Not good quality Chinese. Will not be ordering again…

Spring rolls did not have any veg in them it I was all batter but everything else was good.

The food was really nice. The chicken in the chow mein was slightly overcooked so it was on the dry side, and I was disappointed when I didn't receive the chicken balls I ordered. I phoned Oriental Express and they apologised and sent them out to me. Thank you

Food ordered 8.03 with a delivery window 8.30-8.50. “On its way” notification at 8.54. 9.30 and still no food. Called the restaurant twice. Told it’s on its way. Still no sign of the food. Poor/zero communication from restaurant. Will never order from here again. Awful.

Food was great and good sized portions, only delivery was a bit slow but understandable as it was the england match day

Hardly any chicken in chow mein and stringy chewy pale beef in my other dish not as good as it usually is. Hopefully just a one off!!!

The Pad Thai was full of sweet and sour sauce, horrible.

I enjoy the takeaways & also the service is good. Most of the time my order arrives promptly.

This restaurant has the most delicious food and a great variety. They are willing to cater to even the most picky of eaters. And after years of ordering from this restaurant, i have yet to have a bad meal.

Awful delivery time. Took 2 and a half hours from time we placed the order to time we actually received it. We called the restaurant multiple times and understand they were very busy but were told 20 more minutes repeatedly. Food alright but fairly average after such a long wait.

Great food! And the delivery driver was lovely.

Ordered four dishes. Pleased on the whole. Pork chow main and sweet and sour chicken were very good. Chilli garlic prawns were too salty though. Arrived bang on time and food was warm. Thanks.

Food arrived slightly early and Hot, as a first time customer it would have been 5/5 but the Spicy Salt & Chilli Squid wasn't consistent. Some pieces weren't very nice as the batter was too tough to bite through but the majority of them were great. Overall very happy with my order, Thank you.

Disgusting, avoid like the plague. The soup was written putrid and smelly. brown bottle weren’t there

The food was great the only problem I had was when I opened the bag one pot of curry sauce a spilled all over get it every where looks like the top wasn’t put on properly other then that the food tasted amazing first time using this restaurant

30 minutes late despite ordering an hour before required but delicious and generous portions.

Delivery was quick, but I really disliked it. Spring rolls were tasteless, seaweed was extremely sweet - like eating green granulated sugar, “crispy beef” was hard and covered in lots of very sweet sauce, chinese veg was overcooked and soggy, fish cakes were tasteless and rubbery with a nasty bright red vinegar and sugary dip, chow mein was greasy. Chucked most of it in the bin.

Nice big portions. Didn’t scrimp on the sweet and sour either. Definitely will order again.

This is my go-to place for Chinese food. Great food, well prepared, and always ready on time for collection.

Food was not Authentic rice was boiled not fried Chips tasted like cardboard my child didn’t even eat them that’s how bad they were Would not recommend wasted my cash

Had better from here before, chicken wings and vegetarian spring rolls didn’t taste fresh and were very dry and the red Thai curry was very watery too but was seasoned great. Still a good meal. No prawn crackers either despite spending a lot of money on my order. A great restaurant but just expected better. Will still order from them again in the future.

Food was lovely full of flavour and a good amount, was red hot when delivered . Delivery driver was lovely and charming to my friend when collecting food. Would recommend this takeaway 100 percent best food I’ve had since being in London thank you.

Great quality tasty food as usual from our local been going here for 11 years and still lovely range of dishes prepared and cooked to perfection with lots of flavours.

I really wish I could post pictures to show you how awful the spring rolls were. As I am not a chef I do not know what they did to them. I’m guessing they were cooked a few days ago and just re-heated. I haven’t ordered from here in a while and won’t be again. They used to be so good. As for the taste of the spring rolls, well it makes me heave just thinking about it. Avoid at ALL costs.

Very disappointed in the quality of the food, the chicken was rubbery, rice was cold and the driver didn’t deliver the complete order. The standard has really slipped in this takeaway as the last two orders have been poor, we won’t be ordering again

The food was ok overall. It arrived within 15 minutes! How did the make and deliver so quickly? The curry had lovely ingredients but lacked flavour.

