15:00 on 22nd September Following a great afternoon watching several flights we decided to visit the cafe. We sat down and waited, the un smiling waitress finally decided to come across to the table, I asked for 4 hot chocolates she very curtly told me to fill in the menu request form and enter my contact details at the rear and was totally un helpful. I totally dont have an issue with completing the form the fact that there was a lack of greeting and zero warmth from this person, with a face meant for rear of house she is totally lucky to have such a cushy job.

Had a great day at birds of prey centre and stopped off at cafe before first show.Home cooked food and lovely cakes. Cafe was busy and service good despite the fact that only one of the two young waitresses was actually working. The lazy tattooed one just sat on the floor during our visit not helping despite the queue and to my mind is not a good advert for the place!!

Este es un gran lugar para ir a conseguir una oscura y algo para comer mientras espera la próxima demostración de vuelo. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El café está muy bien situado entre el averies, así que puedes oír los pájaros mientras tienes un refresco.

Very disappointed with the whole experience. We had to wait just over an hour for our order which was mediocre. The place seemed very understaffed and takeaways seemed to be more important than diners. The waitresses were nice but stressed. We were given a free drink and nibbles to compensate.

Lovely pub. Good selection of well kept ales. Only does Pizza but they are top notch.

We stayed nearby and had used this place a few years ago. The service was quick as we were the first customers after opening and the food was very tasty although my wife wasn't a massive fan of the fried rice. The surprise was the price as dishes were a couple of pounds dearer in Yorkshire than down south in Bedfordshire, I always though the north was cheaper and Yorkshire men traditionally tight with their money😁 The other Chinese in Pickering also has similar prices so not an isolated occurrence.
