Terrible. Slow service, meal was just warm enough to eat. Parsnip on my plate was hard obviously not cooked. Interesting watching the food been served. One kitchen staff kept rubbing his nose, luckely not serving our meal. Staff member serving roasts was intermittent using his fingers or either utensils. Atmosphere like a cafe rather than a restaurant. Wouldn't reccomend.

Went whilst on a weekend away. The restaurant is very nice, good location, with friendly staff. The food was decent enough although a little pricey but I thought the menu was a little limited. The choice wasn't great, probably the most limited menu I've seen in a while.

Disappointing After checking their online menu we booked and evening table only to be faced with a Sunday lunch menu with a limited choice and of those two were unavailable. Had we known it was only the Sunday menu choice we would never have booked. The food was average, luke-warm and overpriced. Service surly. A shame as we have been there several times, sadly we will not be going back.

Will’s Bar - it’s blowing a gale today and we sat near a door that we had to shut each time someone came through. We asked a member of staff (a lady with purple and green hair) to shut the door as she had left it open. We very politely asked and I don’t think it required a filthy look and slammed door in response. 👎

Burnt pizza, toppings missing off the hot dog, and a tiny-wee 14-quid bowl of veg with 4 prawns on top. All enjoyed on a table piled with the last people's empty glass and leftovers, while a dog peed all over the floor on the next table. Left feeling ripped off.

This was a surprise find on our way back from Holyhead. Unfortunately the main restaurant was fully booked but the fish smelled amazing. We ended up getting food from the shack, some loaded fries and pizza. It was decent if not mind blowing. Atmosphere was great. Good music, some okay beer. Dog and family friendly. Plenty of parking too and access directly on to the beach.

So, based on a friend's recommendation, we decided to check out this place, which boasts a killer setting as both a restaurant and a bar. We swung by for a late Sunday lunch, and even though it was pretty busy, it wasn't jam-packed. The service was super friendly, and we loved the views. Now, onto the grub. The lamb and the beef beetroot Wellington were really tasty. That lamb? Oh man, it was top-notch. But here's the downer: the veggies were way too crunchy for our liking. The roast potatoes and Yorkshire pud were on point, but the veg? Meh. And don't get me started on the cauliflower cheese – raw cauliflower in a pretty bland sauce. We were hyped for the pineapple crumble, but it seemed like it could've spent a bit more time in the oven and had some spice added. On the flip side, the Eton mess totally hit the spot. Both big portions and super sweet if that's your thing. Quick heads-up: despite signs saying no to dogs, we spotted a few well-behaved furry friends. So, if you're allergic, maybe give it a miss. All in all, it didn't quite live up to the hype, but we get why it's a hotspot.

Had a really amazing time here owing to the company, service and the atmosphere. A stunning locations The only things to improve would be to address the flickering lights (probably less of an issue during summer months), and improve the difference between price and food quality. For £30 a main I do expect upper end dinning and having been here once a few years ago, I know the OC can do this. Thanks for a lovely evening.

We had been here twice with our dog when we were last here in September. So we were keen to go back with our now 2 dogs. This time, however, it was sadly a very disappointing experience and we are unlikely to go back. In hindsight we should have looked at the menu beforehand as we probably would have decided against going. The prices were very high for in our opinion very plain and poorly presented food. I had the mozzarella to start, which came with 2 pieces of dry bread. My wife had the crayfish, which was nice. We both had chicken with a bernaise sauce for main. One sauce was warm, yet one was cold. Neither came with vegetables, which was extra. The chips were nice. Although we were dining early, there were only two other couples(both with dogs). There was no one else there. For two courses plus a bottle of wine, it was over £100 which we felt was a lot of money. The dogs got lots of chicken and they enjoyed the broccoli. The girl that served us was pleasant enough, but the overall atmosphere was very very quiet and the quality of the food did nothing to improve the evening ambiance. Hashtag disappointed

Beautiful place, lovely decor and stunning views, our main course was lovely but felt deflated when we received our dessert. Desert was a let down for us all, the 3 of us had the brownie and doughnut boat but we all felt the ingredients tasted cheap with only 1 piece of each in the actual boat not what you expect when the prices are what they are. The vibe is good, well decorated but we were all cold throughout our meals.

Seafood chowder - thick and creamy, tons of vegetables and shellfish inside 3. Fried calamari - calamari size is small, batter is light, under seasoned 4. Service - friendly staff 5. Serving time - 30 mins 6. Affordability - a bit pricy 7. Atmosphere - clean

Nothing exceptional about this place, although decent enough to be worth visiting at some point. The best thing I have noticed is a great atmosphere with ideally suitable decorations all around. I also assume they have an amazing view during day, but I cannot tell as I gave it a visit when it was a complete darkness outside already. I ordered Cornish Hake Kyiv and Apple n Berries Crumble. Both dishes looked pleasing, however i felt like the Cornish was overpriced as it was quite a small portion with no special filling inside. Likewise, I didn't really love the crumble, yet still I suppose this one will likely please others. Overall, this place seems like one with a good potential, but just not as quite as it could suit my preferences entirely.

Restaurant is modern with great views, although some of the chairs are very basic and uncomfortable. Service was moderate, no attention to re-filling drinks, cuttlery and taking away plates, very short sited. The Duck pate was excellent, however, although unconventional, butter should be an option. The steak burger was perfectly cooked, however the turkey roast dinner was dry and had obviously been left under the pass too long, or even worse been re-heated. Irish coffees were delicious and perfect. A place for a gang to drink and munch, but probably not for a romantic impressive dinner.

Had lunch with a friend who had fish and chips he said they were delicious while I had chicken breast in tarragon sauce which was really tasty, the only reason I dropped a star was because although it was so tasty there wasn't enough veg to go with it! 3 small new potatoes, couple pakchoi leaves, 3 bacon lardons, 5 shallots and a few peas/green beans, I would have preferred more potatoes to go with the plentiful sauce.
