O'Neill's Irish Pub in Aberdeen City

I had the Classic Grill Plate. Steak ordered medium came more well done, Chicken was okay, and pork was okay. I had to chew long so it wasnt perfectly cooked but for that price i didn't find that i have a right to complain. I had worse... Service was nice and of course the beer is always good. 3 TV screens with Sports and bathroom was super clean.

First time in long time I've actually enjoyed my lunch fish finger sandwich so fresh, my husband had guniness pie even he enjoyed it just less peas and more mash. Bbq melt tasted good as well. Drinks were alright need variety coffee/latte. Thank you again

It is not as Irish as it used to be. You used to be able to buy bottles of Irish Sauces and things to take away. Went in today, there were more TV screens than customers, with annoying, too loud Football on for such a small space. I had fish and chips but the fish was quite small, and the chips were actually Fries, which were half raw and not cooked through enough. But what do you expect for a £6.99 lunch? I still ate it though That included a drink. Not busy for an Easter Monday when we arrived at lunchtime. It seems to be more busy for Saint Patrick's Day, as people associate Irish people with drinking. (That's not a bad thing though)... Would love it if they played some nice Irish background music.

Great bar and the staff were excellent

Last night was fun, the drinks were great, the staff was lovely, especially the energetic and friendly bartender Cassie. We had an amazing time, definitely going again!

Great little pub with that old but gold, beer on tap feel. Has a huge screen to watch sport on and the place is really comfy. Well worth the visit.

O’neill’s is truly became my favourite pub, the bartenders are wonderful and are always in a good mood especially Ellen! and the chefs are wonderful their cooking is amazing!

Could be described as "cheap and cheerful" but absolutely great place to eat and drink. Lovely staff and service. Best fish n chips we've eaten for a long time.

In on Thursday, great atmosphere. Bartender Grace was particularly helpful, I would definitely trust her to look after my houseplants.

Recommended by a local so gave it a try. Nice pub with good selection of beers. Bartender Amelia is confident, outgoing and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Will be back for food next time as it looked great - definitely recommend this pub!

Great place to watch a rugby match!

Had a lovely evening on Saturday for the rugby - Grace was excellent even with the business of the pub to take time to recommend a type of gin for me as I am quite specific! Nanchos were very yummy too and such a good vibe!

I love this pub, food is very nice and a good selection. Staff very friendly and helpful, my only problem with this pub is its always cold, mentioned to staff and she agreed obviously she could not do anything about. I know heating is expensive but you need to make your customers feel relaxed and warm.

Excellent time there. It’s tucked up off the main drag but beer as always top quality and the curry was incredibly tasty for a retail outlet. Recommended go try.

Finally got back up to Aberdeen with work and was thrilled to get to go back to my favourite pub up here, O'Neill's Aberdeen! Johnnie the barman served me last time and was once again working hard behind the bar. Even better my pint of magners was only £2.50!! I had the 16OZ Rump steak and it was cooked to perfection and came out super quick and was absolutely delicious. With such good prices and such good food will have a bit of a sore head at work tomorrow but definitely worth it for the awesome service by Johnnie and the whole team at O'Neill's Aberdeen!

Went in on a Sunday. Cricket was on tv super loud playing to one person. Only 3 people in there. Wasnt acknowledged by bar person. Didn’t stay.

It was excellent to see a range of sports when last in there, both rugby and football A large number of beers were available to get which was great as well as loads of chargers near the table which were great for charging things such as laptops and phones.

Great wee pub. Rugby was on, great atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Prices - £8.95 for a pint of Peroni and a red wine 🍷 In Perth, that'd be £12 - £14 for those two drinks. My go-to Aberdeen pub when we're coming to Aberdeen

Came in for a drink and stayed for a meal. Good quality burgers and drink was reasonably priced. Had live music on which I was informed happens most Thursday/Friday/Saturday nights. Staff polite and attentive

Not impressed at what I was charged for a half pint and a bag of crisps. Seems to me the chain are intent on keeping their prices quiet. I checked the menu and every item other than beer showed a price. Checked their website and they're not shown there either. Won't be visiting any of their pubs again

Pleasant busy bar we didn't try food so cannot comment on that. Bar staff very efficient and friendly. It is a sports bar so is very noisy.

Solid wee Irish pub just of the high street. Food was decent (but we didn't like the vegetarian cheesecake). Guinness was good though and that's what's it's all about, right?

Had a missing item in my order that was delivered from uber eats would not use uber eats again as there customer service is shocking, luckily I spoke to someone from the restaurant which was very good at customer service and made me change my review, its good to see someone who knows how to run a business I will be going to o'neill's and enjoy there food to my table, I will never use uber eats again in my life.
