Extremely bad experience. Ordered from them with Uber eats and waited for an hour for it to arrive. Contacted them and said they were just leaving the restaurant. Waited another 30mins and nothing. Called them again and they after much discussion realised they missed my order and would take another hour so they cancelled my order and won't give me a refund!! So I basically paid for a meal that never existed. Extremely bad service.

Most depressing Chinese Iv had in a while. Watered down sauces, prawns inedible. Missing items, somehow ended up with overly tough ribs instead of chips. Also some pineapple fritters tasting of pork balls. Wouldn’t recommend.

There isn't meant to be an atmosphere ffs. It's a chippy. However, the chicken fried rice is class. Had a mixed box last night. They was also good.

Food arrived close to two hours late. It was cold and stoggy, not edible at all. Didn't even want to risk the king prawns. Arrived 50 mins after we were told it was waiting to be collected by the driver. Will not be ordering from this vendor again

Waited 1.5 hours for food, tasteless food. The “Kung Po” sauce was sweet and sour and the seaweed was inedible with way too much salt in. Meat tasted of nothing. Nasty. Won’t but again!

I dont write reviews often but please avoid.. the chips tasted like they ve been in the fryer for half a month. I would recommend the udon noodles if you enjoy tasteless mush, you would get more flavour out of a cardboard box. We ordered 4 different dishes, all of which had no seasoning and sauces that resembled puddle water. Hats off to the chef/s for getting a pan and chucking whatever he could find on it(which was nothing).

Was unable to place an order online, phoned up to see if they could help me (at 6.20pm). They answered the phone with an inaudible greeting, I spoke and said that the app would not let me proceed with my order, she said that she could not hear me, so I repeated that I tried to put an online order through, but it said that no orders can be taken at this time, I asked if they had any drivers available for delivery. She said no sorry, and then she hung up without saying goodbye or anything. I didn't realise and I continued to explain how the error message shows after you complete the order.. but she had already hung up on me. Utterly rude. Frustrating way of managing the website if it let's you proceed right until payment. Why can they not flag a notice that they cannot take orders at the moment due to staffing issues. Shown as available online. I was a first time customer. Will not be using them in the future.

Really polite girl behind the counter super clean kitchen as far as I can see and the food is perfect. The Crispy Chilli beef yum, Crispy Chilli and pepper chicken zings and the chicken chow mein is double yum.

Placed order on justeat and it never arrived. Waited over an hour and a half and couldn't even call to discuss the order as the phone number on justeat and Google is an invalid number. NOT HAPPY.

Very rude staff, food was bland, chicken was rubbery and beef was tough not only that I realised once I got home I had been short changed.

Very expensive and they also think it's cool to accept cash only (during a pandemic when cash should be thing being avoided) then send their delivery drivers out with no change so you end up spending yet more money if you only have notes (assuming their delivery driver wasn't just lying to me). Go to AJ in Filton instead, it's just up the road and they do good food for less, are friendlier and don't take the mickey.

Part of the order was missing on delivery. I rang the restaurant who said they'd send another driver out with it. Still no sign an hour later. Rang a few more times at varying intervals and it suspiciously went straight to voicemail each time. So I checked and they'd blocked my number!!! Wow. I'd previously thought the food was better than other local Chineses but this diabolical customer service means I'm never using them again.

Wow, was worried due to reviews and area but man was I wrong. Crispy lamb was beautiful and prawn crackers was old skool just how I like them. Nice to find a good chinese. Oh not to mention they was 20 mins early. I'll be coming again.

They Cancelled my order without giving a reason. U placed an order through Just Eat. I was there waiting for the food only t be told the restaurant had declined my order. Just Eat still took my payment for an order that was not getting fulfilled. Worst example of customer service. I would have expected at least a phone call or text giving reasons. Called Just Eat today (two days later) and the very unhelpful person there said the order was declined because the restaurant was busy. So between this restaurant and Just Eat, somebody owes me £35! No concept of customer service at all. STAY AWAY

Delicious food. Really good vegetarian chicken for any non-meat eaters. Always very friendly and happy to accommodate requests. Will definitely use again.

If I could give no stars i would. Sent our food to the wrong address and after 2 hours of calling they took the phone off the hook so they didn't have to deal with the issue. This was 4 weeks ago and still waiting for our refund. Incompetent staff.

Fast service Prawn toast way too much oil set in and cold Crispy seaweed was good Chicken satay over cooked, dry and cold Spare ribs nice abd tender but cold. Crispy wonton are like spring rolls with no filling that someone stood on. Also cold. Mini spring rolls VERY poor with slither of filling wrapped in layers and layers. Also cold. Hot and sour soup. The only item served hot in temperature but unfortunately neither hot or sour. It's just chicken pork n prawns in water.

Me and my family Been using this place for a while now and can't fault it , food is always great and tasty (and hot when delivered) . The lady on the counter is always polite and helpful 5 stars all round

The food arrived 20 min early, the chowmein was disgusting it was like they had poured a bottle of soy sauce in it and nothing else the sweet and sour chicken was burnt and swimming in grease and the sauce was cold i should of read the reviews most of the good ones were over a year ago order your food here at your peril.

