Phone answered promptly order take and price including delivering was given to me without having to ask.20 mins later my hot meal was delivered to my door.so what do I say about the meal wow once again the best curry in airdrie ,this wee shop doesn't get the credit it truly deserves ,pleasant staff ,quick delivery hot food ,amazing meal thanks guys Ps curry made exactly as I asked for it .

So disappointed first time in years had a rubbish meal. Rice had burnt taste hardly any sweet an sour sauce everything cold except for chips.

First time customer won't be back can't believe in 2021 you still need to ask for breast meat they gave me leg meat in a chow mein and it was like, slimy rubber.

Had a chicken curry and spare ribs on Saturday which was top notch definitely will go back again

I made an order here tonight on their website, they charged me the £30+ for the food, I waited an hour and just as I was about to phone them I got a text saying the delivery was on the way. I waited another 20 minutes and tried to call them, got no answer. I then drove up to the store at 22:30 to speak to them but the shop was closed. I complained by email and they responded by text about 2330 all that was offered was a refund or to send the food the following day. Absolutely useless and horrible customer service.

Getting expensive but excellent every time

Just had a chicken curry and fried rice, and onion rings, it was great apart from the onion rings they were solid and rotten

The quality was decent and way too f*cking salty, way overpriced and the sauce was very bad like chippy sauce.

Great food and you can tell that its quality products that they use. Always delicious and it never disappoints. There are closer Chinese takeaways to us but it's worth going the extra distance. Would highly recommend it.

Meh...food doesn't really pack the punch I've became accustomed to from other similar establishments.

I don't normally write reviews but after seeing the negative reviews for Oriental Red i feel that a fantastic meal deserves to be shared. We ordered the half a duck and pancakes not sure of portion sizing and we were very pleasantly surprised a huge tray of tasty duck with no fat in sight greeted us. It was nicely warmed and accompanied by a generous portion of pancakes, sauce, cucumber and spring onions. After the duck which provided plenty of leftovers we tucked into Peking ribs and salt and pepper ribs which were also tasty. The salt and pepper ribs were a touch dry with a mild spicy flavour. My partner would have liked them with more heat but I liked them as they are. That is of course personal preference and cannot please everyone The Peking ribs were perhaps less proportionate to the salt and pepper ribs but that's a mild complaint. Along with the ribs we had fried rice, chips and a generous portion of curry sauce all of which were bang on. I refrain from leaving a five star review because we didn't have any main dishes of which I cannot comment. I do however highly recommend the duck!

Awful awful awful! Ordered a standard munchie box last week. Waited about 30 mins and it arrived. So quick delivery, paid the driver and off he went. Opened the box and took 1 bite and found it was a salt and chilli munchie box. With more salt than the ocean it was completely inedible. Called the shop to rectify the order and all the woman said was ‘oh well we didn’t realise’ No offer of a replacement or my money back. I then emailed the address on the website and after waiting a week and having no reply, I’ve given up waiting for 1. Took my money and gave me salt in a box with no recompense. Never again and nor will anyone I know

My favourite takeaway great quality food

Ordered from just eat, an hour later it said it had left and 45 mind later it still hadn’t been delivered so I phoned up and they said another 10 minuets and 15 mins on I’m still waiting. Would not recommend absolutely terrible waist of time and money not ordering from here again

Good food, a little pricey though.

I ordered amongst other things a breast of chicken curry chopped with fried rice. In the comments box I requested no onions in the curry. After collecting the food I found that the curry did indeed have onions in it and the rice was boiled not fried like requested. Spoke to the girl on the phone very pleasant and apologised for the mistake. They offered to switch the food via the delivery driver but I decided to pop back round myself. When I got home I found that once again they had given me boiled rice. Great food spoiled by incompetent kitchen staff who clearly can't follow simple orders. I won't be ordering again.

Specifically asked for no vegetables in the chicken fried rice, but they put a ton of onions through it anyway. Called to discuss with the shop, and all I got was nonsense apologies. Avoid.

Staff friendly but way to salty, couldn't eat it threw it in the bin. Tai green curry it was. Ordered again against better judgement but more salt then the red Sea. Awful never again
