Not for me but not the worst I’ve had

I ordered a delivery at 6:50 and didn’t receive it until 8:30. I can understand if this was maybe a Saturday or Friday night but it was a Sunday…. I rang up the shop hoping for a check in of where my order was after an hour had passed, but was greeted with no compassion or customer service skills at all. This was a let down because after paying 21 pound for a burger and fries you expect more. The food arrived cold and chips were stale. Absolutely not happy especially being violently hungover… In what word does it take an hour and 40 minutes for a burger and chips. Get lost

For the price if that fish and chips i can count my chips compared to other fish and chips shop asked for a portion if oinions and i thought it was freh onions but he got it out of the freezer i wasnt happy with the price i wasnt happy with the amount of chips they gave me. Not going back there at all