Made order 3 hours ago for me and daughtet for tea as she really wanted chow mein and was a min spend of £10 so o thought id join in.. my order came slighlty late but a still told the guy to keep the change.. well no chow mein but a portion of watery ribs. With in seconds i was on phone to restaurant to tell them they made mistake ... which they excepted staight away as giving wrong order to cheif.. i was told i would have to wait half an hour for a replacement chowmein..🤔 not really cool as it was for my daughter and the only reason we really ordered. I was then told well just give her the ribs instead.. 😠 yh cus its pretty much the same right .. not.. chewing on a couple of meatless bones ismt really going to cut it.. so i said well yes.. great come on get cooking.. ill wait for mine with her.. and again being told half hour wait and still a very hungry young girl.. well now almost 2 hours and still no chow mein.. my food is all cold from waiting and the phone number is constantly engaged.. this is just awful service

Can't fault the food. We ordered via just eat. I paid with debit card. My wife was unware of this. She answered the door to the delivery driver and he asked for the balance of the order £44.30 so she paid the driver in cash. Later when we realised what happened that it's been paid twice!!!! We contacted just eat and was told to ring the shop to explain and ask for a refund of the cash that the driver had no right to take as he knew it was already paid on debit card. The shop said she will speak to the driver and ring us back and get it refunded. Surprise surprise no call. So my wife rang and just received a lot of abuse and called my wife a liar! My wife and I went to the shop and the delivery driver was there! He spoke English then when confronted all of a sudden couldn't speak English. Then the girl behind the counter took his side and she tried to fob us off and called us liars! Eventually the old couple who own the shop came from the back and gave us our money that the driver basically stole from us! As we left the shop the delivery driver was evil staring at my wife and intimidating her, my wife said to him do not look at me like that. He was very abusive and threatened her and said I'll remember you! I know what you look like and I know where you live! Having staff like this that steal, intimidate and threaten customers is a total disgrace. They should be struck off just eat and I will never order from them again and will make sure anyone I know won't order from them again. Total DISGRACE!!!!!

Wow ! Just wow. I am shocked by the way this takeaway handles complaints. Totally disgraceful. They brought Cantonese style in stead of sweet and sour prawn balls. Upon phoning I was told that it's the same stuff in it and doesn't make a difference. I was planning on going out and decided to cancel the night out and wait. 10 minutes later just eat contacted me to say they're just going to refund it because the driver will be longer than half hour and they presumed that we wouldn't want to wait that long. I tried calling the takeaway and said I will pay again and she refused. The takeaway did not even process the refund. Obviously I am getting a little annoyed at this point, she told me I was going around in circles even though she kept telling me she presumed i did not want it as it'll be later. I asked 3 times to pay again and send it out. If I was slightly annoyed the order was wrong I'm fuming over the way the takeaway didn't handle the problem. They won't do business with me now which is fine because after that i have no intention in ordering again. I've ordered a lot of times from them in the past and it's a shame that their customer service is terrible. Furious.

Well! Where to start! Cannot believe the level of service I received from this restaurant tonight. I have NEVER been treated in such a disgusting manner in all my life. I ordered King Prawn Batter balls and when. my order turned up it was Cantonese style. I simply phoned the restaurant to basically be told ‘well it’s the same thing near enough, same sauce etc’. firstly, what I choose to order and why I order it and my personal taste is MY CHOICE. We had a problem in terms of timescales as the restaurant said it would be an extra 30 minutes which was a problem as we were going out but the restaurant agreed it would be okay and we decided to not go out and just stay in and eat out food instead. 40 minutes later I had a call from Just Eat saying the restaurant had asked for the Batter prawn balls to be refunded; I was confused as I wasn’t asking for any refund; I just simply wanted my food I’d paid for. I then thought maybe the restaurant were refunding it as a good will gesture. I then phoned the restaurant to check in which the same woman PRESUMED we didn’t want the food anymore as it was going to be closer to 45 minutes. the restaurant weren’t even going to call me to notify me that they weren’t bringing my food. WHAT THE HELL!!! she then used the excuse that the refund had already been processed in which I said; ‘that’s fine, I will just re pay now over the phone for the meal and you can send it out, don’t care how long it takes, I would just like to eat’. she then REFUSED to deal with us anymore, terminated the call and ignored all our other calls. is this how you treat customers when YOU make an error!!!!!! never ordering again and will warn everybody about you! shocking service. girl on the phone needs sacking!

This was the best Chinese I have ever eaten. I genuinely cannot believe I have been ordering it from hotcha for so long I thought they were the best but this was the best I have ever had. They even gave me prawn crackers complimentary with spring rolls as well!!! The duck was literally perfect, the Japanese prawns were the best thing since sliced bread. So happy for once I wasn't disappointed with cold food or a massive bill for a decent meal. -:D and the delivery driver was very polite. -" all round five stars all day everyday

First time trying this place, sceptical when your so use to your regular Chinese but I am impressed friendly service, good quality tasting food, very generous in portions!! & they gave extra's, took a menu & will definatly use again esp as they deliver too!! Thank you x

I don't go there often but I've always found them friendly and the food has been great - but if you order the meal for one, expect to be eating Chinese takeaway for a couple of days. They don't stint.
