This gorgeous little Tapas restaurant in Bradford on Avon never ever disappoints. The friendly warm staff and the most delicious food! They cater for everyone in our family from gluten free to vegan and we all have the best time enjoying all the plates of deliciousness as they come out. It has become a real family favourite!

I have visited as part of a work night out and as a couples lunch in the past. For the work night out we pre-ordered and service was prompt and efficient. All the food was fantastic - the buffalo cauliflower is worth the visit alone. Great atmosphere, small but full of life. Really can't fault it, we had a great time and will be back. It feels like authentic Spanish tapas and I'd highly recommend.

We happened upon Pedros after the first place we went into wasn’t serving food. And boy were we glad we did. The lunch menu of three tapas dishes and a drink for £20 was excellent value. All of the dishes were delicious and the service was friendly. A bit of Spain in Wiltshire, despite the weather!

Spent a lovely evening at Pablos. Wonderful atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the food. Food itself was absolutely delicious and there were plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. The buffalo cauliflower was amazing! The location in Lambs Yard, Bradford-on-Avon is perfect on a sunny evening for pre dinner sangria which was what we had. Left later that evening feeling full and very content. We will definitely be back!

We were really looking forward to eating here and the first dishes we ordered were delicious. Our main waitress was also very friendly. However my friend ordered the cheese plate and thought that one of the cheeses was absolutely rancid. My other friend (a huge blue cheese lover) then tried it and agreed that it tasted disgusting. We advised a different waitress of this and she advised the manager who then came over and told us there was nothing wrong with it and we would have to pay. We had not asked to not pay and were just giving feedback but she was defensive, rude and slightly aggressive. We were then left for ages waiting to pay. Needless to say we did not pay the extra 10% service charge that had been added! What started as a lovely evening ended with us not wanting to return. As we left our waitress said thanks and goodbye and the manager just ignored us.

Most immature staff I have ever interacted with. Two young blonde girls were making me uncomfortable due to the fact that I was sat by myself to a point where I felt like I had to explain myself by saying “I’m with someone”. My boyfriend when he arrived he had to speak to them. Is this the kind of staff you hire at Pablos Bistro? Go here if you want to be bullied by young immature girls. Word of mouth confirms that I’m not the only customer to be made uncomfortable by these two girls. Happened 1st of June around 10:30pm.

Have visited this little gem of a restaurant several times and although it’s always very good, last night’s meal and service was exceptional. I have always believed that it’s not always the food that makes a good restaurant, but the staff front of house. From the moment we arrived the service was so professional , welcoming and friendly.

This hidden gem is one of the best tapas restaurants we’ve ever eaten at, tucked in the beautiful town of Bradford-on-Avon. The food is consistently excellent and very authentic. We’ve eaten there at least a half-dozen times and never had a bad meal. Be sure to try the daily pintxos listed on the chalk board, and the wine list is excellent as well. Highly recommended!!

Great atmosphere and excellent quality food served quickly by great staff. A varied menu with gluten free and vegetarian options. We had 4 dishes each which was in hindsight a bit too much but we managed to clean the plates assisted by the sangria. We would highly recommend.

We only had time to stop for drinks, but the food looked great, will have to come back to the area. Staff very friendly.

I had Lunch at Pablo's while watching the Bank holiday entertainment the food was amazing and the staff so attentive I highly recommend this eatery.

The food is just great as is the service - what a lovely crew.The menu is huge and takes a bit of page turning to get to grips with but I would even taking a stab at anything as we had lots to eat and all were fab.

Amazing food and service! The sangria is incredible and the menus cater to all. Our friend group include vegans and vegetarians so it’s great for them to have more than a few options on the menu.

We were booked in for New Years Eve until we got Boris’ed but they rang us the night before to warn us they could not opened and offered us a table the night before. Love eating here, great attentive staff creating such a relaxed “tapas” atmosphere. So chilled we seem to just keep on eating and drinking…

Attended having booked with our somwhat boisterous young springador and we were welcomed by our waitress , tilly .she provided a choice of seating and water for our dog .she and her colleague were efficient and polite and the food was to the taste of my wife ,daughter and myself . Thank you for a great evening .

