It's a very run down shopping center I'd miss it out on the next shopping

Order came to fast to be cooked properly....food cold

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just left this restaurant empty handed, charged for food I never received because their till crashed. I was basically told if I wanted my food I would have to pay again and my original payment "should" be refunded as "it's usually refunded within 24 hours". I showed that the payment was pending on my bank app but that wasn't good enough. The manager was hopeless and completely unhelpful, telling me there's nothing she can do, "tills crash" and I would either need to speak to my bank or speak to customer service. This is an absolute disgrace and the way I was treated is also a disgrace. I didn't even get a receipt to confirm my money was being refunded after being clear, I just wanted something to eat and to be assured I wasn't going to be charged twice as couldn't afford this. I left in anger and frustration because the manager was completely unhelpful and acting like I had caused the problem in the first instance. The fault was with KFC and their IT system, so you'd think they should do what they could to rectify the situation and keep the customer happy. Not in this case, I was basically sent packing and told "Don't come back". I will be making a formal complaint higher up the ladder, to someone who hopefully can actually try to resolve the missing money from my account and has some customer service skills. People shouldn't be in management positions when they clearly have no management skills!

Ordered from them via Just Eat app absolute joke no food came after waiting well over an hour. Tried to call just rang out. Thankfully got cancelled and refunded but I have never experienced that before and I hope nobody has to experience that again. I don't know if someone bumped my order off the screen and so it never got made or they ran out of product to give to customers but it's common courtesy to at least give people a call back to explain the situation!

Food was good and very clean, (also got free fries) also the staff make your food very quickly

No cheese on any of the wraps and no large gravy but charged for it. Always check your order before leaving, the children working there are incompetent, messed my order up a few times now.

We ordered our food and got what we asked for. Some was hot, some warm. Corn was on a stick, just, it spun round and fell off as you fought to get the bag off. Like most KFC restaurants nowadays, standards are slipping. It’s not fine dining, never will be, but it should be a decent, acceptable standard with good service. Not many people were in the restaurant whilst we were there. Drive through was a steady flow. Not the best experience. Although we have been in worse.

Awful. Constantly getting order wrong or not hearing what you've said. Need to start repeating orders back to customers. Staff no help young employys all standing about gabbing!!

What can you say about kfc. It’s an expensive miss of what the chain used to be. We keep falling into the trap of what we having tonight and instantly regretting our choice when we open the food to consume. Service was great! Quick and clear ordering. Happy smiling staff. The atmosphere in kfc has died along time ago. A place you used to love to have dinner at is now a headless place just to order food.

Got to the worst kfc I have ever had obviously staff be bothered doing there job after 9 o'clock just throw Yr burger on the roll forget to put the rest of the toppings on ,

It’s fine if you go in. But for the love of god don’t order. They’ve sent orders with missing items, hours late, or someone else’s order. This would be fine if they answered their phone and were willing to fix it but they don’t. Their phone just rings out. Food is just KFC, nothing special. Sweets N Treats in Abronhill has better fried chicken for cheaper.

Its kfc so you know what you are getting. Sometimes the popcorn chicken has been a bit stale (sat for too long) but overall its good. Update, Google wanted me to update my review. I've given them an extra star for how good the vegan burger is. It's really nice!

Love a KFC, BUT! More often than not the restaurant is filthy with food all over the floor and the tables are disgusting. Come on guys this is basic hygiene.

I went to counter to place my order as the custom I needed isn't available from self order service. My order was taken quickly, I paid and informed the Young lady I was going to use the toilet. Just as I returned my order number was called but a male worker, who didn't ask if I wanted condiments., but told me my tea was being made as he walked away, well he may have been busy. My tea was presented to me within minutes and took the opportunity to as the Young man for salt, he pointed to the other end of the counter fot me to collect it myself. Now I'm not lazy and certainly don't expect Michelin Service, but while I'm disabled, using crutches, some awareness and kindness wouldn't go amiss. No one offered to carry my tray to a table. Making my task to sit down a little risky. Following this, I witness the Young lady you took my order, oblige a customer by fetching her requested condiments, which was good service, and the customer wasn't physically disabled.

Hmm very average, never gave me the drink with my meal, and had to remind them I'd paid for it, and the mighty bucket for 1 isn't served in a bucket? Just a paper bag? That's false advertising in my book...

