Shame the emenities are dirty. My wife said the female toilets were disgusting, smelly, tissue and water was everywhere.

Wouldn’t let our friend in even tho we were sober. Said we were too drunk - too redhead We hadn't even had a drink by the time we got there

Played darts at Oneils and we were served by Beth, fantastic atmosphere and great service 👌

We had Beth as a hoste and was very attentive. The darts is a great addition to the bar.

Absolutely terrible experience at O’Neills in Peterborough. I got some food before entering and ended up slightly behind my friends in the queue. When I tried to join them, completely sober and polite, the door staff with scruffy medium-length brown hair refused to let me in. No explanation, no logic, just a smug look and attitude. I’m currently recovering from a broken ankle and still walk with a slight limp, so it’s possible they assumed I was drunk, but I wasn’t. It felt like I was being picked out for no reason at all, while others were waved in without question. The whole vibe was arrogant and cold, like customers are treated as an inconvenience. It ruined the night. None of us will be going back, and I’ll be telling others to avoid it too. If this is what passes for hospitality, no wonder their reviews are going downhill fast.

Do not order food from here on Just Eat. They won't deliver your food, contact you or reply to messages (no phone number) and won't refund after waiting 3 hours for food! But they'll happily keep upping the delivery time. Do no recommend 😂 £40 for no food and no explanation or way of getting one! Complaints form on the website doesn't work either. Wonder why.

Upsetting experience with door staff on Saturday night,Went for cigarette in smoking area with my drink which I didn't know you couldn't go outside with drinks. I apologised but the door staff wouldn't let me go back inside jokingly I went to go back inside which the door staff decided to rugby tackle me . I am female 21 yrs of age and weigh 6 stone. When cowards attack young girls it's not on. Especially when they are employed by your establishment. Me and friends will never be back going again .

I came from abroad to see my friend in Peterborough and we wanted to find a place to watch ongoing football match. First we were said that backpacks aren't allow so we actually left mine at my hotel. After that we were told that the dress code is jeans and sneakers weren't allowed for my friend. We really even weren't drunk or anything and so on. The first and definitely last time I try to go to this place. I've travelled all around the world in tens of countries and this is the first time I've ever seen this to happen.

Pathetic! My friends and I travelled to this pub in Peterborough, specifically to sing at their karaoke this evening, only to be turned away as I was wearing what they called "jogging bottoms"! I have actually travelled from the Isle of Wight to see my friend, for a few days,.mainly so that we could take in a couple of local karaokes, so you can imagine how annoyed we were, and disappointed not to be allowed in, based purely on what I was wearing. After having 2 strokes, I cannot wear anything too tight fitting, and that's why I wear what I do. I've not know such a ridiculous dress code since the 1980s. Does wearing what I do, immediately make me a troublemaker? Needless to say, we won't be going there again, which is a great shame, as we both sing semi- professionally. To add insult to injury, we arrived at 8pm, only to be told that the fire alarm sounding next door meant that they couldn't open until it was sorted. Rather than just leaving at that time, we chose to wait in a nearby pub to wait and see if it opened, once the alarm was sorted out. Why the fcuk weren't we told then, that I would not be allowed in, if it opened? NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU HAVE A TALENT FOR SINGING AND A HEALTH CONDITION. THIS PLACE WOULD NOT ALLOW WALLACE AND GROMMIT IN, IF THEY WERE WEARING THE WRONG TROUSERS! 😂😂

I had a good time out with friends and had some drinks. Generally, it's a nice place, but the facilities need more attention from the staff.

Good atmosphere, and good bar service, but the place is let down by the the attitude of the door staff. we see this quite alot people who are abit tipsy which they should be after a week at work, are asked too leave and told they are too drunk. come on give people a break. The door staff need looking into, and should chill out, as this place will lose alot of customers. Are people allowed too let there hair down these days and enjoy there night.

Watched the Superbowl on Sunday. Could of had a later kitchen for Superbowl snacks. Otherwise great pub great service.

