What a disappointment! I'm fleeing Paris and France for this kind of aggression! I come to Manchester once a month, being a United fan. I usually end my evening here for a last drink. No uncontrolled behavior, I am 45 years old and hate bad behavior. I made a mistake though. When I got out, I wanted to go back to go to the toilet before walking back to my hotel. The security guy who never smiles, unlike the rest of the population of Manchester, grabs me and pushes me away without explanation and tells me to get out. Instinctively I try a verbal explanation while letting myself do so so as not to accentuate his maneuver. Not being English, I have difficulty finding my words, a person coming out of the bar pulls me aside and tells me to leave it alone. Something I do, I tell myself that if at that moment a police patrol passed by it could have suggested a fight, while I just wanted to pee, so as not to have the urgency of doing it in the street.... it was enough to tell me verbally that any exit is final, I would have understood very well and would have left happy as usual. Really disappointed with this kind of behavior, I was in another pub in Deansgate, the security guys were really nicer. I never pose a problem, I would never come back here again, however the rest of the Staff are great...

Music was far too loud waited 45 minutes and no food when we said about it was told it was coming when it came we got our starter and main at the same time and they were both freezing got a refund and got Uber eats

Made a booking here for me and my mum to watch football as she supports Man City. Arrived at the venue to see a “Man Utd fans only” on the door, was not informed of this upon booking and think if they are going to do this they need to let people know who have planned their day around going to this venue! Not impressed 😢

After attending the Saint Patrick’s Day parade in Manchester Myself my partner and our two year old son decided to go over for a quick pint Guinness, To my complete disbelief, we could not get in to get a drink as I was told by the bouncer on the door that we had to book a table. The place was half empty was plenty of tables, but I did explain that we only wanted a drink no no no you have to have a table booked. I witnessed about six other couples being turned away. What an absolute waste of time I wouldn’t mind. There’s nowhere on your social media saying you have to book a table. what was that all about? Absolutely fuming I Should have went back to my local Irish bar Kennedy‘s in Altrincham, To me, you don’t deserve the word Irish bar over your front door. We came on Monday 3rd after work for food, considering we were ones of the only ones in there, we waited 40 minutes for our food. When it came everything was cold, there was no acknowledgment or aology.

Over 30 minutes queueing at the bar to get served!

I we are visiting Manchester and had looked on line to eat with entertainment and this place fitted the bill. I booked on line for the 14th Feb no problems. Was looking to book also bottomless brunch for the 15th called up twice to make this reservation to be told I would get a call back which never happened so hence we have booked else where. Turned up last night the bar was busy. All the staff standing chatting and I had to approach them we With my reservation it also looked to be they were not expecting us. I had requested a better seating area but never the less we got put in the window and still looking forward to our night planned here. My husband went to the bar and obviously stood in the wrong place to be greeted by the staff member and to be told “FYI you won’t get served there it’s the other side of the bar” lovely talk…. Anyway our food arrived we ordered the mixed bag. They smelt lovely something different for us. How ever absolutely stone cold. It would have been hotter from a takeaway. I approached a young girl in the bar who turned to another young lad and had a chat with there back towards me! Now I’m feeling very awkward like I have done something wrong! He didn’t look best pleased at all with me. He walked to the table and stood no apologies I let him feel the food no offer of fresh or warned up just stood with an annoyed face. I then asked for a refund he walked away came back in plonked the money in my hand again no response but my money was short! I asked why to be responded with so you wavy that one refunded too? Yeah obviously there both the same again he came back even more annoyed. Hence we finished our drinks and left. Lovely start to our break away. I get that we all have bad days but it definitely showed last night. As you can imagine we won’t be back to Manchester.

Lovely place, although busy with the football service was quick and the team we spoke to were very friendly. Shout out to Yash, Brad, Molly and Tom. Toilets were also very clean which is always a bonus. We didn't eat but the food we saw coming out of the kitchen looked lovely.
