It was cold and had to put it in bin I want my money back

Food is always perfect. Lovely staff

Ordered for the wrong day but contacted and they were more than happy to prepare the food when required

This is normally one of our go to restaurants especially for Chinese food but it was a bit disappointing tonight sadly. the pancake rolls were luke warm borderline cold and nether my curry or my wife's sweet n sour Cantonese chicken were up to the normal standard from here and were both Luke warm too sadly 😕 hopefully this was only a one off as the food is normally excellent from here 🤔

I received tha wrong order, staff wasn't helpful when calling them either.

Our food was good and delivery was on time as usual, very frustrating that this restaurant is no longer doing stamp cards especially as we were one stamp away from getting a discount and the stamps collected were just wiped out. this has happened with another couple of takeaways in the past and it makes you wonder if the stamp card thing is a waste of time as they are wiped out if a restaurant changes it's online details or stops doing stamp cards which is a kick in the nuts for loyal customers

Incredibly disappointed in my order. Onions were like thin sheet layers? Prawn Toast was SO THIN like paper thin? Not much veg/seasoning in s+p chips. This isn't usual for Oriental? Not sure if they've changed owners or something but was very disappointed for what is usually my go-to Chinese place. Hope my next order is better and back to usual 5/5

Since it has been taken over by the new owners it’s now called somert else 2+1 something like that’s it’s called now the food is a shambles it’s awful worse Chinese I’ve ever had in my life it needs shutting down

New to the area and looking for a new go to Chinese. Think this may be the place! Really enjoyed our food. All arrived hot and exactly at the time they gave. Will be ordering again.

The food was bad. It clearly double fried and oily. The duck was very dry and sweet and sour sauce had too much vinegar. Most went in the bin

Great food terrible delivery driver who didn’t seem to want to even try and find us. We had to ring them and they didn’t want to listen or follow instructions, ended up flagging their car down in the street in the pooring rain..

We always order from here but last nights order wasn't as good as usual prawn toast didn't taste of any prawn at all same as the prawn crackers no taste at all and the curry sauce not as good either not much taste to that chowmein was really really dry and the chicken balls in batter was kinda soggy never really had a meal from here that isn't good but last nights was a let down if we wouldn't have been absolutely starving honestly would have sent it back hoping it was just a 1 off hopefully next time it will be as good as our previous orders

The order took like 20 minutes and that's not good for chinese food. And the roast pork with mushrooms was very very salty that I couldn't eat it. Never had a problem with you in the past

I always use this place but tonight I didn’t enjoy it the chips were inedible and the curry sauce was so thick !! Prawn crackers were edible so I just ate them .. disappointed!!!

Tasted salty, wasn’t nice, frozen chicken

The chicken in the fried rice was diced and very scarce. The extra beansprouts cost £4 and there was a handful surrounded by big chunks of onion, which I am allergic to. I do not recommend this place.

I have tried other Chinese takeaways by far this is the best buy far. The food was spot on the curry sauce was not watery and full of flavor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Prawn toast was cold and like it had been sat for a while Char sui pork was tough as if sat for a while too Beef in on sauce and noodles were good

I must admit I’m only writing so the restaurant can realise and hopefully up the standard. We have used these for years. Tonight ordered chicken balls and soup. The soup was chicken n sweetcorn. It was so tasteless that it actually tasted watery. The chicken balls got chucked. It was like they had been cooked left out then cooked again. They were so overcooked they looked burnt but once took a bite got a mouthful of fat/grease. Couldn’t eat at all. Only thing ok was chips n curry sauce I’m afraid to say!! Shame though as for years these has been the best for us. Haven’t ordered for a good while either.

Always good...just a shame they apparently weren't accepting orders yesterday. Bit disappointing when you look forward to something and they're not online without any reason given. A real shame, we've moved onto another place now.

Chips were all over in the delivery box and cold. Was meant to be salt and pepper but was normal, paid for it tho. All food was cold. Meat was definitely reheated as it was rubbery and disgusting. Tasteless, very poor and cold. Called restaurant as I wasn't happy; their response was to collect the food, reheat it again. And he'll put something extra in with the next order... Hahaha! There will not be a next time.

Ordered 1 hour early and still 15 mins late.

The food arrived cold, the steak was over cooked and tough, I couldn’t chew it, the sauce had more oil than actual flavour the mussels were just plain with vegetables, bland, won’t order again, greatly disappointed that I spent my money ordering from here

I wasn't very happy with my order paid nearly 10.00 for quarter duck for them to give me the smallest bit of hoisen sauce in the tub it wasn't even half full so I had to waste a lot of my duck and pancakes because there was no where enough sauce to use for all the pancakes I wasn't happy with it at all

Delicious as usual, never use another Chinese takeaway

So my partners Cantonese sweet and sour chicken was apparently very nice as were her plain soft noodles. My chicken ball and chicken fried rice box meal with curry sauce was also quite nice too but it could have been even better. The 2 large pancake rolls turned up as 4 medium sized pancake rolls and they were excellent. I had requested that the pancake rolls were well drained so they wasn't soggy and greasy and that was exactly what we got, the pancake rolls were crispy, hot and delicious. The only slight let down with our meal was that there wasn't enough curry sauce (only a tiny little tub) and the curry sauce was very thick and gloopy and it was only luke warm at best as was my chicken fried rice which was also only luke warm at best and quite bland and dry. Overall we enjoyed our meal and we would order from here again hopefully next time all the food will be as hot and delicious as the pancake rolls were.

Can't fault this place at all generous portion sizes and tastes great wouldn't use anywhere else we all love ordering from here can't wait till next order 😀

I specifically ordered 2 portions of soft noodles with one completely plain however when I received my order both noodles were plain and was lukewarm at best. Very disappointed as we order from here all the time and it’s always been fantastic.

Cold food that arrived late :(. Underneath could tell the food was nice as always...but it was well......cold.

Not sure if the restaurant has changed hands or has a different chef, but not the usual quality. It was very greasy and not much meat. All the food tasted very oily and not very fresh.

Not impressed! Was alerted that the food was on its way... It arrived 20 minutes later, clap cold... The sweet and sour, well, it was just plain sauce!!! What happened to pineapple, green pepper and carrots, even if the sauce is seperate to the battered prawns??? The hottest thing were my banana fritters and they weren't exactly warm... Nope, sorry... Not happy at all...

Small expensive portions. £40 was a lot to pay to still feel hungry afterwards.

Food was awful. The crispy duck was like chewing tree bark, genuinely had to check it didn’t have bones in it! The main was 90% onion and everything had a really odd taste. Avoid!

Not great value for money, especially the salt & pepper chips. Would be better delivered in a grease proof bag rather than polestyrene as the portion was small and soggy.

I can never fault this place, food is always delicious, piping hot and reasonably priced. Really good portion sizes too, I’ll never go anywhere else for Chinese!

Good quality food ,but spoiled by unpleasant curry sauce .Ingredients were good ,it tasted fresh and well cooked ,but you really need to change your curry sauce recipe .

This place never fails to produce great, hot tastey food, I wont go anywhere else. The set meal for 2 is absolutely perfect and great price, the prawn balls are delicious and their chicken satay is also amazing. Thank you again for a great meal and IMO is the best Chinese in Leeds xx

The majority of the food arrived cold and once microwaved all I could taste was Chinese five spice. Clearly they used too much. Disgusting will not recommend.
