!

Just took Parmesan from here….. chicken is fried in a burnt oil.. no garlic sauce included.. pepperoni is like Pappad no taste in cheese very disappointing.. give 1 star coz der is no option to give zero.

The food is consistently of a high quality. Service is second to none! ...and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Had my most recent Neptune (tuna) pizza and, honestly, it went down a treat! Give it a go - you won't be disappointed.

Overall a brilliant take away; this is slowly becoming my go-to place.... The food is always cooked nicely; if anything, the burgers taste better then majority of the places local... And at a added bonus, the prices here are cheaper then a lot of the other take aways.... Highly suggest trying this place
