KFC Cumbernauld - South Muirhead Road in North Lanarkshire

Had an issue with the KFC app. Staff member quickly helped sort it out for me. Quick service too.

I have not ever found this to be a good KFC restaurant. I have had to make complaints to head office about portion size. If you really want KFC. Go elsewhere.

My bf and I ordered two boxes, both got mixed up. My burger was missing items, only got chicken and mayo in it even though I ordered more, missing popcorn chicken from both boxes and my bf asked for boneless chicken and got the opposite. Overall disappointed and was such a waste of money. Paid for a lot and didn’t even get half of order correct. Disgusting.

Order was wrong, drinks were missing from order also. Staff at the shop very rude and need further training when it comes to customer service.

Ordered the trilogy box meal which consists of a zinger burger, fries, side, popcorn chicken & a fillet. The burger that was delivered was a classic fillet burger & there was no popcorn chicken included in the meal, plus the food was absolutely freezing when it arrived despite arriving within thirty minutes if ordering.

Items missing, other stuff cold and chewy, mingin man

the food is great and each time I have my food hot and don't have to wait more than 15 to 20 mins. the delivery people are polite and cheerful 😊

Went in your can't walk up to the till and order have to order your food.have youse a machine so walked out and went to taco bell . walked in order my food.no problem.and KFC have closed the drive through

Absolutely horrible experience - ordered a delivery half of it was missing and cold, have tried to phone the restaurant a record 15 times and no answer. Is this really how you want your staff treating customers - as someone who’s working in customer service for 5 years I would never treat a customer this way and I think the managers have a lot to answer for.

Ordered a fillet burger meal for £7 and 10 seconds later I had the food in my hand. The fries were soggy and cold and was probably sitting there for 30 mins. The burger and it's buns looked similar. The fact that staff think this is normal for a £7 fast food meal makes me think why people don't want to try this type of chains. Returned the order right away and manager sales they made a mistake and gave you the food that was supposed to go to the bin. It's funny that staff who are getting paid to do the same task every day fail to do so. This is my third time in the last 2 years returning food at this specific branch. Apparently the district manager is more worried about their KPI than customer satisfaction. Absolutely disgraceful. I wish I had taken a photo so all could see what was served to a customer.

We were given the wrong order and we went all the way home which was 15 minutes away, have to come back. Instead of apologizing the Manager said as it was our fault. There was only one customer there. They called out our order number, the drinks were fine but gave us the wrong order. Instead of apologizing they said that it was our fault. Cold food too. Very impolite staff

Been here a coupe of times. 1st Drive through that quick and efficient. 2nd Walked in. That was super quick. Ordered on the machine and by the time I've got my receipt my food was ready within 1min after payment. Nothing missing either. Staff was Nice too on both occasions.

Food was freezing cold on arrival, this is not the first time that this has happened with this restaurant. Late delivery and cold, unenjoyable food. Also the prices are greatly higher than going direct to the restaurant

was parked up in my lorry and ordered from kfc I ordered 1 burger 1 large popcorn chicken and some hot wings in the popcorn chicken was only half filled so bearly a small the hot wings were cold and the burger looked like it was thrown in the box not happy

Half the order was missing. One full meal was missing. All extras added to other 2 meals were missing and none of the dips I paid for were delivered either.

2 take away meals, no salt, no napkins and no straws for the drinks. Fortunately at home we have glasses to decant the drinks into & we have salt, but we don't have napkins, yes we have towels but that's not the point. It probably reads as petty and if l was reading it too l would think that, but had we been eating and drinking in the car as it's a beautiful sunny evening we would have struggled with drinking the drinks whilst eating the food. Having straws to drink out of would have been nice. In all the years that we have been patrons of this KFC this is the first time that this has happened. Disappointed.

First and last time I will be ordering from here, a burger and fries was missing from my order so basically one of my households dinner!!! Can’t get KFC to answer their phone. Appalling customer service, def won’t recommend and won’t be a returning customer. I await my refund!!

Food is hit or miss in this place. Popcorn chicken is always edible but how can you mess that up? On the flip side how can you f&£k up chips but that’s what they do every time at Cumbernauld KFC. Had enough, won’t be back. There’s a reason why there’s a massive queue at McDonalds. I always preferred the idea of KFC but after countless drive through visits of greasy and tired looking chicken meals I’ve had enough. The owners here are lucky that drive throughs exist and that most are too lazy to get out there cars and complain. Get a grip KFC Cumbernauld

Got a delivery that had been sitting in the car since 2:39 - it’s 7pm. Delivery was someone else’s and not even close to our order. Can’t get hold of anyone on just eat or kfc to try to rectify and now out the money with very unhappy child. Really disappointed, told driver it wasn’t the right thing and he shrugged and walked away.

twice I've ordered from here asking for no sweet chilli sauce on my burger cause I'm allergic, and both times I've been let down to find the burgers smothered in sweet chilli sauce, and not even have supercharger sauce on it

Soft drinks werent working so was offered a still drink even though I got a large meal so was not offered the difference back. Also got my order wrong and received the wrong product.

This is what I got for what I ordered. Smallest portion of fries, one tiny hot wing and the smallest piece of chicken. Was still hungry afterwards, never ordering online again as I would never accept this in the store.

Not been for a while. Got vouchers through the door and gave it a go. Really enjoyed the boneless banquet will be back again soon.

Normally my kfc is bang on but this time was abysmal! We only got about 8 fries each, my piece of chicken was absolutely tiny!!! Also one of my hot wings was incredibly small as well it was laughable. I’m still hungry after my meal. Extremely disappointed to say the least. I don’t know who in their right mind would think that was acceptable when they were bagging it up.

I love KFC and had no idea why the rating was so low. Now I know! I can only assume I received someone elses order. Delivery, as always, was first class! However, contents were not what I ordered at all. I ordered a Zinger Tower box meal with fries and coleslaw. I received 2 plain burgers, 2 spicy fries, and a can of Pepsi Max, Thee latter being the only thing I actually wanted.

Slow staff, they forget to give items included in meals multiple times. Food quality is good though. Just let down by the staff at the front.

I ordered a zinger duo deal 1x large popcorn chicken 1 x wicked variety bucket When I got home the large popcorn and wings and chicken strips were missing. Not good value for my £33.67 spent. Phone number comes up as a social club also so couldn't complain by phone.
