Food was a bit cold and the popcorn chicken was quite over cooked but overall not bad

Food was spot on and their chilli sauce is perfect. Price a little on the high side but will definitely order again as it’s worth it

I ordered most of this food for my children and I got sent all the breasts they had in store! I’m not happy!

This is is simply the best fast food takeaway in my life. It is better then McDonalds , KFC. Wendy's and other famous takeaways . It has juicy chicken and fresh an tasteful chips 🍟 😋 👌 😍 🙌 😀 🍟 . Only if they opened it in Palestine but these other Israeli takeaways are supporting the destruction of 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 Palestine .

Disappointing service. Guy on the counter was more interested in his phone than the customers. Whoever you have working on the front of house on Saturday afternoon, get rid of him - he’s not doing your business any favours!

I got the notification saying the driver was close and I checked the tracker and he was down the next street sitting there stationary for 10 minutes. I had to walk to get it and he was just sat there. And when I was walking back he said he was close and went what’s the issue? I can accept late delivery but literally sitting still in the next street along not moving and having to go pick it up myself wasn’t what I call a ‘good delivery service’.

Everything is fine. I can see there is order code. Very good idea because I was lost some orders but no driver asks for the code. You should force drivers to ask code

Instead of delivering the wrap they gave us popcorn chicken. We ordered the wrap again and they gave us extra box of chicken because of the mistake. Very nice, thank you! :)

Even 1 star is too much I ordered 2 strips and chips they were old and chewy like a gum those workers don’t wash their hands and always being mean to me

It was okay, staff is a bit weird. Bought 3 strips and chips and 2 strips and chips, but both meals was 2 strips and chips so i got scammed on 1.5£ Need some hygiene too. Itches the balls and touches the food, its not nice.

The chicken strips smell and taste like fish Whenever we order chips + chicken strips there are always bits of lettuce on the food. even though we did not order any type od salad. Quite disappointing.

please ask just eat drivers to park on the driveway of the delivery address/ by side of road . This driver parked bike in neighbour's driveway blocking -this is causing issues - ideally should not be parking in other peoples driveways.

The driver could not navigate the map properly so there for could not find my house. Which has never been a problem ever before. He called me to say he was lost. I asked why are you not using a map. He walked around with my order in his hand whilst on phone to me. And niether he could understand my English language and i couldnt make sense of his broken English. My son eventually found him. My food was stone called had reheat most of it but all the chips went to the bin. 😒

Very good chicken. Take away as eating in not pleasant.

I went solo visit ordered my meal to be told, it's cash only I only had about 3/4 of price 😭 just said next time. To which I think is fantastic way deal with it, the food was great, good portions and tasty and was clean and tidy, I will call again

The food was undercooked not happy

The chicken was really dry so I barley ate it as it felt like my throat was being scratched but the chips were great. Normally the food here is amazing so I will keep coming back I just home this was a one off.

Best chicken & chips in Peterborough. Shame about the location, so difficult to park outside. Service is sub standard for Lincoln road - and you have to pay cash which is annoying. But food wise you can't go wrong

Ordered a lot recently as been busy, food has been quality every time, doesn't disappoint.

The chicken was dead. Dry cold stale and taste like it had been sat there for ages. Chewy and disgusting I ended up having 2 wings and binned the rest

I have received totally different order! I paid 16£ and bought food from chicken palace not big mouth! My order was 16worth and I received 7.49 worth of chicken wings from big mouth!!!!!

I always order from here it’s the best in town. But, this is just feedback on how important it is to be consistent. This order was cold and it was obvious the chips were reheated as they were like hard and and dry and not warm at all. The driver was across the road and it took him a further 5 minutes to get to my door that didn’t help!

Amazing food . Huge quantity of chips I usually go for the mega bucket but the prices have gone up dramatically since the last year I hope they don’t increase it again
