The food was lovely. And staff very friendly.

Best Chinese I I’ve had, however I have to leave this 1 star review due to the rudeness of this place. They told me to phone instead of doing it online and I’ve stopped ordering from here now because of how rude the man is on the phone. It’s disgusting really. If the caller had more manors you would get so many more orders in. A few people I’ve spoke to about has also stopped ordering due to the man being rude on the phone.

Just went to place an order, the bloke who answers the phone was rude and arrogant, I've had a similar experience with this same person before. I've ordered many times from here biting my tongue on how rude he normaly is. I'll be recomending other Chinese takeaway from now on.

Didn't order in the end man on the phone was very rude and I hung up. I have ordered here before and food is very good but I won't order again and be talked to in that way.

What can I say the chap who serves you on the front is just plain rude. A couple of time I have been given the wrong food and on return to exchange the chap has no customer service skills and makes out it’s your fault and is very rude to you. On the last order that they messed up our order was ready within a couple of minutes now thinking everything is pre cooked and warmed up! I won’t be using this Chinese again and has seriously gone down hill.

The bloke on the desk is an absolute joke and very rude and unprofessional, because he got my order wrong and I demanded it to be delivered as I paid a lot of money as it was a big food order he now rejects my calls and totally ignores when I ring to make a order I’ve even sat outside ringing and have watched him purposely ignore my number!! I am so angry about this as it wasn’t my fault he got the order wrong he now takes that out on me. I’ve been a regular for many years now and never had a problem ever in the past they were so lovely but since now it’s been taken over it’s completely gone down hill. There for I will not be ordering from here anymore!! Shocking and would not recommend. I will now take my custom else where. Disgusted

The guy at the front is so rude it is unteall, he speaks to you like rubbish he needs to learn some customer service, the previous owners were 💯 times better than the owners now, we won't be going back, happiness takeaway here we come 😁

35+ years of awesome Chinese food

Been coming here for many years. Atleast 13+ years. I always get chicken curry and chips or maybe a chicken chow mein. The chicken curry is beautiful and always consistent. Unfortunately the chips are pretty dry. I’ve noticed they’ve changed the chips, they’re not as dry but still quite dry! But i absolutely cannot fault their curry!

Had a bad experience went in for 2 egg fried rice made a curry at home didn't have rice ordered sat there for 30 mins 🙃 went up to counter to ask if it was ready .got told really abruptly that I hadn't order it where was my ticket which I was never given in front of five people like I was trying to get free rice. so went in coop got rice never been back 😒

Had a takeaway, didn't take long and was amazing, love prawn sesame toast 💖

we had lamb fried rice tasty burn. pork chow mein tasty burn aswell chips was reheated barbecue spare ribs had no meat on. Frist time i ate there very poor

From outside and inside the local doesn't look good. It's just take away so you won't find any tables inside and generally place looks cold and unpleasant. But food is delicious. obviously I can't say about every dish, didn't try all but I've ordered there dozens of times and always was so happy with the taste. In my opinion one of best Chinese take away in Bristol.

Food is very nice, one of the best in the area. Stopped using for a while as food hygiene rating was low. But now the rating has gone to a 3 star we will use again.

They refused to deliver to us in Severn Beach even though we are only a 15 minute drive away (4 miles). Couldn't be bothered to find out where we were. Rude and abrupt on the phone.

Literally stole my money! Ordered rice, told them I'll be back. Came back, order wasn't ready. Waited half an hour. When I went up to ask they said I never ordered??!! Asked me for a ticket. They never gave me one. I always order from Dragon I in shire and I will keep going there and not bother with this place if this is how they treat customers.

Excellent food. Welcoming staff. Went to the shop, ordered quite an amount of food which was quickly prepared. Web site with menu would have gained the extra star. Shop is not much to look at, but don't let that worry you.

Food sent was not fresh (soggy pancake roll and sweet and sour), could have been forgiven had it not been 1hour late and MOULDY. The icing on the cake was the fact the delivery driver, who had returned to refund and collect the offending item, called the shop whilst at the door to check they had collected the right thing (mouldy pancakes for the duck) and the delivery driver was worried they would not be paid for the journey because the shop quibbled that a refund for the duck only (not even the entire meal!) would be too much of a refund. It. Had. Black. Mould. On. It. Unbelievable. We’ve been using this takeaway for years from a different address, makes you wonder if they deliberately sent bad food to an unrecognised address. Disgusting. Just glad my child wasn’t eating with us.

Good shop for chicken, meat and other stuff

Love it been there couple of times now and it's been good chicken noodle soup and chicken curry with boiled rice

This Chinese is one of the worst I've ever tasted , curry is tasteless & watery, Chungs in shire is the best but unfortunately it is shut Monday & Tuesday , so thought we'd try Peking chef but never again.

Goos sweet and sour chicken, beef chow main. Vegetarian and black bean needed some broccoli or something
