Great service, nice place.... Extremely disappointed in paying over £10 for a very small box of food. I was offered 2 dishes and 2 types of rice which was enticing but its come in a TINY box.... Very disappointed.

For a food blogger's event - we waited an hour and 15 mins for "fast food" even though we were advised half an hour wait when we ordered, which was an hour after the restaurant's opening time.... Food was ok when it finally arrived a bit sloppy and mushy in one box. King Rolls are good and the paneer veg with noodles is nice. Don't think I'll be returning

The restaurant is very nice as it includes couple of options to make your own chinese box the seating is decent here and food is tasty and my favorite thing they have fortune cookies just need a bit more vareity

Portions are too small and too expensive over £11 for 1 person is extortionate and ridiculous still doesn't fill you up

We did dine in with family today. Excellent service and excellent food. In terms of service, both at the order counter and the till were brilliant and they took time to explain all the options . We Will highly recommend and visit again. Great addition on London Road.

I like the concept and it’s a well fitted out place , clean cut an actually quite chic. The food is ok … I’m just can’t fully submit to being satisfied. Had an awful experience with a JustEat delivery once .. i actually ended up going into pick it up! So was hugely put off .. went again earlier this week and my experience was similarly poor. Look I get it £10 for a large box (not particularly large 😂) isnt a fortune to spend but 1. The content is entirely Rice / Chips noodles 2. There isn’t a great deal of meat/ poultry in the meal 3. The tempura 🍤 prawns were poor bland to the extent you could equal them from Iceland - (obviously they’re frozen an then fried when ordered but they’re poor quality) Without getting entirely bogged down into the economics of exactly how much Rice cost or that the cost of potatoes 🥔 for chips… maybe it’s me personally I felt kinda shortchanged 🤷🏽‍♂️ Just shy of £17 a meal for 1 person .. myself the Mrs just grazed as shed eaten already Another thing that I found bizarre is the fact the entire place is empty.. just me an my partner IN house … yet we are kind of cast aside and Deliveroo orders prioritised … This is obviously a good business, busy with a wide appeal… but there’s a strange aura about the place and was also kinda exhibited by the staff… “We’re successful, we know what to do… we don’t care ” But perhaps you’ve lost sight of servicing the customer and fulfill their needs rather than continue to crack on and make money 😂 (Which is obviously the point of the business) Personally there’s something for me that isn’t right here

AVOID AVOID. Paid £15 for a box of food and a tiny can of pop. Supposed to be a “large” but is tiny. Ordered 2 types of chicken and there was 5 pieces. The “sweet and sour” is a joke, dry chicken with bright red chemically food dye. The rest was just cheap flavourless rice and chips. Horrid food at an extortionate price!

Terrible portion sizes. £10 for a box smaller than your hands that probably cost £3 to make. Chips stale. Rice not even cooked how it’s supposed to be, definitely done in a none stick pan and not a proper wok. Only ate because I’d been drinking and had nothing in. Surprised people think £10 for a box this small is good when proper Chinese restaurants do feast boxes for £15 with tons more stuff in.

the portions are absolutely shocking. paid £10 for a box smaller than the palm of my hand. had about 4 pieces of chicken. the “egg fried rice” is literally just boiled rice with egg in it. no flavour at all. the caramel chicken has a nice taste but for the 4 pieces i got wouldn’t really write home about it. not worth your money unless u like a cold bland “chinese” takeaway.

Quantity is very less to price paid

If I could il give this place 0 stars absolutely veil came in with family food was over spicy rubbery noodles just chilli no flavour nothing Chinese about it . When we bought to to managers attention regarding food not up to satisfaction was very argumentative about whole situation apparently 5 managers was on site but was very unprofessional infront of kids at that point I had to leave with no resolving from 5 managers being argumentative infront of kids and didn't want to even give refund after spending £70 on noodles . Also the head office is a con these people are con scam whatever u want to call it just avoid this place it's horrible. literally not good service also many more authentic Chinese restaurants these lot can't even get there cuisine right fake !!!!!

Avoid. There's definitely better places around. Just ordered from here - two "large" boxes and 10 spring rolls - for the first time via Uber Eats. From working as a chef in a similar style kitchen in the past I'm fully aware that Chicken (in this case the Salt & Pepper flavour) should NOT taste how this tastes. It honestly tastes stale/off or pre cooked from this morning. Not only that the chips aren't cooked right, still hard, and even the rice tastes like it's been washed in dirty water, as it's got a funny after taste to it. Im not eating it as honestly I feel like it'll make me ill. Not happy I've just lost £25+ on some absolutely dreadful place that I had high hopes for. Not to mention the sizes are tiny for what you pay. As for the customer service, the guy who my partner rang was rude and out of order and basically couldn't care less about our experience. Blamed Uber drivers for the food, which yes it was a little slow but from what it looked like on the "tracker" he had to make two trips before it could be picked up which to me meant it wasn't ready or had been ready for a while. The only positive was the frozen spring rolls.. It's only 1 stars because I couldn't go lower.

Not great, the spicy chips were severely undercooked, it was like crunching through raw potato. It had a good flavour but the texture of rock hard crunchy chips was so offputting they were inedible. The chicken in black bean sauce only had 2 small pieces of chicken in it. The caramel chicken was nice but the rest of the box meal was a bit of a let down.

Stone cold and filled the box to the brim with their base options, really pushing the limit with the amount of proteins they give out, I think I had 6 small pieces of chicken from two different main dishes. Really disappointing
