Terrible staff service which was followed by awful pathetic excuse of a mojito which was basically a bit of alcohol in a handful of cubes of ice, with a big tree leaf of mint pilled over the top of it. All bars are different but staff were rude, the so-called supervisor refused to give a refund or accept another drink as a replacement, AFTER his colleague told us we were entitled to it. Pathetically run bar. Supervisor refused to give us his name - it’s a shame that a big chain like O’Neils employs people this unprofessional and rude.

Chanting feed the scousers in an Irish bar is absolutely disgusting. Bar staff couldn’t care less when confronted and DJ laughed it off as banter. ‘Banter’ doesn’t justify demeaning the history of Ireland and Liverpool. It is the staffs responsibility to shut down any behaviour like this. Pure classism and embarrassing, don’t bother attending if you’re Irish or from Liverpool… or even if you have any morals to be honest.

Such a beautiful lively place, here tonight to celebrate breaking up from uni for our Christmas break, customer service is outstanding and food is so delicious, ordered a garlic bread and it was done to perfection 👌

Absolute horrible this time around, took the family this time. Ordered drinks and then some food, small plates to keep us going, around the Christmas Market. 45 minutes later still no food. We requested a refund due to the wait and then we we're informed the food was on its way in minutes. OK the food did arrive, but it was cold, and I mean cold. We complained and requested a refund to which was given in full. The staff were apologetic and informed us that, due to the loudness the music, the staff didn't hear the food buzzer going off from the kitchen. Also have to say the live entertainment, a solo female artist did not make the visit any better as her singing has to be the worst and I mean the worst we have heard in a very long time. Don't get me wrong she could play the guitar, but her singing was horrendous, and I mean horrendous.

Was given the wrong drink, unable to get a refund, no alternative offered! One of our group went without her drink due to the rude barman who had no interpersonal skills. 👎

Another faceless pub. Nothing wrong with it but then again nothing great either. Better options in Manchester.

Went there for a corporate Christmas party and the atmosphere was just brilliant. we had the back of the room for ourselves which made it more private, but also was good not have the all place for ourselves. was good to have other customers in the same place. Was very good and fun.the food was very well prepared and tasty.

The cocktails where the worst drinks we have ever had so bad could not drink them and in little plastic glasses we have never had drinks so poor!!!!!! The toilets smell so bad i had to get out before I was sick.The tables where wet and sticky and the service behind the bar could do with a big upgrade.

Lovely atmosphere in the pub. We were there for drinks before a show at nearby arena. First bar tender somehow failed to give us the happy hour deal but the second bartender made up for that by giving us the right deal and being absolutely charming and funny .... excellent customer service skills ...we all laughed and enjoyed our time there. Shame we're not local but next time we are in Manchester this is the bar we will go to.

Kay-den was really good his customer service is top notch coming hospitality background from working at the village he is a real asset to the company there was a new girl didn’t catch her name she was really good she made a mistake and he jumped in and helped her and he as told us about the happy hour when the other gentleman didn’t tell us over all great service over all .

Me my wife tried o’neills for the first time Today. On arrival there was a brunette manager working on the bar she made us feel very welcome. After ordering she couldn’t stop complementing my wife she really made my wife’s day she was so happy to talk with customers the food was very nice overall lovely experience.

Added to address the response. Was told you have "no draft bitter and we don't have bottled." Hence the review. Quiet. Does not sell bitter. Typical mass produced ten a penny brand. Average food.

Great sports bar, I did not get much of an Irish feeling, though. Great screens all around the bar . When we were in, there were two games of football on. It's not the cheapest place for drinks, but the sport makes it worth it.