I have been here before not thinking it could get any better but each time I eat here (and drink) it gets better and better and there is always something new on the menu and the staff are incredible!! Cannot wait to come back!

Another Pablos review, 3 of us on Saturday night. Busy though distancing evident. Great service, brilliant food. The lamb cutlets are beautifully seasoned and cooked, seafood skewers, goats cheese, meatballs, anchovies, ice cream and sherry, churros, a glass of Malbec and a couple of beers. Walked out not needing to eat for several days. Love this restaurant. Go immediately if not sooner.

Me and my partner had dinner in this restaurant 4 days ago.5 starts to the waitress as she was very nice.Menu sounded delicious, however food was disappointing.The tortilla had a lot of oil on it.The food did not look fresh. Sweet potatoe fries were ok and the aubergines ball were also ok. However, tortilla and vegan croquettes and mushrooms with bread were not very good. Bread was hard to chew, so likely not fresh. Tables were sticky so possibly not well cleaned ?Price quality poor, in my opinion.

My parents and I popped here for an impromptu lunch and we were greeted by the lovely Fran who was an absolute delight. The food was fantastic and was as good as we’ve had in Spain. Fran had great wine recommendations and was so attentive and helpful. Definitely coming back to this wee gem. And in terms of covid precautions, there’s a covered outdoor patio with heaters.

As a lover of Spanish tapas, and a resident of BOA, I was looking forward to a meal at Pablo’s. The restaurant is nicely appointed and the service is friendly - though get some more comfortable chairs (like primary school seats). The food was however disappointing. Other reviewers have pointed out that the dishes are very oily. The highlight was the Crispy Spicy cauliflower, but the fish was bland and tough, some dishes seemed reheated . The chorizo had its skin left on and was poorly prepared. The cost per dish is high £6-8 so you end with a large bill. As someone who has travelled around the world sampling amazing food, Pablo’s is not one I’ll be revisiting. Shame as I’m a keen supporter of BOA’s restaurants, especially in these difficult COVID times for owners.

The food was excellent and definitely the best for Spanish cuisine that I have tasted here. My step daughter is vegan and she was very well catered for. Lovely sangria too. Will definitely return. I can’t believe I have this on my doorstep.

Food over priced,small portions,meat balls held together with what seemed to be tomato puree,and to top it all a 10% service charge. The one plus point ,the waitress was really friendly

Lovely tapas, great selection, including lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Great flavours. Nice staff and atmosphere. My favourite was the buffalo cauliflower- nice and spicy, my husbands favourite was the steak and blue cheese. Lovely way to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary.

After reading such glowing reviews, we were looking forward to having a nice meal at Pablo's. Sadly, that wasn't the case at all. We review the whole dining experience.The food wasn't cooked in the way we like, but we can appreciate that a restaurant cater for a wide range of personal tastes, so this shouldn't be a major issue. We can't comment on the rest of the menu, but only on what we ordered. We had the bread and oil, griddled aubergine, halloumi fries, croquetas and pollo al ajillo. Our plan was to enjoy the food, maybe order something else if we liked, and definitely save space for some churros. Everything was very greasy and salty, even for me as a person who likes salt. The bread, which we believed is freshly made in-house, didn't taste fresh. We're very keen on trying new flavours and spices, but all that oil was way too much. We were hungry, however we didn't manage to finish any of the food on the table. Our waiter was polite and asked about our feedback. My partner commented on the fact that the food was too oily and wasn't to our taste. She was very apologetic and and reassured us she'd pass on our feedback to the chef. Politely she asked if we'd like a desert and we told that we didn't, and asked for the bill.My partner saw when she was telling someone - we assume the person in charge - our feedback. Instead of bringing us our bill, he came over a few minutes later offering us a desert again. Personally, we think that wasn't a nice thing to do as the waitress was nice and he should have trusted her professional capability. If he wanted to approach us, that's absolutely fine, but he should have made sure, like her, to reassure us he'd take our comments on board. That's what customer service is about. Bradford on Avon is a special place to us and we like to try new places to eat, but we won't be eating at Pablo's again.

Hadn't visited before and was nervous about it being a small restaurant and social distancing. But had nothing to worry about - tables well spaced, staff wore masks, screens were used. Felt really safe. Food was lovely and service quick. Waitress friendly and efficient. Would totally recommend.

