Lovely, well kept holiday park. Great club house offering meals, snacks and well stocked bar. Regular entertainment for both kids and adults throughout the year.

We camped, so I can't really give a star rating for the 'rooms', but the pods and fixed tents did look good. We found it a lovely site, and will return.

A large family group of us stayed here for some 40th birthday celebrations. The Glass House that a couple of us were in had everything we needed. The hot tub out on our deck was the best! Just for info, the Glasses houses are not accessible. Also, some of the sleeping facilities inside aren't as easy to access if you're older or have any mobility issues. That said, it's still a campsite. Albeit a very nice luxury one! Some of our family stayed in very well equipped tents, shepherd huts, and other types of lodges. I was told that the ones that didn't have facilities inside had access to very clean and secure toilet and shower blocks. But I can't really comment properly, as I didn't use them. The whole site looked clean, tidy, and well looked after. I felt there could have been information provided about the clubhouse, experiences, cycle, and equipment hire. We only found out about some of these things ourselves or from other visitors on the site.

For a muddy meadow, bad shower (water sprays the whole cabin wet, you don't get enough water yourself), access to sanitary facilities over a muddy meadow, no gray water disposal possible, construction noise on the site all day and then being forced to stay for 2 nights even though that Space is empty!!! All of this at a completely exorbitant price. In over 4 years of motorhome travel, we have never had such an expensive place with so little in return. Absolutely cannot be recommended. Motorhomes are apparently not welcome.

We had to book at least 2 nights even though the RV space was empty. We paid the equivalent of CHF 94 for this, which is really expensive and really surprised us. There was noise all day long from trucks, construction workers, construction machinery. The showers/toilet can only be reached by walking across a meadow, there is no path there. The meadow was wet and muddy. The place we were allowed to stand on was just as muddy. The motorhome sank so we couldn't drive onto the wedges to level it out. With a lot of effort and hardship we got away from the place after two days. What amazed us most was that you can't even dispose of gray water. We cannot recommend this place and will not come back. The positive thing was that the lady at reception was very friendly.

Been here 3 times first 2 times were amazing, beautiful scenery very friendly staff. The last time we visited we stayed in a Shepherd. no gas. Bunkbeds had nails coming through So nobody could sleep on it( took photo) upgraded us the next day, which was fantastic . But still have not received the £50 deposit four weeks later. Daughter got a parking fine on site 100 . Popped but did not get out of the car. Being told there is new site owners . If do not receive £50 within a week will be posting all the photos on social media my ( sen) could of got very hurt 😢

Visited here after finding a last minute deal on campsites uk, as had work down in the area. The issues I came across why I've giving 4 stars for service was the fact we were charged a £50 security deposit something I wasn't aware off next day email came saying it was £30 but they have held £50 and can take up to 7 days to be returned bit of a con really. But the reception staff where not the most helpfull. Now the park wardan was an absolute gem, went above and beyond for all the guests and cared if we were having a good time. Toilets for some reason kepyed been locked at night so if you needed the loo you were in trouble, the gents toilet there was quite a bit of damage in places which was sad to see, The shower could of done with a bench and place to put your wash stuff etc instead everything gets soaked, Absolute brillent that the bathrooms where nice and hot with lovely hot water except the dreaded button that only turned the shower on for 8 seconds. Place is a lovely site and very well maintained grounds which they where doing some improvements when we arrived and once that grass has taken will look stunning. The pods we stayed in the malvern abouts brillent! Comfoy bed, clean and tidy and the seating outside was brillwnt with its own fire pit and bbq area well worth it. These are brillent. Just remeber there is no microwave etc just a kettle wise and a fridge. Overall if it wasn't for the reception staff not been that friendly and helpfull I would of given this site 5 stars on behalf of the hard work the wardan does. I would requemend this site just remeber the security deposit!

Why the new rather extortionate car parking charges for access to the tearoom? Such a helpful location to park for retirees wanting to visit the tearoom. Brilliant tearoom with super view and staff. Why not half the price or an annual pass?

We stayed for 2 nights in the touring section. Thr site is well located to travel around a little or close walk to the beach and walkway. The pitch had everything we needed with electric and nearby water tap. We were a short walk from a toilet and shower block, where the facilities a little dated but did the job. There was a nearer block slightly further away but didn't go to them. The site itself was very well maintained and a modern bar / restaurant which has various entertainment across the few days we were there. Would certainly recommend and would stay again

I've been coming to this site since a child and have seen it grow into what it's become. However, our first camping trip at Osea Leisure, was somewhat dampened by the lack of clean facilities. We stayed Sat-Mon and did not see anybody clean the toilets or showers. By the Monday, there was no toilet paper or hand soap available, in all but one toilet. The toilets where visibly dirty, toilet paper on the floors. Our pitched was located right by the main entrance to the site, so had the road by our heads at night time. The noise from the road was very loud at times. Large tankers do use that road as they come from the sewage works, located further down the road. On the playground, you could smell the sewage plant however, this wasn't smelt on the Sunday or Monday so think depends on the way the wind blows. This wasn't smelt in or around our tent. Site is noisey and lively in the evening however, did quieten down around 11 pm - obviously people out enjoying the bank holiday sunshine so not something that can be changed but just to be aware of. Apart from this, a lovely family friendly site. Short walk to the coastal path, club house, a cafe and children's playground. We did have a lovely holiday but felt slightly let down by the lack of clean facilities. Parking can be limited for visitors but always found a space. Very reasonably priced just seen a huge change in the cleanliness of facilities since last Easter - I was shocked as always rave about the site. Club house has been updated/renovated so that was nice.

From a touring/camping pov- this site has gone downhill. Guests in the other accommodations rule the roost and campers/caravanners have to deal with the noise and general disregard for what was a beautiful site. 'Quiet times' were not adhered to despite the hard work of Andy, the wonderful site warden, and lots not Starr on the noise from the road in and out of the park which was the noisiest it has ever been with lorries and trucks arriving from 5am crashing and banging over the speed bumps... and even up until 10.30 at night. Not great if you are in a tent or caravan. As regular customers for over 6 years - I doubt we will be back. Such a shame as the site was sooooo lovely.

Placement of park is lovely. You're right by the estuary with plenty of coastal walks, and beautiful places to visit. We were camping, the camping field was smaller than expected, with a car next to the tent there was not much room to sit and relax outside. The left hand side only had pitches half the way down, which left room for children to play however they chose to play in the path of cars leaving the field. We had one incident where the truck was parked outside our tent, cooker in between and two young boys and a football came tumbling up to the cooker. Thank goodness I had not started cooking yet. As for the facilities, the showers in the same field the heads are not great and they don't drain. The toilets are nice though. As for the facilities opposite the stargazers they are like family rooms, toilet, sink and rainfall shower per cubical. Those aren't too bad. However one morning the water did get too hot. To finish my shower I had to turn the tap on to try and make the shower cooler. The bar was nice, it has AC, the pool table and outside is a small play area for kids. I didn't see anywhere to grab food on the evening. The cafe near the bar closed before tea time.