Worst kfc in Scotland after Refurb still a shambles wanted 2 ice creams excuse was no ice cream someone forgot to plug in after Refurb then ordered 2 kids popcorn meals both rammed into one chicken box soggy and bland didn’t even get my armed forces discount they stopped that never going back shocking service

Hi, I’m a regular kfc customer in Cumbernauld and if any other kfc would be open around the area, I’m not gonna eat at this one anymore! The staff is not professional at all, they don’t handle the food with care and they have zero respect for anyone! While I’m waiting for my food, i always look around and I’m seeing things I don’t like! I have seen members of the staff flirting with customers, while other customers are ignored! If something is wrong with the orders and the customer point it out to the kfc staff, their reaction is awful, the way they look at you makes you to shut up and to find your way out! They always laugh, talk and all this while turning their back to the customers , ignoring them and leaving them to wonder if they should eat at kfc or should change their restaurant options! I don’t know who runs this restaurant, but o think that person should work out this problems and fix their services!

Nice staff, clean restaurant, toilet a bit smelly

Buffalo chicken wrap was very tasty the accompanying vegetable was very different no lettuce/tomato but a sharp mix of onion and I think grated purple cabbage. Tasted delicious. Service was excellent with only a couple of minutes from ordering to delivery. Place was spotless - thoroughly enjoyed my Meal.

chips were soggy , poor service from staff. 3/4 of sitting area closed. would not go back

Half the order was missing cant get an answer on the phone would not recommend

Drive through on Sat afternoon deserted, I thought it was closed. Chips reheats and greasy, coffee machine broke, no milk for tea. Chicken burger ok. Doesn't look very clean in the back. The absence of any custom in the drivethrough speaks volumes. I won't be back.

Food was really tasty and piping hot. Service could have been faster seeing it was almost empty. But, overall, very enjoyable.

The restaurant wasn't clean with rubbish everywhere. Not a nice experience at all.

Received a delivery not my order my changed for my order, family feast and a tower meal and I got some chips a wrap which had garlic yuck and some popcorn chicken for £50, good was priority delivery but frozen cold and the packaging was a mess looked like it had been dropped kicked about picked up and then delivered! And I tipped the driver asked about the feast box with chicken and he ran away ! Petru was the driver from Uber Eats so good luck with anyone getting a delivery today. Absolutely shambles, when your on a budget and can treat the family once a week you do not expect to be swindled and then ignored by the drivers service and the restaurant themselves!

This hole is a joke, we used the touch screens to make our order.there was no option to eating in. So had to proceed with the take out option. We completed the order but couldn’t customise our drinks to have no ice. We paid for our order and I went to the counter to inform the staff could we have no ice in the drinks. I tried to get the girls attention but she was in such a mood her face was hitting the floor. She took the cups and stared to fill and added the ice, my husband stepped forward and said we couldn’t customise our drinks to “no ice” she drew him a dirty look and threw the drink away and used the same cups to refill with no ice. He told her there was no option to have no ice and she snapped back “aye ok it’s fine” She grabbed a bag for our stuff and again my husband said we couldn’t ask for a sit in as the touchscreen didn’t have that option either, again a filthy look and “yes I know we are aware of that I can’t change that” as if it was our fault and we were messing her about with a paper bag. No straws either . No one is holding her ransom so if she doesn’t want to be there look for another job Torn face We should have realised how bad our experience was going to be when we saw a member of kitchen staff (with the black and white chequered trouser) emptying the bins with no gloves on then helping behind the counter No wonder I am sitting with severe diarrhoea and really bad wind If you’ve been good enough to read this and still go, god help you as toilet roll is expensive now.

Ideal if you want to wait 4 weeks to get served 👍

For some reason the electronic ordering machines were set for takeaway only, other than that, standard KFC

Not had kfc from here for 12 years due to hearing bad reports about hygiene and food quality, still the same, thought they would have improved by now. Kfc used to be better when they first opened but never been the same.

Stay Away! I work in the food industry and after what I've just witnessed at this place. Guys with full beards no beard snoods handling food with bare hands dropping it on the floor and leaving it there surfaces filthy and rude staff who when I pointed out there was food on the floor said they were too busy to clean it up! We will definitely becgiving this manky place a wide berth - the staff have clearly no food hygiene training or even care. You are taking your health in your hands eating here 🤢 Filthy and best avoided! Environmental Health would have it closed in a heartbeat if they bothered to inspect!