One of the best tapas restaurants I’ve ever visited! Such amazing tasty food and great selection of dishes for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers. The cocktails are pretty tasty too! Wonderful atmosphere, lovely staff and just such an enjoyable evening - one of the best Spanish/ English village restaurants! An absolute must when visiting Bradford-On-Avon or nearby!

Had lunch outside for four. Maybe the tables are a little close together Outside however a small business doing what they can. Staff were brilliant and attentive and the tapas was lovely. Each item tasted lovely and how it should. Would definitely recommend and return.

Excellent service and food - we arrived early but were invited in. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Atmosphere was cosy and warm and our wine was perfect - a lovely memorable meal. Will go there again - a highlight of our visit to Bradford on Avon

My friends of 50 years were enjoying an evening at Pablo’s after a longwalk to Bath and back. It had an informal atmosphere, but the food and serving staff were excellent. The most enjoyable 3 hours we’ve had together for a long time. Thanks for allowing a few old guys a chance to relive some great memories.

Tis restaurant had the usual favourites but also some different choices. The food was exquisite and brought out in proper staggered fashion. Drink choices very good: range of wines and spirits, cocktails and specialists with gin - you can make up your own blends. Outside seating. Excellent service.

Super friendly service. Tapas selection was incredible-fish meat vegetarian and vegan. Aubergines deep fried with honey was sensational as were the lamb and pork piri prawns .Chiros after -perfect

We went to this resturant last night for the first time the menu was out of this world such a choice and everthing cooked to order there was 3 of us we all chose 3 diferent dishes and every one was yummy The staff are very friendly and helpful, my husband and brother-in-law both have unerline health problems so this was the 1st time we ventured out everything was perfect even when I asked for the door to be left open it was not a problemThank you we will be back.

So glad we found Pablo's Tapas. We sat outside on a warm, sunny day. With the colourful tapas and the sunshine it felt as though we were on holiday! The menu was varied and reasonably priced, with a great vegetarian/vegan selection. Really delicious food. Very pleasant and attentive service. Very clean loos, with a surprise factor! A very good tapas restaurant with good choice of food and a lovely venue. The food was full of flavour and the portions sizes were plentiful. Attentive, helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely be back!P.s. the mannequin in the toilet was a little off-putting!

Booked a table for two advising we had two small dogs on one of the hottest days off the year. In excess of 30 degrees. When we arrived we were shown our table which was in direct sunlight. The metal chairs would have been so hot impossible to sit on so asked if we could have one in the shade. There were plenty of shaded tables available. We immediately felt uncomfortable as if we were being a nuisance and listened to a load of clearly made up nonsense about trip hazards and dogs needing to be on the outer area of the patio. Our dogs are Maltese terriers weighing about 7lb. We suggested eating inside which would be cooler and better for us stating that we had done so in the past and would be happy inside if that was ok. More nonsense about a complaint from a gentleman who tripped over a dog so they were not allowed inside. As said we had eaten inside in the past with our dogs. Eventually we were sat smack bang in the entrance when a family of 4 turn up with two dogs stating they haven’t booked and asking for a table. They were told yes of course but the best available table for them was inside. I was bloody furious and asked why we were not allowed inside with dogs despite pre booking yet others were. ( I guess they didn’t want to give a table for 4 to a couple) greedy and short sighted. Cut short we left which is a shame as we have enjoyed the place previously and had hoped to book for our daughters birthday soon. Shan’t be going back

Another fabulous meal on Tuesday evening to a small family outing of 3. Meatballs, anchovies, pork belly, octopus, goats cheese all great, ice cream with raisins and sherry, house red and ice cold beer on tap. Just love this place and genuinely have never had a bad plate of food. Great service from the hardworking staff, polite, attentive and professional. Thank you.

