Food was good, hot and fresh! great flavours too. spot on 😁

Terrible, always get an order wrong and are offended when they need to sort it out. Can’t even order a basic garlic dip without them messing it up and giving you some gross spicy salsa like dip, let alone the food! Older guy who runs it is disinterested and the younger one, maybe his son, always gets the order wrong! I don’t even waste my time trying to get it fixed because pointless, never going back. Don’t go here!

Food was obviously from day prior to order, mildly warm and was all either tough or chewy. Haven’t had a problem ordering before, but this food has left me and my partner feeling unwell

Never again food was stone cold when arrived also late chips over cooked rock hard and the chicken wasn’t cooked so the misses and boys couldn’t eat the food. Waste of time waiting for delivery so takeaway went in the bin and now cooking spaghetti Bolognese for the family and out of pocket of £49.80 not a good way to end a hard week at work

Literally just walked in to order a donor kebab. Fastest kebab made on the planet. Next to no waiting time what a donny diner kebab haha. Won't ve going anywhere else. Amazing

Popped in and ordered a mixed kebab. As always, it was superb. Loads of mixed meats and heaps of salad. I always ask for the meat, salad and bread to be kept separate and they always oblige. Friendly service and excellent prices. Recommended.

Always a great service and super tasty food

about 1 hr for delivery once order was placed, slightly disappointed considering its a Thursday. I'd expect delays on a Friday and weekends. food was ok, warm but not hot.

Consistancy in quality and portion size has really slipped of late, my wife and I usually share a large doner and chicken on chips and what turned up was barley a regular with next to no doner meat.

forgot the pitta bread in the salads, not the first time. maybe they need to update the description to not include it anymore.

On holiday in the area and my son wanted his usual kebab meat and chips with garlic mayo. So glad we chose here! Meat was fresh, chips were cooked perfectly and the garlic mayo was super tasty ! Fed both of my sons !! Thankyou !

Decided to order from here whilst stopping on the campsite next door. Pleasant lady on the till took my order and asked what sauces would I like on the kebabs, I asked for sweet chilli which I was told they didn’t do, only the hot one so I asked for it in a pot so we could add it ourselves to our taste. That will be £1.50 please!! I said your joking, I can have it free on the kebab ! One of the guys put a small amount in a pot and gave it to me. Then I was presented with the kebabs, in all the cooking time was around four minutes!. I was worried that the chicken and lamb was cooked properly. The food was tasteless and the lamb very gristley so didn’t actually eat a lot of it.

Mixed kebab was lovely. Can't complain about the portion size. Mine was regular, and I struggled to finish it! Wonder what the large one is like!

7.90 for 4 small slithers of kebab meat on chips. Absolutely gutting. Always done the best kebab in town, especially when they used to do their lunch special menu. Don’t get me wrong the food is great but definitely not value for money. If I ever end up there again I just hope they lube me up. Before taking advantage.

Bought a donner kebab to take away. Upon playing up, I discover solidified, cold fat in amongst the meat and salad. I called the restaurant to complain but recieved no response.

Order placed at 6.30 for delivery at 7.35, food arrived at 8.20. The food was cold. Not impressed!

The owner is very tight at Ottomans and the staff always leave off food. I used to go there every weekend.Save your money and go to Jerry's. The food there is fresh and the service is the best and more reasonably priced.

my order was worry I ordered for a chicken and Donner with chips but I got just chicken and chips there was no Donner.

I had a delivery Saturday night, it took 1 hour and 10 mins to arrive, cold ! The chips were hard and cold the chicken wings were 5.80 for 5 wings and no dip, the kebabs both cold . The staff couldn’t give a scoobie ! I shall order from Jerrys next time .

Have been going here for years, Always drive from Poole ,12 miles ,as it used to be the best kebab house around. The last few times, the kebab meat has been cold and greasy. I don't know if its changed hands or something, but something has changed. It used to be bustling with servers and chefs behind the counter but recently only 3 peoples and one of them was a youngster. Last night's kebab was again cold and greasey ,the nan bread was unbaked n tough, and he dint put on the chili sauce I asked for I won't be going back here anymore.

When you use your discount the portion sizes are a lot smaller. BBQ was forgotten off the onion ring order too. Seems 8/10 times something is missing. Haven’t ordered since and won’t be until you sort the shambles out. Chilli sauce on the kebab was the smallest amount I’ve ever seen. Again only happens when you use the discount.

Usually happy with the food we order from here. Tonight the cheese and chips were cold , under cooked and hardly any. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The kebabs a tiny dollop of sauce pretty much none. Massive chunks of onions not edible, meat was very cold. And how did it only take ten minutes from getting the order to it being delivered and it all being that cold ?

No cheese on the curly fries, even though ordered. No pitta bread with the salad and the doner meat was tiny shavings.

The chicken strippers sent were incredible, had to drive all the way to the shop to get them changed. No apology or compensation for the inconvenience. Every order is becoming an issue food and service have gone right down yet prices are sky high. Won’t be back this time
