Chicken Palace in Peterborough

Food is not bad however, the service is distasteful. They do not pick up the PHONE They do not have the uber app open They are all chilling in the back room, waiting to take home free food.

I have been ordering food from here for the past year and it's always tasty.

The delivery charge was half of the total bill and it’s less than a mile away! Will not be using again

Said courier had been at restaurant for atleast 35minutes before it arrived and the bag was practically open and I was missing a chicken strip in each box and hardly any chips which is making me think the deliver took them.

Ordered over a hour ago have pic evidence! Then finally get a driver and he picks up another order my food was sitting there getting cold for 15 mins at Wendy’s! Then arrived stone cold.

Driver ended up at a different of Peterborough.

My food never arrived I have put in a complaint not got a reply

I ordered at 3:40 estimated delivery was 15-25 mins. No delivery by 4:40. I called the restaurant who told me the food was on the way. No delivery still by 5:30. At 5:45 I had gone out when the delivery man called me at nearly 6pm and said they were trying to delivery my food! I requested this to be cancelled which they said it was not their fault as another driver picked my food up incorrectly at 4:20. No refund offered or processed!

This is is simply the best fast food takeaway in my life. It is better then McDonalds , KFC. Wendy's and other famous takeaways . It has juicy chicken and fresh an tasteful chips 🍟 😋 👌 😍 🙌 😀 🍟 . Only if they opened it in Palestine but these other Israeli takeaways are supporting the destruction of 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 Palestine .

Brilliant delivery and amazing food.

Food variety is good. A bit greasy but what can be expected with fried chicken. But better than KFC

Disappointing service. Guy on the counter was more interested in his phone than the customers. Whoever you have working on the front of house on Saturday afternoon, get rid of him - he’s not doing your business any favours!

I got the notification saying the driver was close and I checked the tracker and he was down the next street sitting there stationary for 10 minutes. I had to walk to get it and he was just sat there. And when I was walking back he said he was close and went what’s the issue? I can accept late delivery but literally sitting still in the next street along not moving and having to go pick it up myself wasn’t what I call a ‘good delivery service’.

Everything is fine. I can see there is order code. Very good idea because I was lost some orders but no driver asks for the code. You should force drivers to ask code

Instead of delivering the wrap they gave us popcorn chicken. We ordered the wrap again and they gave us extra box of chicken because of the mistake. Very nice, thank you! :)

Very small chicken strips. Wasn’t worth £8.50 for the meal £12 in total with delivery

2 strip size equals half of the strip in other chicken shops. Rude staff.

Even 1 star is too much I ordered 2 strips and chips they were old and chewy like a gum those workers don’t wash their hands and always being mean to me

It was okay, staff is a bit weird. Bought 3 strips and chips and 2 strips and chips, but both meals was 2 strips and chips so i got scammed on 1.5£ Need some hygiene too. Itches the balls and touches the food, its not nice.

i accidentally put the wrong address on the delivery and once the driver called i asked him to bring it to my other address i offered to pay him more he said okay he said coming but never came. spent £30 on my food for it to not come. terrible service.

The chicken strips smell and taste like fish Whenever we order chips + chicken strips there are always bits of lettuce on the food. even though we did not order any type od salad. Quite disappointing.

please ask just eat drivers to park on the driveway of the delivery address/ by side of road . This driver parked bike in neighbour's driveway blocking -this is causing issues - ideally should not be parking in other peoples driveways.

The driver could not navigate the map properly so there for could not find my house. Which has never been a problem ever before. He called me to say he was lost. I asked why are you not using a map. He walked around with my order in his hand whilst on phone to me. And niether he could understand my English language and i couldnt make sense of his broken English. My son eventually found him. My food was stone called had reheat most of it but all the chips went to the bin. 😒

Very good chicken. Take away as eating in not pleasant.

The driver took 22 minutes to get to me. No way. As a result it was cold on this occasion. Not the food outlets fault but the drivers. Why it took so long is unknown

The deliverman was so kind and symphatic.

I went solo visit ordered my meal to be told, it's cash only I only had about 3/4 of price 😭 just said next time. To which I think is fantastic way deal with it, the food was great, good portions and tasty and was clean and tidy, I will call again

The food was undercooked not happy

The chicken was really dry so I barley ate it as it felt like my throat was being scratched but the chips were great. Normally the food here is amazing so I will keep coming back I just home this was a one off.

Best chicken & chips in Peterborough. Shame about the location, so difficult to park outside. Service is sub standard for Lincoln road - and you have to pay cash which is annoying. But food wise you can't go wrong