Well what can we say , firstly Bradford-on-Avon is stunning and we wish we had more time to explore !! I booked Pablo’s over the internet based on the trip advisor recommendations !! Wow We are so glad we did !! It was simply beautiful , it’s a pretty venue with a lovely seating area out side . The staff were all excellent and super friendly !! We Ordered what seemed like half of the menu but we are glad we did . Every dish was superb thank you so so much and we will be back 100%

It’s difficult to write a review during these unfortunate times as businesses are struggling but I couldn’t give an excellent review for this restaurant as although fairly nice and a change from the Thai and Italian restaurants in Bradford-on-Avon, it was lacking a little. Social distancing wasn’t great, but then it’s a small place, but for the manageress to put her face right in front of mine to ask if my drink was ok was a shock. The food is nice but not the best tapas I’ve had but it wasn’t the worse I’ve had. Unfortunately my friend choose vegan and when the croquettes were served the waitress assured they were vegan but after eating them they were the cheese and ham croquettes! We didn’t make a fuse as the another waitress was very apologetic but the vegan croquettes and the ham croquettes were so different in appearance she should have known this. The potato bravas was crispy roast potatoes with a bit of sauce on but the buffalo sauce cauliflower was amazing with the perfect spice, hot but not too hot. The rest was just ok and a little salty for me but others may like that. Lastly, the sangria was very weak and sweet from too much lemonade. It wasn’t cheap and although some more wine was added when we asked for it, it was still not good. Oh and the mannequin in the loo frightened the life out of me lol! . If you haven’t tried tapas before please give this little place a try as this was just my opinion and apart from the uncomfortable chairs outside, it’s a nice place to watch the world go by. Oh and you can ask for a blanket to sit on. X

This place was such a find! We visited for lunch-time tapas. The selection is really broad - with lots of great options for meaties, veggies and vegans. The food itself was excellent - in particular we liked the deep fried goats cheese, white fish in batter and of course the churros sharing board. Inside has a really great vibe but we sat outside. The heavens opened during our visit and the staff kept checking on us to make sure we were dry, even if it meant they got a soaking. Excellent all round!

We visited en famille (with a 9 month old baby in high chair) on 15 July and had a delightful evening. Very patient staff who brought dish after delicious dish, generous portions and very tasty tapas catering for vegetarians, pescatarians and meat-lovers alike. The only thing they had run out of was calamari. The dessert sharing platters were great too. Who could ask for more?

So wonderful to see Pablos up and running again! My husband and I have eaten here many times over several years. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, it has a very cosy, homely atmosphere. Had a delivery while we are on lockdown and it was such a treat! We love pablos anyway so were really excited when we saw you were doing delivery. The quality of the food was amazing, we could not decide on which was our favourite dish as they were all so great! It was wonderful to have so many lovely tasting dishes. We had booked a table for 8pm and arrived slightly early at 7:45. The waitress seemed annoyed that we had turned up early and was a bit miffy with us.I think that maybe the senior waitress and the young waitress had maybe had an argument as there was a bit of an 'atmosphere' However, having said that....The Food was excellent, piping hot and very very tasty, the decor is interesting and I encourage you to use the loo... You will know why when you do... Would we eat here again, absolutely Would we recommend it absolutely ....

Wow!We ate here at lunchtime on Saturday before travelling onto Bath.Booking a table is a must as it's an restaurant not to be missed.We had a table for 4 and had the lunchtime special at £19.50...exceptional value, with bread, oil and balsamic vinegar, choice of 3 tapas AND a very fresh side salad.We were not disappointed with anything at all.Food, service and ambience were 10/10!!We can't wait to revisit, especially on a summers evening!!!

The staff did everything they could to squeeze us in after a last minute booking and were really welcoming. The restaurant is cosy and has a warm vibe. A large drink and food menu with lot's of choice, even had a wide range of vegan and vegetarian dishes. The food was absolutely delicious especially the steak in blue cheese sauce and the churros are a must! We will definitely return when we are in the area.

Great date night at Pablo’s for a rare child free date night! Restaurant decor is quirky and makes for a great setting. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful (including a Spanish lesson!) - they recommended how many dishes to go for but we could order more at any time.Most importantly the food! Really excellent! We chose from the vegetarian and vegan menus and all our choices were delicious. Our fave dish was the potato bravas with the blue cheese sauce but we could have eaten everything on the menu! We’ll definitely be going back!

