Otto Print and Coffee House in Bournemouth

Bonito ambiente y decoración, buen diseño aunque la carretera está demasiado transitada para sentarse fuera. Tristemente una cálida bienvenida mientras esperaba a que la barista terminara de charlar con su amiga. El café era bastante bueno y usan tazas y tazas encantadoras. Menú básico pero tenía algunas buenas opciones vegetarianas y veganas. Cuando nos pidieron comprar una bolsa de café molido que confundió al otro joven barista y luego el original dijo que solo vendemos granos enteros, no hay oferta para molerlo. Este mal servicio al cliente y la cálida bienvenida tristemente arruinó la experiencia para mí.

Personal poco capacitado, tiempos de espera extensos. Y no hay comida disponible en un día festivo sábado! Esperando en el punto de orden y ni siquiera se le da un “bien estar con usted en breve”. Simplemente continuaron haciendo bebidas e ignorándome.

We hired Otto coffee house for a belated wedding celebration! The venue was perfect, great size and fab decor! The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much, fab cocktails, reasonable prices… would recommend to anyone looking for a private venue, some coffee and a slice of cake or just a great night out, they offer everything!

Bloody love this place. Coffee will blow your little minds. You aren’t ready for the bacon roll my friends. Imagine succulent, juicy bacon relaxing peacefully on a wee bed of soft yet crispy bread. Don’t get me started on the smoothie bowls. I would pay DOUBLE to even get close to the level of fulfilled they gifted me with. I am in love with the coconut.

Visited here last Sunday at lunch time with a couple of friends. Took a while to get served, and sat upstairs (which was full of students(?) on laptops). No music, not much ambiance, but quite nice decor throughout- industrial vibe.  Ordered downstairs, there's a limited menu to start with and they didn't have the brisket. Also didn't have the vegan burrito. Settled for the avocado and strawberry toast and a cappuccino.Weirdly the staff just shout out the orders when they get to the top of the stairs and you have to claim your food before somebody else does?! It was quite irritating that our conversation was disturbed every time an order was served.  My friends were charged inconsistent amounts for their meals, despite ordering the same thing... Staff were pretty rude and unhelpful when they tried to get this rectified. Cappuccinos arrived without saucers and teaspoons. Odd assortment of cutlery in a pot on the table. Had to stir my sugar in with the end of a knife... Could have gone downstairs to ask for a teaspoon, but really, should I have had to?  I ordered: AVOCADO & STRAWBERRY TOASTSmashed Avocado on Le Petit Prince Patisserie Sourdough toast topped with fresh strawberries, a sprinkle of feta cheese, EVOO, fresh basil. £5.95 I received: 1 small slice of untoasted sourdough with some avocado, strawberries and a few chunks of feta. No basil in sight, and no seasoning. When the server asked how my meal was, I honestly expressed my thoughts, he told me he didn't have any basil so hadn't put it on. Didn't really apologise or offer any sort of resolution.  It's a shame this place did not deliver, as we were really looking forward to checking it out. The prints in their shop are lovely, and it has the right decor to be quite an impressive spot. Coffee was good, despite the lack of spoons. With poor service, a limited (and unavailable menu), and insubstantial food offerings, I won't be bothering to visit again. 

Popped in for an emergency sammie / coffee as hubby & I were starting to feel ‘h’angry’… what a pleasant surprise! Hubby had the beef brisket sammie and I had a most delicious dish of avocado & strawberries on sourdough. YUM. Great coffee as well. Would we go back? 100%

Ambiente y estética realmente genial, el café es, con mucho, el mejor de todo Bournemouth. Muchos asientos y un gran servicio por parte del personal.