Once again, same issues with security (door men, one security guard proceeded to chuck me out after listening to someones opinion after I just said 'Hi how is your night, hope you enjoy' almost sexism here and not listening to real facts...door man and security really need to improve... especially after they said I am welcome back the week after the time they chucked me out...

Lee & Lisa and the team are exceptional. Night life is always guaranteed and it’s such a good vibe here every time. The experience and nightlife is next to none in the city and I value their experience thank you O’Neills!

Fantastic as always. Pub food but actually great quality. Always love coming here. Also service was amazing! We messed up as didn’t realise it came with a signature sauce. Child didn’t like. Sorted instantly even though we made the mistake. 10/10.

The new dart rooms set up is really good and as a group of 5 we had a lot of fun. The food is good for the price. The pub has a clean look and was very lively 🎉

Went for the bottomless darts option, pizzas were superb and endless drinks !! Staff were awesome and nothing too much trouble. Will certainly be there again

O’Neill’S is an amazing venue lovely bar staff who are very nice and supportive when it comes to ordering drinks. Door staff are amazing when there are issues which need to be resolved and the DJs are amazing they set a good vibe and atmosphere I highly recommend this venue ❤️

Very prejudice if you are not young. Door person don’t let you in if you are 30+. Don’t book special events, private hires or other party bookings if you’re party aren’t all young. Not the venue it used to be. it’ll be closing soon.

I wasn't expecting much as I've changed a lot since I was a party animal. The service from the bar was exceptional. The curry I had was actually surprisingly nice. It was rather a pleasant experience. Well done guys.

The food was awful. The burger is not fresh and the pizza base is so thin. The garlic cheese pizza is anything but. No garlic flavor and little cheese on what felt like cardboard. I'm disappointed beause last time I was there the food was great. So it's confusing. The service was good. Also please wash the floors and clean the bathrooms. Every step in that place you stick to the floor. Don't think we will be back.

Since the altercations, it’s far too loud, can’t speak to friends because of the noise, used to love this pub before the game but now it’s too loud and too claustrophobic! Will be going elsewhere for pre-game drinks!

Came with a friend mid week, at lunch to try the new digital darts. We had the best time despite neither of us being particularly good at darts! There were enough games to fill the 90 mins that we booked which was good as I thought I may have got bored but that really wasn't a thing! The staff were super attentive and really welcoming too All in all a great visit, we will definitely be returning We massively over ordered on the small plate dishes but they all sounded so good we couldn't choose what to have. Every dish was well presented and absolutely delicious!

I was having fun with friends but the door staff appeared to be aggressive towards a group of girls they did nothing wrong 😑 and were asked to leave please review this as we spoke to the girls in question and they agreed they didn’t act in an inappropriate manner 😔 I’d appreciate some feedback thanks 🙏

Went here Thursday night, and was served by a lovely bartender called Bailey. She was polite, funny and was an absolute delight. I’ve been O Neil’s a few times, but she definitely made us want to come back. Thank you Bailey!

Stopped for a cup of tea and some snacks on our way back from a day out at the flower festival in Spalding. The snacks were very tasty, and served very quickly, piping hot with a delicious O'Neil BBQ sauce. Service was good and staff very pleasant. Enjoyed the tea break. Thank you Gemma our waitress.

It was my first time visiting Peterborough, and this place was perfect for a girls night with a few drinks, plus the food was pretty good too. Jasmine was so friendly and made us feel really welcome; we’d definitely come back again.

Decent place where you can spend time during weekday. Prices are decent and staffs are good. Service is also nice. If nearby you can drop by have a stopover.

Went in to watch Ireland match as I am Irish over visiting family and showed my only ID - Irish ID and got refused. funny that it’s an Irish pub refusing an Irish ID from a 25 year old

"A warm Irish welcome" says the website, yet when brother in law visiting from Ireland comes over, his Irish garda card gets refused as I.D, despite him being 25 and the oldest of our group. Left to spend our money elsewhere.