We had such a lovely meal here - the atmosphere is buzzing and the food is absolutely delicious. Really impressed by all the vegetarian and vegan options. We even managed to squeeze in a cinnamon waffle with chocolate sauce and ice cream which was heaven!Thank you to the staff for making it such a special place. My friend & I visited here today I can recommend this as a very welcoming tapas restaurant we also had our 2 dachshund who was welcomed as well, we had the lunchtime special for 2 from bread & oil and 3 choices of tapas we decided on calamari, meatballs & cider and Chorizo, all was very tasty and well done, the calamari especially was great not the rings but whole one, we will be back and thanks again for a lovely meal.

Some of the best tapas outside of Spain. Modern a really well thought out menu at excellent prices for the quality of food. Be sure to book as very small and extremely popular restaurant.

We visited yesterday as we were staying in the area for a little Babymoon before an impending arrival.

The food was beautiful and the service was great. Our waitress really got the measure of us straight away. We had lots of tapas dishes! All were delicious including the steak with blue cheese, meatballs and chicken wings in honey. House red wine was also great!

A very nice selection of tapas, tasty and good value for money. Do watch out though as we ordered a sandwich and there was a lot of garlic in it, which was not in the description and wasn't great for a midweek lunch! The service was very friendly and our table of 8 really enjoyed it

We were looking for somewhere to eat on a Monday evening (7 October) in Bradford-on-Avon and most restaurants were shut. Fortunately this little gem was open. We visited Pablo's on the 3rd October and really enjoyed the food. The portions were quite small but very tasty. The only criticisms would be the size of portions and the rather snappy waitress otherwise very good.

Once again a super collection of tasty dishes. Rabbit with capers, aubergine with honey, goat cheese, Padron peppers, salt cod fritters, a glass of house red, a decent draught lager and vanilla ice cream with sherry. Brilliant, fun and will be back ASAP. Thank you.

A warm Friday evening in the UK is an usual experience at the end of August especially when you dine outside eating mixed Paella and the best I’ve eaten outside of Spain, shame I had to share it with herself. Actually there was enough for three. We started with bread and oils to tide us over.

Popped in for lunch, tempted by the Tapas for two offer (tapas being my favourite form of dining), and we weren't disappointed. The three dishes we had (accompanied by crusty bread and a super salad for £19.50) were excellent and ample. Service was friendly and efficient. Everything about this place was lovely

We were 5 family and friends who decided to meet up in Bradford on Avon for lunch. Instead of the usual pub food we thought let's do something different. Food was ok fried food was heavily battered, the offering was wide so something for everyone. The younger waitress was good but the slightly older was was brusque, to the point I thought aggressive. almost could be bothered to serve us attitude. My sister in laws pudding of waffle was clearly burnt, but she was too scared to mention it. My belly of pork, was clearly re heated and slightly crusty, seemed a bit old, tasted ok..

We had lunch at Pablos yesterday and were served a lovely variety of tasty vegan dishes - really flavoursome. The mushrooms, aubergines, roast veg and spinach and chick pea and asparagus dishes were the highlights but all good.

Have eaten here twice in quick succession, and while the food is delicious, the understanding of dietary requirements could be improved (no understanding that gluten free food needs to be fried in a separate fryer to regular food) and the service from one member of staff needs improving. When we visited the first time, the person serving us was lovely, the second time was a different and her attitude was pretty poor. Friends have also visited and experienced the same negative so it wasn’t a one off! Shame as the food is lovely

We prebooked and visited on a sunny Friday evening, we were a little earlier than some tables so we got our orders in and sat in the sun. The place soon filled up, certainly all the outside tables were in use and the majority of the inside ones were too. However the staff kept on top of everything and our orders arrived promptly and enjoyed every mouthful. There is an extensive menu, with both vegetarian and vegan choices. My wife also enjoyed the sangria, while I had Spanish draught beer.

Went here with my partner for a Saturday night dinner / drinks. We only asked if there was a table on Saturday afternoon and despite being very busy they managed to squeeze us in at short notice . Having never been before all the staff were extremely helpful and happy to advise on how many dishes we picked etc. We settled for 5 dishes with oil and bread. Everything was delicious and it was washed down with a lovely bottle of Cava. The food came out extremely quickly and was piping hot, staff couldn’t do enough for you despite being very busy.

