Great Smash patty burger and skin on fries. With drive in service. Food made fresh.

Interesting drive-thru style ordering and food overall is very nice. I'd go as far as to say the chips are some of the best I have ever had. Very crunchy, crispy and seasoned perfectly. Burger was also really nice. Soft bun almost like it weren't even there. Tender juicy beef. Sweet caramelised onions. Overall flavour of the meal was excellent. Now for the bad points. Sauce pots are already small yet have even less sauce inside of them. If your going to have pots this small at least fill them up properly. Pricing is also very gourmet restaurant-ish yet it's not a restaurant. The fact that adding caramelised onions costs £1 is an absolute ripoff. Same for jalapenos. £1 for a few jalapenos is really not worth it. I would understand perhaps 30p per extra topping but £1 is just ridiculous. Apart from that I feel like what you get for the price is entirely reasonable and the food is nice and fresh. Definitely would recommend. UPDATE: Changed a lot and still best burger in West Midlands hands down.

I love the burgers from here but I’m getting rather annoyed that I can’t contact the restaurant there is no mention of ketchup on the veggie burger yet they keep putting ketchup on my burger and I hate it!! There is no option to remove ketchup on Deliveroo I imagine this is because it shouldn’t be on there in the first place. Can you please update your contact number on Deliveroo!!!

I ordered 12:04 I had asked for onion in my burger and got charged £1 for it , when I got home I had a look at my burger there was no onions in it . RIP of avoid .

Best beef burgers to date… compared to places in London and Birmingham… its a real shame they are not on ubereats anymore…

Fantastic burger and unless greedy its the perfect ratio. The chips are perfect too so for me 10/10 however the price is a bit much. Its also confusing how to order from the burger place instead of the donut place so you usually end up wasting 10 mins waiting for someone to tell you where to be and what to do. The staff are ok but could be a bit more friendly. It feels hostile when you order. But trust why would you pay burger king prices for a terrible quality burger when you could just go here, and it’s next door!

I recently tried the burger at this place, and I have to say, the taste was absolutely fantastic! The flavors were on point, and the ingredients seemed fresh. However, I couldn't help but notice that the meat patty was disappointingly thin and small. While the taste was excellent, I wish they'd beefed up the patty a bit to make it a truly satisfying burger.

My 17 year old daughter ordered a smash burger and fries and one hour later shown signs of high temperature, pain in sides, and And badly vomiting she went to hospital and the test came back that she had E. coli infection in her blood that was from the food she had eaten , she was in hospital five days . We have now contacted solicitors . Do not order from oi fat .

Ordered off Uber eats, came hot burgers perfectly cooked not dry could have a little more seasoning even just salt and pepper but other than that 10/10 gonna order again, little brother liked the chicken tenders probably gonna but again soon so my girlfriend can try

Foods gone down hill, I told the guy they messed my order up and he does the same thing again, cold fries , not worth the money!

First time coming here the food was really nice but the second time I wouldn't be back in a rush. We said we didn't want mayo, yet they put mayo on both burgers.. Literally ruined it for both of us, waste of money. What if we were allergic.

Stopped over today on my break to get some dinner, I ordered the single patty smash burger 🍔 meal. The burger was very nice! I have to say I was impressed. Lovely skin on fries and fresh. Good service, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. £7.50 single patty meal. Happy Paramedic

Honestly, I don’t write reviews but I just got my meal and it’s the best chicken fillet I have had in a long time, so tender, amazing texture to the chips 100/100 best food definitely recommend

Haven’t worked in the hospitality sector long, as they talk rudely when they come over and their uniforms are all stained like they’ve been rolling around in the food they’re making or they just didn’t bother washing them. Food doesn’t have the wow factor, and the burgers are like dry burnt cardboard with melted cheese and drizzled in sauce. There is a lack of signs in the “drive thru” and they don’t have a menu board either. If compared to Five Guys or Shake Shack, these guys come no where near, and even Tinseltown that used to be in Star City was miles ahead of this place. They need to learn a thing or two from the donut place next door, who are friendly and polite, and their donuts are delicious!