Solid Thai green chicken curry, would easily order again

The food was poor. The crispy duck fairly tasteless. The egg fried rice didn't have peas as in the picture and had very little egg unlike the picture. The massaman curry was watery as was the bbq pork in yellow bean sauce. The pork was old and stiff. The chow mein not great. The brocolli was ok, the only part of the meal ok. Never again. I think I was disappointed last time - I must remember not to reorder!

Fried rice not fried, fried dumplings burnt on one side, another side not fried, sweet and chilli sauce tastes like sweet and sour. Waste of money..

This restaurant is hit and miss. No squid in salt and chilli squid, just batter lol. Ribs have been great previously, but this time had an unidentifiable flavour.

Great food! It would have been full marks but the prawn crackers were soft - I assume from a hole in the bag.

The food was late, had to call the restaurant for the eta and received no apology. We ordered the Kung Po Tofu and Crispy Shredded Chilli Chicken. They both tasted the same and we couldn’t eat it as the quality was so poor. The spring rolls were cold and soggy and not tasty either. Avoid.

Quick delivery, but the food was so-so and you have to pay extra for prawn crackers?? What a liberty.

As always great food and fast service. I order the Hong Kong style king prawns, egg fried rice and a curry sauce on the side. I’ll forever order from this authentic Chinese takeaway!

I don't leave reviews unless I feel there is a genuine public interest, and I have to say that this was by far the worst pad thai I've ever had. Avoid.

Absolute joke of a restaurant. It's 0.6 miles away and the food took 1 1/2 hours. The food wasn't up to much either, we couldn't eat the pad Thai, it was vile.

Food was delicious. delivery was 20 mins after stated delivery time.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes, 30 minutes late from estimated delivery. Food was ok, nothing special. Portions are small, but prices are low, so somewhat expected. Will try a different place next time.

I cannot recommend, the food was simply awful. When a Chinese person eat Chinese food you roughly have an expectation but this was far below par.

Food was very greasy and rice was far to sticky for my liking.

The meal was a bit disappointing - both sauces (I had Thai vegetable curry and my partner had Massaman curry) were overly sweet, and we’d waited roughly an hour (which we were told about on the point of ordering) which seemed like a long time. And part of our order was forgotten - no prawn crackers!

I would not recommend the Thai here, it was horribly sweet, our curries tasted like desserts.

Service was quick. Takeaway order of spicy salt and chilli chicken, satay sauce and chips. The chips were horrible, dry and felt like they had been left out for days? salt and chilli chicken was tough to chew, very dry and some pieces did not have any chicken inside. The onions that came with the chicken were soggy and limp and there were like two pieces of chilli. The satay sauce tasted like pure sugar and very watery. Most of my order has ended up in the food recycling. Will not be ordering from there again very poor quality.

I had duck pancakes, chicken in yellow bean sauce and pork and prawn dim sum. Not bad food, not great. The chicken was tasty and seemed good quality meat. I prefer a thicker sauce and the taste wasn't what I'm used to but not bad. Duck pretty standard. Dim sum tasted good but was overcooked. The portion sizes were good for the price. Would order again.

It was ok. Delivery was nice and prompt but the food wasn't really anything special. Deep fried shredded beef was very oily with a strange watery sweet chilli style sauce on it. Boyfriends s&s also a bit watery. Everything quite artificial tasting. My hunt for a really great local takeaway continues.

Was nothing special on this occasion, they clearly use different cooks on different days. But I would order from here again.

Ordered 3 times from this restaurant and the food is good but every time there seems to be something wrong with the order. Whether that's the order turning up an hour earlier than requested or items missing.

Delivery was speedy, crispy beef was too sweet, everything else was ok.

The food is the worst "chinese" food we've ever had! The sweet and sour sauce tasted like tyre glue and the prawn and chicken mains like smoked socks! No thank you, waste of money!

The pork buns were frozen in the middle when they arrived! However, a couple of minutes in the microwave and they were delicious. A bit disappointing service though.

The Singapore fried rice, chips and egg fried were all perfect but the salt and pepper chicken wings didn't taste nice as this is one of my favourite from this restaurant. Everything else was great but the wings

This is our regular Chinese, always great - just wish they would do the larger size portion of sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style that they do if you order directly from them!

The rice feels like it's plastic rice I can't even it . I rolled it to a ball and it really feels like plastic rice. Even if you Chou on it will not beak down 😤😤😡😠😱😨