Had a night away without the kids so we were really looking forward to trying this place. The food was great, most of the staff were really friendly, however they were struggling as it was so busy.

This was a second visit for me and a third for my wife who had taken our grown up children for lunch a couple of weeks ago.

We love tapas and go regularly to Barcelona. This matched it. Loved most us the dishes, ordered some again. Very chilled. We are staying in BoA for a week, this was so good we have booked to come back again.

Really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, you only get one chance to make a first impression and for us it was a disaster. I decided to book here with my partner for a special occasion. I made a booking via there web site. After a few days I had not received a confirmation. So I then called to make the booking personally for 20:30.

A lovely local restaurant with an excellent selection of tapas dishes. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted authentic. The fresh food and cosy seating made us feel like we were in Spanish village. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Had been several times for drinks but this was the first time ordering food. What took me so long! Every dish was absolutely spot on. The asparagus was a particular favourite. The cold beer and the sunny patio made it all the better. Perfect.

Lovely wide range to choose from and the waitress was very helpful in helping us to select. Each item was very different but very tasty and was cooked while we were there. All in all a delightful lunch.

This little tapas restaurant is a delight. Have been for dinner and now a lunch and both were excellent. Fantastic choice of dishes including some I’ve not seen elsewhere and everything was beautifully cooked and presented, and came to the table as they were ready. The three of us had three dishes each and this is plenty with a couple of orders of bread and oil, also delicious in its simplicity. Fantastic staff too. This is a new family favourite and I’m looking forward to it being our go-to for birthdays and whatever other excuse we can think of!

Came here for alcoholic drinks and tapas. Food was very good. Sat outside. Nice sheltered spot to enjoy the weather.

This small tapas restaurant was just amazing. It offers gorgeous tapas with many gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. We were really spoilt for choice. Good size tasty portions. Best to book as it is a busy, lively place. A real gem.

Popped in here on the off chance and was VERY lucky to get a table as it is small and very popular. The service was welcoming, the atmosphere great and the food was just amazing. Highlights were strips of filet steak with blue cheese and a chicken dish with mushrooms cream and garlic - so good I had to get more bread to finish the sauce! Frankly i could have eaten almost everything on the menu - there are the favorites but also some unusual ones. very good house wine and the place was full of smiley faces - always a good sign. Book to be sure of a place and take time to relax - this is not ( and thank goodness) a fast food restaurant. Wonderful night and huge appreciation to the chefs and the owners.

Saturday night, absolutely rammed as the weather was lovely so all the outside tables were packed as well.

My wife and I had tapas at Pablos on a Saturday lunch time. The food was amazing and the restaurant is friendly and well presented. We’ll definitely be back.

Stopped for a quick lunch before a pre booked boat trip on the canal. Everywhere else seemed to only do sandwiches and similar, and we wanted something a bit different. Not too hungry, we shared 3 - though next time we may have more as so good! Salt cod croquettes amazing - one of my favourites but not my husband's, but as soon as he tried them he had to share. Best ever - in Spain or elsewhere. Also the squid 'bun' special very good. Goats cheese nice but not wow...little more toasting and a little more honey please! Or perhaps I'm just greedy. Wish you were closer but will be back next time in the area.

We had a fantastic evening in this restaurant. It had a great ambience and atmosphere and they totally accommodated our fussy needs for a table. The food was excellent, and moreover we have 2 people who are celiac, 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan in our party which was in total 6 people. The menu accommodated all of that with menus for each and clearly marked with each dish if it was GF,Veg, or Vegan. The service was very efficient and very friendly. We had a great evening and absolutely loved it. We will be back.

We arrived in Bradford-on-Avon on a Saturday and wandered into town to assess our options for food; having looked at the menu outside Pablo's we were stunned by the full page of vegan tapas options! The place was buzzing but the staff assured us a space would be available just after 9pm - sure enough we got back later and our table was waiting for us. The waitress was chatty and offered advice on how many dishes to order and which ones were particularly good; the food was outstanding and we were delighted with our choices. To finish the evening nicely (we were last to leave) we had a chance to chat briefly to the chef and owner; they too were lovely and this place deserves its success - highly recommended.
