i did not recive my order i sent the driver back to the shop to bring my full order i srnt him with the half of my order he did have i did not take it from him he had not returned with anu food and i have not recived my order or refund

We are still waiting for the food but the driver kept hanging up when asking “where are you”? But no reply

Food has not been delivered. Ordered @9, it’s 11 & shop dun close. Refund.

The taste to the mutton is not as tasty at all needs cooking more. I have ordered this a few times from here and this time around is not the best taste.

Delicious red pea soup, just like my grandma used to make 👍🏽 definitely will be ordering again, well done chef 😀

My order was 1 hour and 45 minutes late totally unacceptable.

We got pea soup and chicken soup both had amazing flavours however the amount of bones everytime you try to dip the spoon in was off putting! More bones than actually soup... for this price i would expect a bit better quality

I was at my mother's house and ordered food for the family at 7pm. 9pm passed and the order was still not received. family members left as there were small children by the time the order was reviewed at 9.35pm. I would appreciate if a refund is issued as this is not an acceptable delivery time.

Food lacked flavour completely , just pack up with spice and that is NOT how Jamaican food should be.

2nd Time In a Row Plantain wasn't freshly cooked, the pieces were stuck together and soggy.

from ordering at 4:48pm to when the driver called to say he had parked up at 6:42 it was one hour and 56 minutes in total. this restaurant has always been like this.

Great customer service. They ran out of one of my side items - instead of cancelling the items they brought 2 alternatives to my home for me to choose from.

Fantastic oxtail and mutton curry traditionally cooked. Rice and beans so good. Cabbage small but good. Will definitely order again.

It took more than 1 hour to deliver 2 dishes and a side. The curry goat portion is mostly bones so even if the portion is big, you are paying for bones essentially. The taste is good but it takes ages to deliver and overall its zero value for money!

The food was delicious and I had a variety of dishes. I was a little disappointed with the size of the patty but the saltfish fritters more than made up for it. The lateness was due to the distance away from the shop that I live nothing more. The delivery driver was polite and delivered with courtesy. There was enough food that I could break it down into two meals

Really bad delivery time I ordered my for at 14:10 I am have still not received my prefer and it’s is 16:41

Over an hour late, restaurant didnt answer any calls and missing the curry goat and festival.

came very very cold and 2 hours late and would like to be compensated about this as this is my very first time ordering from this food place

the oxtail amazing as usual when I order but the boneless chicken stew was dry and I can see it was rushed when cooking but other than that it's sound and will always be a regular costumer with one stop. next time will just order the Normal brown stew chicken it's better than the boneless

received call to say part of my order was not available- chicken soup at £4.40. offered alternatives but asked for a refund. was told would have to raise a case as a missing item. delivery late but have come to always expect them. food good overall

I’d be lying if I said the food didn’t taste great because it did! Probably the best Caribbean food I’ve had yet! However, the wait time for delivery is very disappointing. All-in-all, I waited 1 hour 50 minutes from placing my order, to receiving it! Needless to say, we devoured the food and felt satiated after eating :)

I, received a call from a lady worker at One Stop Caribbean takeaway restaurant. She accused me of laying, because I, did not received one of the items (drink). This has been has been happening on numerous occasions. Funny enough, the delivery driver admitted he left it at his rear box (Food carrier). She was a very, very, very rude human being. I, have been a loyal customer to one Stop caribbean shop for more than 29 years. Never again.

My Mum is a Diabetic and we ordered food from One Stop at 6.12pm and it didn't arrive until 8.15pm. There was no explaination why the delivery was late and my mum was forced to make other food to prevent her blood levels dropping.

2 hours is a long time. They said there was no door number. When i called the femake who answered was rude and gave another story. The food was cold. Will not be ordering again. No excuse when theyve delivered b4.

I ordered my at 6.35pm its now 7.52pm and the order is not here.

Delivery was great however the food was not! The vegetable curry was bland and was more a potato curry than veg! The rum cake was stale with white bits and dry….looks like it was a leftover piece from 19 longtime….this has never happened before and hope it doesn’t again!

I order from here a lot because the food is always lovely but this time I was unwell and asked for them to make my soup extra spicy and they went above and beyond they are an awesome restaurant and they all deserve wonderful things to happen in their lives also the chicken roti is out of this world

The fried chicken was rock hard definitely not from today the mutton had more bone than meat and waited almost 2 hours for it! I ordered the other day and it was the exact same but I thought this may be because it was around 9 pm so could have been the last batch but even when you order from early I still don’t get fresh food! Very disappointing as one stop has always been my go to for Caribbean food but I won’t be eating from here again!

The salt fish is absolutely disgusting. Wirey, tastless - I’m not sire its because I had been offered a token by just eat because i have purchased from here before but it is really taking the mick. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!

Just after 30 mins late, food was good however waiting time was unacceptable. Phone lines were cut off so I couldn’t speak to anyone regarding my order and request for money back was denied. Not the best customer service in my opinion

Food has gone down hill massively. Ordered a medium oxtail and was full off bone. Other food was missing. It was cold and just awful no flavor at all. Won’t be ordering again. Just eat also refused refund. Money down the drain

Not a Criticism of shop and food quality but Just Eat delivery, yet again. I ordered soup that was clearly laying on it's side in transit, where almost a quarter of the soup leaked out into the bag soaking other items of food contained wrapped within

food took over 2 hours to get to us. no apology from delivery driver. food was cold. curry just had overpowering pepper taste. called to ask about delivery lady told me was because of rain then put me on hold for over 10 minutes. restaurant is 14 minutes from my house don't understand why it took over 2 hours - I have ordered a few times from here and honestly I'm disappointed in quality and service. not using again I would not recommend this place

Incredibley rude. I received a wrong order. I was also overcharged, I was offered £2 off my next order. Just eat had to get me a refund. Portions very small. I was asked , who referred me ? As I had no one , the phone was put down.

The chicken had more bone on it than the meet, I didn’t eat to enjoy it as too much bones in it, the rice and peas was dry and hardly any flavour.

Food was Fresh, Hot, Clean and tasty. Delivery was very, very fast and food was well wrapped. Well Done One Stop Reaurant. 5 Stars.

The restaurant was rude when asked where my food was? The person who delivered my food eas was also rude . And to top it all the food was a small amount for the money I spent
