Popped in and ordered a mixed kebab. As always, it was superb. Loads of mixed meats and heaps of salad. I always ask for the meat, salad and bread to be kept separate and they always oblige. Friendly service and excellent prices. Recommended.

Always a great service and super tasty food

about 1 hr for delivery once order was placed, slightly disappointed considering its a Thursday. I'd expect delays on a Friday and weekends. food was ok, warm but not hot.

Not had a soggy burger bun so I know it’s delivered quickly after packing and always cooked properly.

Consistancy in quality and portion size has really slipped of late, my wife and I usually share a large doner and chicken on chips and what turned up was barley a regular with next to no doner meat.

forgot the pitta bread in the salads, not the first time. maybe they need to update the description to not include it anymore.

On holiday in the area and my son wanted his usual kebab meat and chips with garlic mayo. So glad we chose here! Meat was fresh, chips were cooked perfectly and the garlic mayo was super tasty ! Fed both of my sons !! Thankyou !

Decided to order from here whilst stopping on the campsite next door. Pleasant lady on the till took my order and asked what sauces would I like on the kebabs, I asked for sweet chilli which I was told they didn’t do, only the hot one so I asked for it in a pot so we could add it ourselves to our taste. That will be £1.50 please!! I said your joking, I can have it free on the kebab ! One of the guys put a small amount in a pot and gave it to me. Then I was presented with the kebabs, in all the cooking time was around four minutes!. I was worried that the chicken and lamb was cooked properly. The food was tasteless and the lamb very gristley so didn’t actually eat a lot of it.

Mixed kebab was lovely. Can't complain about the portion size. Mine was regular, and I struggled to finish it! Wonder what the large one is like!

7.90 for 4 small slithers of kebab meat on chips. Absolutely gutting. Always done the best kebab in town, especially when they used to do their lunch special menu. Don’t get me wrong the food is great but definitely not value for money. If I ever end up there again I just hope they lube me up. Before taking advantage.

Bought a donner kebab to take away. Upon playing up, I discover solidified, cold fat in amongst the meat and salad. I called the restaurant to complain but recieved no response.

Order placed at 6.30 for delivery at 7.35, food arrived at 8.20. The food was cold. Not impressed!

The owner is very tight at Ottomans and the staff always leave off food. I used to go there every weekend.Save your money and go to Jerry's. The food there is fresh and the service is the best and more reasonably priced.

my order was worry I ordered for a chicken and Donner with chips but I got just chicken and chips there was no Donner.

This is a mainstay for our family. Always good. The restaurant only open during the day..cafe 65..could not better food anywhere.

I had a delivery Saturday night, it took 1 hour and 10 mins to arrive, cold ! The chips were hard and cold the chicken wings were 5.80 for 5 wings and no dip, the kebabs both cold . The staff couldn’t give a scoobie ! I shall order from Jerrys next time .

Can the salad be put in a separate container then the meat won’t get so cold? Otherwise, a good meal as usual.

Have been going here for years, Always drive from Poole ,12 miles ,as it used to be the best kebab house around. The last few times, the kebab meat has been cold and greasy. I don't know if its changed hands or something, but something has changed. It used to be bustling with servers and chefs behind the counter but recently only 3 peoples and one of them was a youngster. Last night's kebab was again cold and greasey ,the nan bread was unbaked n tough, and he dint put on the chili sauce I asked for I won't be going back here anymore.

Ordered at 18:47 still not arrived at 20:55 two hours waiting.!! Food non existent

When you use your discount the portion sizes are a lot smaller. BBQ was forgotten off the onion ring order too. Seems 8/10 times something is missing. Haven’t ordered since and won’t be until you sort the shambles out. Chilli sauce on the kebab was the smallest amount I’ve ever seen. Again only happens when you use the discount.

Didn’t seem to care that their order was late. No apology. Expected me to stand outside looking for the delivery person.

Usually happy with the food we order from here. Tonight the cheese and chips were cold , under cooked and hardly any. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The kebabs a tiny dollop of sauce pretty much none. Massive chunks of onions not edible, meat was very cold. And how did it only take ten minutes from getting the order to it being delivered and it all being that cold ?

No cheese on the curly fries, even though ordered. No pitta bread with the salad and the doner meat was tiny shavings.

The chicken strippers sent were incredible, had to drive all the way to the shop to get them changed. No apology or compensation for the inconvenience. Every order is becoming an issue food and service have gone right down yet prices are sky high. Won’t be back this time

Hi we had a take away from you last nite 4th August had it delivered and open up special chicken kebab and the chicken wasn't cooked and all full of fat dripping , and the chicken and chips were the same , wasn't happy at all

Great food every time but can’t help worrying about the elderly delivery driver you have working until the early hours of the morning. Such a sweet man but shouldn’t be out delivering at gone midnight in my opinion, bless him

Lovely food, but always transported just in a carrier bag. As we live outside of town the food is always cold. Still nice enough to eat, but wish we were first on the delivery list sometimes.

Don’t know why I occasionally come back to this place. The run down shop matches the food. Chips poor, chicken wrap really wasn’t enjoyable. Not even the slightest bit “wrapped”, floppy all over the joint. Chilli sauce questionable as well. Chicken strippers half alright. Just left feeling gross/sick after the food and won’t be getting any coin out of my pocket any longer.

Been going to this takeaway since 2002, it used to be amazing but everytime iv ordered recently they have missed bits off of my order or food has been less than ideal, guess its time to move on and find a new kebab place, sad times!

Disappointing Experience - Cold Food and Unacceptable Wait Times. I regret to say that my recent experience with this restaurant was nothing short of disappointing. To begin with, our food arrived stone cold, as if it had been sitting out for quite some time before it was finally delivered to us. This not only ruined the taste but also made us question the overall quality and freshness of the meals we received. Despite placing our order well in advance, we were forced to wait for an excruciating 2 hours before our food finally arrived. What's worse, I had to make two separate phone calls to the restaurant just to inquire about the status of our order. Both times, I received vague and unhelpful responses, which only added to our growing frustration. The poor service extended to the delivery itself, which can only be described as subpar. The delivery person seemed careless and unprofessional, further contributing to the overall negative impression we had of the restaurant. All in all, I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment. With so many other dining options available, it's simply not worth subjecting yourself to such a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and reliable meal.

If I could upload a photo you'd understand. Ordered a fresh salad received a bowl of slop! We are regulars but will now have a rethink after 2 orders place and both have been questionable

Food OK but let down by delivery driver who is the owner of BRASSIER 65 & Ottoman. Rude to my Son who answered the door, moaned about the address on the order that has been delivered too many times; with clear directions. Last order with Ottoman, will stick with Jerry’s.
