Cheese on Fries and Burger was a sauce which meant the meal as a whole was a bit sour.

the chicken parmo was undercooked

The burgers are so good! It’s the first time I tried a chicken Parma and it was very tasty. We now know another good takeaway for when we are down here for ice hockey.

driver took half an hour didnt confirm delivery on app food was 10/10

AVOID!!!!! ordered from here due to advertising a delivery time of 15-30mins, (expecting slightly longer on a friday night) food arrived after 1 hour 35 mins. the restaurant told me the food had leff 1 min and then said they were witing for a driver when i called back! all of the food was cold, the taste and tecture of the food was on par with something you would be fed in hospital or on a flight, but cold! the best thing about this place is, they got the can of pop right!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bun and Wings Box and had no onion rings in it. £4.20 for item that didn't arrive. BBQ Smoked burger was in the bun and wings box, the Top G BBQ was in the box with the beef fries. So two people got the wrong burger. Delivery time kept changing.

Quality of food would of got more, but the fact that I had to warm everything up once it arrived has affected the rating. The fact that the food was delivered over 45 minutes late didn't help either.

Had to walk out on the main road to collect food. Cold mediocre fries. Luke warm burger, which had way to much sauce. Soggy bun. Nothing like the picture! Taste like any other burger. Disappointed.the

1st time ordering from here and I'm glad that i did. Delivery driver super friendly, polite and asked how we were and how our nights been going which was a nice difference to drivers just dropping and going. Food was lush, not cold but not too hot, enjoyable to eat. wings were succulent, we had bbq and hot wings very tasteful. fries were nice and crispy just how we like them and the burgers were on point with taste. will definatley be ordering again thankyou!

40 mins late!!!!! Had to ring up twice to chase. Was lied to 3 times by the self proclaimed manager/delivery driver. Gold was stone cold. Never ever again.

Driver sat outside for 15 minutes and made no contact to the residential block, food was lukewarm at best. Taste was good, temperature not so much

Nice place, great food, great menu, the mac n cheese is top 3 so far for me, the parmo is good too however hard to eat with the plastic forks, wooden cutlery would work better

the food did not taste fresh the Parmesan chicken tasted like it was yesterdays and the Mac n cheese tasted tangy!

After placing our order at 17.29, given a collection time of 25 minutes, we were finally given our order at 18.29. The shop isn't equipped for the amount of orders they had coming through. The quality of the food was not great. Chicken was chewy and had better burgers elsewhere. Overall disappointing.

The restaurant rang and apologised for the wait - saying they’d put extras in the bag. They did not do this. Polite but don’t say you’re gonna make up for it and then driver cold food without the extras for a 2 hour wait

Food was very nice. Ordered the Duos box (2 Munchboxes). Parmesan was on point, burgers and wings were very nice aswell. Chips were a bit too hard & dry for me but overall it is well worth the money. We ended up paying around £26 for 2 Munchboxes and that can easily feed 2-3 people.

First time ordering the food was great no complaints at all and the adjustments I asked for where done, delivery man was polite also.

I ordered here for the first time, got good portion of food, however it came cold an, I thought it was tasteless, the loaded chick fries was salty an so was the parmo. there was no onions or peppers in the parmo an dint even taste them an it was spicy, an the wings was tasteless but only good thing about them was the chicken fell off the bone. the chicken burger was ok but I asked for no gurkins an I ended up getting them an they was bearly any salad on the burger. so was very disappointed. 😞

Food had no taste chips over cooked and cold. Wings soggy ,Even the children nuggets my daughter found slightly spicy. They did apologise for the delay and gave two fruit shoots. But I won’t be ordering again unfortunately.

First time ordering from Pablos and most certainly will keep doing so!! That was phenomenal, went all out out on the Pablo duo and did not disappoint. Great value boxes with great tasting food.

Delivery was nearly 2 hours late food was cold and chewy was rang by the restaurant and told an excuse about why they didn't have a driver offered a free drink as compensation which I didn't receive shame as the food and service used to be great

Came from Birmingham to try this it was decent food.

Ordered here for my sisters birthday and unfortunately came two or more hrs after ordering and arrived after 12am. The food however was amazing, the quality of the ingredients was great- the chicken fries did have more sauce than fries though- so was very salty because of the cheese sauce . Even after trying to mix with regular fries. The chicken parm burgers were great and no complaints. Free drinks for inconvenience were appreciated and restaurant were apologetic when calling. Thank you.

Pure rubbish the place is as tiny as my toilet from the inside barely any seating I was told 15 mins for an order for literally one person. 45 mins went by and the small donny said 5 more mins when I told him to cancel my order he started looking at me like he’s going to do something would not recommend, go to your local dixys over this😂😂😂

Food- ordered a burger with only onions but all salad was within the burger, although the burger did actually taste better. Chips were uncooked and the loaded fries look better on social media. Would have been nice if i was given some sauces.

for some reason as soon as I had a few mouthfuls my chicken parm tasted of fish,this is not normal and immediately made me feel so sick. I was really looking forward to my meal and I feel I waited a fair amount of time for this food only to be disappointed to the point I literally cannot eat any of it. My boyfriend who is never fussy with anything didn’t even eat it as it tastes no good. I’d love a refund and can provide evidence we left near enough all of our food (could only eat the plain fries) ,please can you process me a refund. it’s so rare I get a takeaway and I’m extremely disappointed and to top it all off I’m still hungry:/

If I’m honest, this place is really overrated. I wanted to try it to see what all the hype was about. Starting off positively, the burger was really nice. The meat was good quality and I didn’t find my burger to be soggy and had lots of flavour. However- despite the nice presentation The chicken wings tasted like they were boiled had lots of veins inside and the barbecue sauce tasted cheap not a good sauce at all. The chips were just mid The Parmo!! If you’re gonna do something northern do it properly🤣 The chicken piece smelt like fish, It was incredibly chewy & dry & hard ends and overall Lacked flavour And texture, even the cheese wasn’t Nice!!! Will probably Not order again with out promotion anyway As standard prices are far too much for this quality of food.

Burger was mid it tastes okay the loaded fries are okay if you like soggy chips and the bbq wings are beautiful the mac and cheese is horrid tho

The mega box was amazing, I loved the scarface Donner burger. it had a perfect ratio of Donner and meat inside of it. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Perfect meal to open your fast if you have been hungry all day. The designs in the shop caught my eye as I was walking past so I had to come back to try it out. The staff are very friendly and have amazing customer service. They are a family run business who take pride in what they do as I noticed the owner is only the age of 20 years old! KEEP IT UP GUYS.

Nearly two hours to deliver from ordering. Said would include drinks for being late didnt even bother. Even worse Food cold, awful macaroni tasted weird sour. Kebab like. Childs portion. Never ordering again!
