Always find us a table no matter how busy it is, friendly and efficient staff, food is always excellent.

The interior design of the cafe is fabulous, full of pictures and decorations. The food and the drink are awesome. The view near windows on the first floor is nice. They made us feel comfortable to sit there long.

Quick service and delicious freshly prepared food.

Nipped in for brunch and was very nice. Probably should have ordered more as left hungry! Not their fault though!

Another great Lounge - we must've been to at least 10 of this chain across the country now. Great for kids, really good vegan and gluten free selections on the menu and good value too. This lounge is a larger one with additional tables upstairs and seating outside to watch the world go by.

Really good fun some really good cocktails.

Very yummy but very small and expensive. £11.75 for a single egg and a bit of raw avo on a small single piece of gluten free bread. Not worth it.

Inedible lunch. Tuna panini was a small square with no tuna on it! Absolutely disgusting . I am shocked & amazed that the chef/kitchen staff served it !

I went here a month ago and I have been to other “Lounges” where service has been great but the first time ever I went to this places I was going up to a waitress at the bar to ask a question I was rudely told to “wait until I’ve finished this” which I said sorry and continued to wait (with a baby in my arms and a young child who needed the loo) she comes back and hasn’t even given me any eye contact up to this point nor said hi and I stood there felt silly, starts doing something completely different all I wanted to ask was if there was a lift for upstairs as I had a pram. No other staff seemed interested either although I kept looking around for help of someone else. Just told my son we’ll go elsewhere as can’t get any sort of service here! Never coming back and tell other people to not go to this particular one.

Terrible start to finish. 2 hours 40 mins to have a meal. Very average food. Incompetent staff. Had to carry pram up 2 flights of stairs because they messed up the booking.

If your looking for a substandard in-house assembled not cooked meal with the constant screams of babies from young mums who think it’s cool to hang out here with their screaming children then this is the place the you. I had a particularly disappointing meal which I paid a premium for on the Christmas menu. After sending a polite email to their customer service team Tom Mackerel emailed back to offer a gift card, then didn’t. What a charlatan. Whatever his response on google reviews I have pictures of the meal, and the email chain which I have forwarded to the CEO of loungers.

Great food, fantasic pancakes which I would highly recomend. The gluten free menu is far more extensive than other places to eat so we'll done "loungers". Eaten at this chain a few times and never had a bad experience.

I've eaten in a few of these lounges ie Buxton, New Brighton and Tewkesbury and the quality of the food has always been consistently good and reasonable value for money. The atmosphere can be quite cosy due to the decor, especially in the colder months. Service is generally good as well.

Friendly staff + clean environment

Had breakfast today. Food was really good. High quality, great presentation, piping hot. Environment was warm - especially good on a cold day. It was clean and welcoming. What made this visit special was the customer service which was excellent. Grace, in particular, was fantastic. She took the order, followed through in asking if everything was good and at all times was professional and engaging. Customer service at its best. Well done!

Lovely chilled ambiance. Reasonably priced Food & drinks tasty & beautifully presented. Great staff. Everywhere else in Altrincham was shut as it was a Monday night so initially we came here as it was one of only a few places open but I’m glad we went & will definitely go again!

Visited today with my sister in laws.. been there a few time now.. Food was delicious and the staff were lovely...on the whole a lovely experience..Hats off to you Oppio Lounge 😋

Friendly service and nice surroundings but still frustrated by quality of food and particularly the ridiculous quantity of fries. Food generally worth a 4* but butterfly chicken could have been from Tesco freezer. Very orange dinner. Drunk / drugged guy came in but was well handled by the staff which was appreciated.

Nice place for coffee or lunch / dinner. Relaxed atmosphere. Serviceable.

We visited Oppio as a family, with myself being the one requiring a GF menu. Oppio had come highly recommended from colleagues and friends who were also coeliac or had children with severe nut allergies. We mentioned my being a coeliac on arrival and were immediately directed to their allergy matrix and given a GF menu. Once we’d decided on what to order, I went to the bar (I’d rather talk to a human that use a QR code, especially for myself) to order. I was again reassured about the use of separate fryers, different coloured boards and even a different chef who would handle my meal. Our food arrived promptly and was of really good standard. There was a slight mix up with my wife’s panini with her being brought the wrong one but this was quickly rectified. Our daughter has the children’s breakfast which she thoroughly enjoyed! My GF chicken, bacon and avocado burger was well made with the bun not being stodgy, like some GF buns can be. I had added on GF hash browns which were crispy and tasty. The overall bill came to just over £40 which for the size of the portions and quality of the food, in the centre of Altrincham, was very reasonable. We will be retuning again.

I have been here with my partner a few times when visiting Altrincham. It never fails to disappoint the staff are really attentive and atmosphere is very relaxing and cosy.

Visited yesterday with my mum and sister. The service and food were absolutely fantastic. Heard they are opening in Sale which we are very excited about. Would highly recommend and looking forward to revisiting

As costs have risen recently (who knew), it's nice to find good value with all the usual stuff you'd expect. A must see 🙂

Called to this establishment and disgusted with the service. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to serve me or at least give instructions how to order. The staff on hand continuously ignored me . When eventually I went to the bar and asked why I was notbeing served, the hostess begrudginly informed me that thet do not do table service. I gave my order and returned to my table. Within two minutes the server !! Came and asked me to pay there and then before any food was served. What a joke.. I would strongly advise anyone visiting Altrincham to avoid this establishment. Terrible customer service and the food was not great either.