Went on a Friday at 5pm-ish, loved it, the food was all fresh and tasty, the restaurant was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Tables were dirty and place was not overly busy, wether they were understaffed im not sure, also seems like delivery orders aee priority over dine in customees

For anyone who likes crispy chicken, this place is for you. Decent menu selection, sit in take away 👌🏻. Never usually very busy which means no queuing and quick service.

Went through Drive through and when I got home the order was short , I was constantly phoning for over half an hour and no answer, when you are charged for something you didn’t get , and can report the error then some communication needs sorted , I will be back in branch to talk to manager and get reaction, will follow this up

The last 2/3 times I've ordered out of KFC I've asked for no sauce on my burger....and I've gotten sauce.....just as well I can eat the sauce but when I ask for no sauce I should get no sauce.....

This KFC just does not come up to standard like any of the ones i visited,a large chips with about half the box missing and no ice in the drinks,the chicken looked half cooked and tasted bad,we acually left nearly the whole order got up and left and went accross to the pizza shop instead.......No more KFC for me this place has ended it for me 👎

Got a large meal which was cold they gave me a small chips instead of large and spilled my drink when handing me it because lid wasn’t on right and person sat window of drive through needs a personality transplant

The food standards have gone down hill since I was there, ordered 2 Zinger meals today, chips were semi hot, and the portions were something you'd give to a child, not only were they cold but tasted like a reheat. Won't be going back there again. Sorry KFC but it's the truth.

Arrived at drive through a simple order,vegan meal and diet cola ,been here 20 minutes and they gave me someon else's order eventually got right order and still charged me £8.48 which was the price of the wrong order ,its not as if they are rushed off their feet there's 3 people in the restaurant.

Food was excellent though it was a surprise what we actually had. The girl on the drive thru spoke to fast we couldn't understand what she was saying so just agreed to all her mumbling just to get any food.

Every 6 months or so I think "will we give KFC Cumbernauld a re-try" Wow, it actually gets worse everytime I go, Drive thru staff listen to your order then just put anything through, they are then extremely disorganized, send you our into a carpark...then a KFC employee will come and ask what your order was....you will explain your order, and then be handed something completely different from what you wanted, what the drive through attendant put in the order and completely different from what you told the carpark runner.... The staff are rude, the bins everywhere are full and overflowing, the general area is disgusting. I would complain to the manager....but then I worked out, the management actually employ these people, what does this tell you about the management

No drinks with your meal but still charge the same price

The food is normally fine apart from a few times the amount of popcorn chicken we’ve had has seemed quite low with the box only been half full. My biggest gripe with the shop is how cold it is, it’s always freezing!

Staff asked for track and trace details before asking about our order. The server was polite and thanked us for having lunch in their premises. The chicken was well cooked and the cola was filled to the top of the cup. A enjoyable afternoon out and I will be back.

Just a shame that I can't go lower than 1.

We went to KFC for the first time after lifting of the lockdown. It was good to be back. It was tasty as usual highly recommended.

Ordered full fat Pepsi, received Pepsi max which I hate. Ordered the 3 piece boneless meal and had to ask for my dips and chips were stone cold. Also boy behind the counter clearly didn't want to be there. Hubby got gravy but couldn't eat it as it was so peppery and he can eat spicy food. Service was indifferent. Won't be back. Gave 2 stars as at least the chicken was hot.

Fast, good value and great portions

Cant whack a KFC. Always use drive through and get a couple pieces of original chicken and my 8 yr old son gets boneless box meal. Only criticism is milkshakes. Found them very watery and tasteless.

Terrible, orderd meal 2 fillet burgers and fries for £10. Only sent one burger. When we called they blamed it on uber eats. Uber eats aren't the ones who put order together. KFC Cumbernauld = JOKE.

Burnt chicken overcooked or lying to long

Have been several times and have either received the wrong items or missing items in my order. Seems to be on the very rare occasion that they actually manage to prepare the order correctly. Would avoid the place, very poor customer service.

Hit and a miss take a gamble for dogey or fresh

I ordered food half of it was out inside the box it’s been packed poorly and the tomato dip I ordered was not even in there so I was very disappointed I normally don’t order from here the only reason I did because McDonald’s was not delivering food I won’t be ordering here again
