KFC Cumbernauld - South Muirhead Road in North Lanarkshire

Delivery guy was an ignorant and vile man, started to agitated when my wife had to get the delivery code off me. I understand that they are busy, but customer service does not take much.

Great food but had to wait an hour on delivery

the chips were only warm, and they were soggy. The burger was only warm, and the chicken was not cooked very well, it had a crunchy texture too it. I was quite disappointed with my food.

Went into kfc and ordered our food 2 buckets one of them was just put in a bag the other in a bucket and throw in the bag and when I lifted the bag up to take out the car the bottom of the bag was saturated in gravy since it was in bag upside down and lid was off!! absolute joke my seats in back had gravy all over them and half the food!!

Didn't receive a can of juice I paid £2 for.

Food arrived barely warm, which implies it was sat for some time before being collected for delivery as the outlet is only 5 minutes away. Originally was given a delivery time of 17.00 (ordered about 16.30), food arrived nearly half hour late. Burgers were a bit greasy and bland. The hot wings were also bland with little flavour/spice and not very hot. Chips were also cold. All in all a bit of a disappointment.

my order was not what it should have been, I got the wrong drink, my chips were cold and one of my colonels original chicken pieces was spicy and I couldn't eat it, I'm very disappointed, this is the first time I've had any problem with an order

My bf and I ordered two boxes, both got mixed up. My burger was missing items, only got chicken and mayo in it even though I ordered more, missing popcorn chicken from both boxes and my bf asked for boneless chicken and got the opposite. Overall disappointed and was such a waste of money. Paid for a lot and didn’t even get half of order correct. Disgusting.

Ordered the trilogy box meal which consists of a zinger burger, fries, side, popcorn chicken & a fillet. The burger that was delivered was a classic fillet burger & there was no popcorn chicken included in the meal, plus the food was absolutely freezing when it arrived despite arriving within thirty minutes if ordering.

Absolutely horrible experience - ordered a delivery half of it was missing and cold, have tried to phone the restaurant a record 15 times and no answer. Is this really how you want your staff treating customers - as someone who’s working in customer service for 5 years I would never treat a customer this way and I think the managers have a lot to answer for.

Ordered a fillet burger meal for £7 and 10 seconds later I had the food in my hand. The fries were soggy and cold and was probably sitting there for 30 mins. The burger and it's buns looked similar. The fact that staff think this is normal for a £7 fast food meal makes me think why people don't want to try this type of chains. Returned the order right away and manager sales they made a mistake and gave you the food that was supposed to go to the bin. It's funny that staff who are getting paid to do the same task every day fail to do so. This is my third time in the last 2 years returning food at this specific branch. Apparently the district manager is more worried about their KPI than customer satisfaction. Absolutely disgraceful. I wish I had taken a photo so all could see what was served to a customer.

We were given the wrong order and we went all the way home which was 15 minutes away, have to come back. Instead of apologizing the Manager said as it was our fault. There was only one customer there. They called out our order number, the drinks were fine but gave us the wrong order. Instead of apologizing they said that it was our fault. Cold food too. Been here a coupe of times. 1st Drive through that quick and efficient. 2nd Walked in. That was super quick. Ordered on the machine and by the time I've got my receipt my food was ready within 1min after payment. Nothing missing either. Staff was Nice too on both occasions.
