Orderd chicken chow main tonight found the chicken very slimmey not nice at all had to throw it away

Excellent roast pork - crispy skin and super tender meat. Char siu was tender and well seasoned, unlike the overly sweet and caramelised versions found elsewhere. I prefer this version. Service was very good and polite! Thank you for a lovely meal!

The food is always great here! We've been buying food from Oriental Palace for a couple of years now, and have tried many dishes on their menu. We've never been disappointed! It's great value for money, and they're friendly too. We have ordered many times, and the service and quality has always been excellent. We've tried other places nearby on occasion when they've been closed, but nowhere is as good! Highly recommend!

Lovely service and great food! Called for collection and was ready in 20 minutes. Only stood inside for a couple of minutes before being called over by very friendly staff, food in hand. The food was piping hot and very flavourful! Also, I love that this place does 'chinese chips', not chippy chips!!! For just under £25 we had the salt & pepper ribs, salt & pepper chicken, house special with mushroom, egg fried rice, and chips. More than enough for 2, and got some free prawn crackers, too! We will be back for more!

If I could honestly give 0 stars I would, ordered food at 7pm on their website. Estimated delivery 20:28, phoned up to be told another 45 minutes they've just received the order. I've asked for my order to be cancelled phone was put down. Definitely the last time I use this place.

Usually really good, but when our food came on the weekend rice was stone cold, and the chips wasn't great either.

Usually love this place but our most recent order left us really disappointed. Ordered at 19:00, rang them at 20:40 to see where it was as it says max 90 minutes. The lady in the shop was very vague and said it’s on its way (no apology). We waited until 21:00 and called again to see where it was at. Again, no apology and said it was a few minutes away. When the delivery driver got here there was again no apology. Having waited 2 hours we were starving and were just happy it was here, HOWEVER the chips were stale and lukewarm. Probably because they were cooked so long ago and travelling around in a car for at least 30 minutes. Gutted as we finally found a Chinese we liked but I’d definitely be put off ordering from here again.

Absolutely gorgeous. I ordered a sweet and sour chicken with special fried rice and my partner ordered chicken chow mein dry. The food was freshly prepared with so much taste, beautiful Ingredients and for the price a very generous portion I would highly recommend going here as it’s one of the best Chinese’s I’ve ever had.

I ordered a chicken fried rice with curry sauce from this takeaway establishment and I have got to be quite honest and say it was very good. You could only pay cash as far as I am aware if you go inside the shop. But not to worry as there is a cash machine right next to the shop.

I have had a munch box before and was Looking forward to it tonight as have not ordered in a while , tonight was so disappointing just an over load of chips and a few chicken wings that’s it so not happy at all so most of it went in the bin just put us off

Lovely chilled place if you like Chinese food. I would have loved a buffet but cannot complain. Though their food was really nice but the pricing is on the high. Lovely and peaceful atmosphere with some silent music behind the scene. The service attendant was really nice and food came out so quick. I will be visiting again whenever am around the area.

Hi can I just say I have never ever written a bad review in my life but the service from here tonight has driven me to do so. We ordered- tes on Christmas eve and so ordered in advance on line at 5.30pm and accepted a 2 hour delivery wait. It got to 7.50 and we had heard nothing. We tried to contact the restaurant and vouldnt get through for over 20 mins. Once we had finally got though we were told our order hadn't even been made- we asked how long we would be and were tpld that they didn't know. It was now 8.30 nearly and had 3 children waiting for fopd to go to sleep on Christmas eve- hence why we ordered at 5.30. If we hadn't contacted them what would have happened. The attitude of the lady on the phone was absolutely disguisting. We were ordering over 60 pounds worth of food which had already been taken from the account abd she just said we will refund! Avoid this place due to service..can't comment on food as never received! Will await to see if money refunded!

Been searching for a nice Chinese in the area for ages now and stumbled across oriental fusion and it was delicious. Really impressed with the food obviously cooked fresh and full of flavour!

As a regular customer, today will most definitely be our last order. Food took 150 minutes to be delivered, blamed on the website crashing ( again ). When the order arrived, it was incomplete. When we phoned to say it was incomplete we were told that they would give it us the next time. So we ordered two dry dishes and was missing the curry sauce. The offered resolution was totally unacceptable. Won't be ordering again and left out of pocket from the incomplete order. The business don't care that we will not be ordering again. Be warned. This was an incredibly poor service.

Phone order in was told in would be about 45minutes to a hour delivery we said was ok cause what was going on at time 2 half hours later on NO delivery try to ring up couldn't get through when did get through they try to say they try to deliver it but was wrong house but no cars came in our Street and they said what we had ordered it was wrong anyway never again

Went in to make an order over £30. They don't have a payment card machine and the shop next door. Their machine wasn't dispensing cash....sale lost.

Completely got my order wrong told come back to get it rectified then tried charging me extra!!! For less off an order

Always order from oriental this time it was awful, tasteless, low quality and hardly any meat! Not a good meal at all! Should not be sending food out like that!

Will not be ordering from here again - the minimum order has been bumped up to £15 and then there's still a delivery charge on top of that. As there's only 2 of us it's just too much food to meet minimum order - also food last night was bland and tasteless, not up to their usual standard. Shame as it was my favourite take away

Great food but delivery took an one and a half hours ( Double the estimated delivery time ) rang up after 1 hour to ask where food was and they said they were only just cooking it....when I opened the door to the delivery guy, all I got was "There you go" and he walked off, no "Sorry it took this long" nothing, good customer service ????????

It arrived hot and it was tasty. The only thing is the steak didn't taste like fillet and was slightly overdone but everything else was fine

The £10 minimum for delivery makes it difficult for one person to order a meal. My suggestion is lower this slightly, please.

Not bad, not bad at all, the food was piping hot, good flavours & all fresh.... Miles better than Oriental Express & would give Manderin a good run for the money (in my opinion) thanks I'll be ordering from here again.

The chips ordered were the scraps from the fryer and was half full of batter bits and hard chips. Everything else was ok.

First time order. They rang to confirm our order as we advised we had a nut allergy which we thought was excellent. Delivery was quick and the food delicious, my only complaint would be the ribs had very little meat on them but definitely would recommend.
