Since the altercations, it’s far too loud, can’t speak to friends because of the noise, used to love this pub before the game but now it’s too loud and too claustrophobic! Will be going elsewhere for pre-game drinks!

I always have a good time going here

Came with a friend mid week, at lunch to try the new digital darts. We had the best time despite neither of us being particularly good at darts! There were enough games to fill the 90 mins that we booked which was good as I thought I may have got bored but that really wasn't a thing! The staff were super attentive and really welcoming too All in all a great visit, we will definitely be returning We massively over ordered on the small plate dishes but they all sounded so good we couldn't choose what to have. Every dish was well presented and absolutely delicious!

Hello I was there last Saturday I’m a regular customer when in Peterborough. I was having fun with friends but the door staff appeared to be aggressive towards a group of girls they did nothing wrong 😑 and were asked to leave please review this as we spoke to the girls in question and they agreed they didn’t act in an inappropriate manner 😔 I’d appreciate some feedback thanks 🙏

Manager is rude aragant andshud not be in charge rude to staff and customers

Went here Thursday night, and was served by a lovely bartender called Bailey. She was polite, funny and was an absolute delight. I’ve been O Neil’s a few times, but she definitely made us want to come back. Thank you Bailey!

Stopped for a cup of tea and some snacks on our way back from a day out at the flower festival in Spalding. The snacks were very tasty, and served very quickly, piping hot with a delicious O'Neil BBQ sauce. Service was good and staff very pleasant. Enjoyed the tea break. Thank you Gemma our waitress.

Went in during a day to Peterborough.. Watched the cup semi final good atmosphere and cheap drinks considering they show live sports

Considering there's not many places in town anymore, Had a good night here , music was decent, not had food here yet but would defo be back here

Nice bar, friendly staff and Thursdays are good if you like Madri, only £3 a pint.

It was my first time visiting Peterborough, and this place was perfect for a girls night with a few drinks, plus the food was pretty good too. Jasmine was so friendly and made us feel really welcome; we’d definitely come back again.

Decent place where you can spend time during weekday. Prices are decent and staffs are good. Service is also nice. If nearby you can drop by have a stopover.

Went in to watch Ireland match as I am Irish over visiting family and showed my only ID - Irish ID and got refused. funny that it’s an Irish pub refusing an Irish ID from a 25 year old

"A warm Irish welcome" says the website, yet when brother in law visiting from Ireland comes over, his Irish garda card gets refused as I.D, despite him being 25 and the oldest of our group. Left to spend our money elsewhere.

100% recommend lee manger is very welcoming and really makes us enjoy our night

It's a lovely pub with a good spirit inside. The people in there all seem really enjoying life . I have one thing to complain about tho . I thought the service by one bartender was very rude . No please or thank you . Perhaps he felt it was ok to treat me that way because I'm less important but I think you should treat everyone with kindness especially when your job is customer service. I probably won't go in again just out of principal. I seem to get treated this way by a few different people however so perhaps I'm just not the sort of person who is worthy of being treated nicely. Although I disagree with that

An ok sport pub. Decent food and beer selection. Not much to add really. Was pretty empty on a weekend.

Brilliant local pub to go to for some great British grub and a couple of glasses of vino. Special appreciation to Kyra who was on shift at the time and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a good one. Will definitely be back!

Was very disappointed we always enjoyed going to O'Neils visited on Wednesday very sparce no comfortable seats and no atmosphere even for a sports bar

For a drink after work, it's fine. For a meal not fine 😩 For a night out at Friday it's 👍 Saturday night avoid, lots the drunk people ,don't deserve the best place in town !!

Dan was our best server by far he saw us waiting and went the mile for our friend to get them some water and to make sure he was alright I will recommend oneils to anyone who wants to have a good night especially If Dan is there

Stacy on the door is such a credit to you she always makes sure we are okay and always greets us with a smile and Jemma on the bar is a star and always serves us with a smile! Although this is an Irish bar, they allowed us to put the Scottish footy on, bar was clean. Staff were lovely and the atmosphere was lively

O'Neil's continues to be a spot to gather after a hard day's of work. The happy hour truly is helpful. Good selection of drinks and the food is absolutely gorgeous. The burgers and chips does hit the spot every single time 🥰. Good seating options and good size screens dotted around the place for footie, rugby and cricket.

Absolutely love o'neills, the atmosphere is so relaxed during the day and you will always get a quick and friendly service with a smile, Lee the manager is a credit to this company as I came in the other week and he went above and beyond to help me, being a newly type 1 diabetic I struggled to find out which food and drinks on the menu had the lowest carb and sugar content and he went out of his way to find out for me any way he could. Absolute diamond and a real credit to you guys.

Walked into this bar late night on a Tuesday and boy the place was buzzing. It was full with crazy party people and the music was awesome. Funny part is tht its a TuesGay night on Tuesdays..didnt know till we were leaving....lol

Stacy on security is also a great asset always on the ball making sure you are safe and enjoying your night without any unwanted hassle. She is very professional and great at her job.