Enjoyed the food, good atmosphere

Came in today for lunch with my daughter. We sat upstairs which is quieter. My daughter had the chicken Kiev burger which she enjoyed. I had the tuna melt panini but unfortunately it came with no cheese and when I pointed it out to the server she said the cheese is mixed in with the tuna which it clearly wasn’t. She did however take it away and bought it back with cheese added on but she wasn’t apologetic, I felt like I was bothering her. The panini was tasty when it was made right. The cappuccino that I ordered with my meal was very weak but drinkable. When I used the toilet, I found had no hand soap, I had to put some water into the empty bottle in order to wash my hands.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was nice. Just popped in for a snackette and a drink with my daughter (13)

Asked to sit where we liked, but nobody explained that you order via QR code or at the bar. So after wasting time waiting to be served, finally we ordered chicken and Chorizo flatbread and mezze salad bowl. 25 minutes later the flatbread arrived minus the Chorizo. The food itself was lovely and tasty. The service was average to poor, as the staff were disinterested. Come on. Please up your game as the food was so tasty.

Very nice inside with great interior design. Food was ok but one of the males was over cooked but I didn't have the time to send it back to the kitchen as had another appointment to get to. But overall and nice experience and I would come back again.

Wow! How can you get eggs benedict wrong? I tell you how come here! Burnt bacon, 2 very hard poached eggs with a tiny dollop off hollandaise on each and then sat under a hear lamp for what must of been 10 minutes ....... I asked for more sauce given a cold thimble full..... not impressed. I did say something to the waitress whilst not her fault she did offer an exchange but we really don't have time to wait for 'chef's' to get it right....

Oh how lovely Glad we stumbled upon this pub it a favourite back home I visit another today and it was great can't fault the concepts all been good

Had a good time at Oppio Lounge. Tried the flatbread , really good. The tapas was great. I found the Sriracha fried chicken tapas to be slightly salty. Drinks were decent. However the watermelon drink didn’t have even slight taste of watermelon. The atmosphere is great. You can scan the QR and place order from your table and you’ll be served shortly. The staffs are really nice.

Made a delivery to The Oppio this morning. They were kind enough to make me a bacon sandwich as thanks for carrying their stuff up the stairs and, I must say, it was one of the best bacon butties I've had in years! 10/10

Fantastic food and service and great attention to detail with our party member with allergies. Nothing was too much trouble and everything well explained.

came here on a whim while visiting the area as a group of three firstly, the decor, interior and atmosphere is stunning food presentation is also lovely. the food itself was okay. we all ordered separately from scanning a qr code on the table. we ordered different drinks, all with oat milk: two honeycomb iced lattes, one of those decaf and an iced caramel latte two iced drinks turned up to the table, the waiter told us ‘two iced lattes’ i asked which one is which he just walked away - no confirmation if these were oat milk or what flavours so we assumed it’s the two caffeinated drinks and tried to taste which one was caramel and which one was honeycomb then our third drink showed up as an ‘iced latte’ i asked the waiter if this one was decaf as my partner cannot have caffeine he didn’t know and had to go ask the barista who said it was not decaf, so i re-told him what we ordered and it was remade for us but still no confirmation if it was oat milk or not. we were left a bit confused and a bit wary to drink our drinks as none of us are good at handling whole milk. for almost £5 a drink i’d like to know my order is correct

Great menu choices covering a variety of styles. Service was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the Nasi Goring.

First time here, what a great place to eat drink and meet friends. Second time here with my family. Food and drink excellent. Staff are very amenable and professional.

Had a lovely breakfast with my daughters. We all had something different, Shakshuka, breakfast Eggs and miami brunch, they were all lovely, and we really enjoyed them. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly .

The atmosphere is ok, the decor and the music is nice however it doesn’t make up for the poor food quality. It’s a shame really, to come to what seems like a nice place to be disappointed with over priced food, which isn’t to a very good standard. Furthermore, the portion sizes are appallingly small, not highlighting what is shown on the photos when ordering online. Wouldn’t recommend and will certainly not be returning anytime soon, a shame to see such a nice place not live up to its standards. Truly disappointing.

Had my son's 18th family dinner here last night. 81 yo grandma to 14 yo fastidious teens. Excellent service, atmosphere and food good value for money and of a great quality. Would mention the Manager on the night particularly but I did not catch his name (Dan I think) but he went above and beyond the norm and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening - partly due to the excellent staff on service that night.

Used to like this place , looking in at the kitchen appears disheveled and dirty Food not to the standard as previous manager Michael Toast should not be buttered in not a child and food cold and not as stated, kitchen staff need to be changed . Staff on ground floor amazing and friendly pity food standard has gone down hill If prob is food is paid for prior to serving otherwise I would of refused to pay full amount as very poor standard

Flat bread was too hard, food on top of flat bad was disappointing. My friend was waiting for 45 minutes for his food. Service was nice though.

Lovely place, busy but room to relax & enjoy the food

I had been to Oppio Lounge a few times and had always been happy with the quality of food and service. However, on my last visit myself (vegetarian) and my two friends (vegan) ordered 6 tapas to share between us. I was enjoying the food until I took a bite into the quesadillas - unfortunately they had served us beef instead of beans. I had ordered on the app so there was no chance of mishearing etc - it was just an oversight and bad service. Not sure what the chef was thinking giving us beef quesadillas when the 5 other tapas we had ordered were vegan??? I haven't eaten meat in 14 years and the taste of it honestly turned my stomach. We did get an apology from who I assume was the manager and a promise of refunding the cost of the incorrect tapas back onto my method of payment but unfortunately this wasn't done and I still haven't received a refund. I will not be returning to this restaurant after this experience which is a shame as I have enjoyed the previous times I have been. It has just left a bad taste in my mouth (literally). To me serving a vegetarian/vegan meat in a restaurant is unforgivable and it is literally the basics. Perhaps your staff need some extra training.