Burgers are quality simple as all made fresh. I had the strips today chicken was fresh and lovely batter. Considering its a drive through better tasting then actual restaurants. Very polite service from a brother who always takes my order. Keep up the good work.

Amazing food but only if you actually go and get it from the drive thru. Absolutely diabolical via Uber eats. Never ever arrives within the given time frame. No way of contacting ooo fat either or even customer support through Uber eats. Disappointing.

Recieved a burnt bun, mistakes can happen but the guy who made this would have clearly seen this and classed it as acceptable. Sad because I actually liked the place.

Ordered via uber eats at 10.40pm. Was given a 20 - 35 minutes time frame. At first was informed by the restaurant that the food would be delivered by 11.20pm. That would have been fine... Food arrived after midnight! Absolutely disgraceful service. They're in control of informing customers via uber eats how long a order will take. Provided false information to get more orders which they were unable to handle. P. S. Food wasn't worth the wait either.

A decent burger, ive had many others in bham which are much better however this place opens late and the burger is decent for that reason. The chips were crispy, and the sauces were decent. I will try again and have different sauces but defoo have better burgers. Lovely staff though 👌

The burger tasted quite nice in comparison to other places, I think the lettuce should be finely chopped to make the experience better and more crust on the patties will help too. What lets this place down is the hygiene and the price, whilst wearing gloves phones are being used and everything is handled as though the gloves carry no germs. I know this is an issue in most places but hopefully the comment will be taken on board. Everything was greasy too as the gloves are kept on all the time even after food is prepped, had to wipe my water bottle down as a result and it was all a bit messy eating in the car due to the grease. I also find the price to be on the high side considering the drivethrough setup.

Fresh chicken fillet strips in the chicken burger taste so fresh compared to any other chicken burger I have had in Birmingham! Seasoning is perfect! Definitely a regular customer here🙌🏽👌🏽

First time visiting this place. The drive through concept is interesting and theres nothing wrong with it. The food arrived rather quickly and it wasnt too bad. The chips were excellent and very well seasoned. The burger was very soft and well cooked. The dowbside is the beef in the burger isnt very well seasoned and if you order the extra toppings over-power the birger taste. The toppings are also pretty pricey. Drinks are also served in a Can. The sauce pods and also extremely small depite charging 30p and are barely even filled up. Theyre so small its difficult to dip anything in them. Overall; its a good place but very expensive for what you are getting.

I ordered the double patty. The patties had anorexia. They need to have Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Maudsley Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults (MANTRA) & specialist supportive clinical management (SSCM). That’s an indication of how thin the patties were. Apparently you can’t substitute fries with a different side and pay more. It’s a legal obligation under statute to have the fries. The guy that took our order for drinks had to confirm the order 3 times. May be he suffers from amnesia despite writing the order. Nothing should surprise me on planet earth anymore. At least he remembered to bring my Irn Bru, or as my friend Mr S calls it Iron Brew. May be he thinks it’s a type of latte.

This place charges restaurant prices and serves a bad attitude... I went here with my two children to grab a few burgers...it took 10 minutes to get someone to take my order after being ignored by the ooo fat people...I placed my order of two burger meals thinking that it shouldn't take me too long to get my food...I was then asked to move my car along once then move along again and again..20 minutes later I ask how long the food would be I was told it would be 1 minute...5 minutes later after my daughter had fallen asleep I asked for a refund so I could get her home to bed ...only to hear them say " take the reg of the car if he wants a refund don't serve him again I don't need customers like him" no apologies apparently it is okay to make people wait 35 minutes because "it's fresh food that's how long it takes". This place charges restaurant prices and serves a bad attitude.

This is defo my new burger joint 100%, the food was really excellent, burgers were juicy and fries was the skin on fries. Friendly staff ,quick service bonus is u can get a tea on way out.
