Food ordered for delivery was Luke warm when arrived after an hour waiting. Order not correct 2 patties short rang them straight away. Said would send still. Waiting at 40 mins still no sign kids upset they shared my fish do not need at this point.

Was not nice overall chicken was plastic and was just gross and dry, my cake tasted and smelled disgusting it’s also very overpriced

Save yourself time and money and just avoid this place. Just terrible

Made an order for collection and realised when we got home the order was missing some fries. When I called to ask for some to be brought to us I was told “sorry we don’t deliver to that postcode”. Baring in mind we’re only 10 minutes away. No other suggestion on how to resolve it apart from me going to the shop to collect them. I then pointed out by the time I do that all the food will be cold so they will have to replace all of it (When we ate the food it was cold anyway). They then suggested they would get the Beverley Road shop to deliver the fries. It took over an hour to deliver the fries. Stone cold when they got here. Not only is the service appalling but there was zero empathy from the girl ‘Abbie’ on the phone, she quite simply wasn’t bothered in the slightest and would have been happy to end the call with no resolution. Also to top it off they must have the worst phone line in the world, could barely make out what she was saying on the phone and the loud music in the background didn’t help. What a load of hassle for a bag of fries which shouldn’t have even been missed in the first place. It’s BASIC skills. I’ll take my £37 elsewhere next time.

I work in the community around the area and popped in for some lunch. Bonus that there were tables and I could eat in, at no extra charge, rather than sit in my car with it on my knee! The chips were perfect and the fish so fresh with crunchy batter. The girls were SO polite, well mannered and friendly, building great rapport with customers! I will definitely be back!
