Made the mistake of ordering despite bad reviews. Food hasn’t arrived in two hours.

I didn't receive all of my order I did not receive the festival that I ordered that is my only disappointment.

The fried chicken was rock hard definitely not from today the mutton had more bone than meat and waited almost 2 hours for it! I ordered the other day and it was the exact same but I thought this may be because it was around 9 pm so could have been the last batch but even when you order from early I still don’t get fresh food! Very disappointing as one stop has always been my go to for Caribbean food but I won’t be eating from here again!

Still awaiting for the food as some of the items were not ready.

Just after 30 mins late, food was good however waiting time was unacceptable. Phone lines were cut off so I couldn’t speak to anyone regarding my order and request for money back was denied. Not the best customer service in my opinion

Food has gone down hill massively. Ordered a medium oxtail and was full off bone. Other food was missing. It was cold and just awful no flavor at all. Won’t be ordering again. Just eat also refused refund. Money down the drain

Not a Criticism of shop and food quality but Just Eat delivery, yet again. I ordered soup that was clearly laying on it's side in transit, where almost a quarter of the soup leaked out into the bag soaking other items of food contained wrapped within

food took over 2 hours to get to us. no apology from delivery driver. food was cold. curry just had overpowering pepper taste. called to ask about delivery lady told me was because of rain then put me on hold for over 10 minutes. restaurant is 14 minutes from my house don't understand why it took over 2 hours - I have ordered a few times from here and honestly I'm disappointed in quality and service. not using again I would not recommend this place

Only caribbean food spot in which the quality never goes down, dont go anywhere else.

Incredibley rude. I received a wrong order. I was also overcharged, I was offered £2 off my next order. Just eat had to get me a refund. Portions very small. I was asked , who referred me ? As I had no one , the phone was put down.

The chicken had more bone on it than the meet, I didn’t eat to enjoy it as too much bones in it, the rice and peas was dry and hardly any flavour.

Food was Fresh, Hot, Clean and tasty. Delivery was very, very fast and food was well wrapped. Well Done One Stop Reaurant. 5 Stars.

The restaurant was rude when asked where my food was? The person who delivered my food eas was also rude . And to top it all the food was a small amount for the money I spent

Every time I've ordered from One Stop, I am never ever disappointed. Every item ordered is always on point. If there is ever a time when a item is forgotten(although this rarely happens) You can always call them through Just Eats and it will be rectified promptly.

normally a delight to receive my order but had a bad experience this time. To much oil, over the top with salt and oxtail bland. was unedible and feels like I've wasted my money which is ashame because most of the time its really nice.

Never had one item I asked for them sent me chicken when I’m a pescatarian. After speaking with them they said I would be refunded but guess what, Of course I wasn’t. Still waiting for my refund and for just eat to reply to my emails. Very unfortunate

Ordered for collection as twice items have been missing when it’s been delivered. Woman started shouting at my husband in the middle of the shop for double checking everything was there before he left, we live 30 mins away and wouldn’t be returning for any missing items. Anyway, curry chicken is DRY and mac n cheese was not worth £8 at all. Today was the last time I’ll spend my money at one stop!!

First time ordering from here and were very pleased. Generous portions of tasty food that felt more like a home cooked meal than a takeaway, will definitely order from them again.

First driver couldn't find the address, I've cancel it with her, 2 hours later getting another call from restaurant, no one would wait 3 hours for their food. Waiting for the refund

I ordered the food over 2.5hours ago. The restaurant has lied to me twice telling me that the food is on its way and that was over 1.5hours ago. The restaurant is only 2miles from me. They have been rude to me on the phone when I have asked if the food is honestly coming, and the app now says food has been delivered. Very unprofessional and rude when asked for honest opinion.

Nothing delivered. No text back message and no response when restaurant called. Totally unacceptable

food was meant to be delivered by 6.30pm, it is now 8.01pm and still not received I called the restaurant only to be told its on the way. if not received by 8.30pm I will be cancelling.

I ordered at 10.55am. my food arrived at 1.55pm. absolutely shocking service. 3hrs!!! I called the restaurant three times. got left on hold for twenty five minutes. called from another line at the same time and they hung up after 13minutes. tried a third time only to be told there is traffic! food arrived cold. won't be ordering from here again.

The food is so delicious, had a Salt Fish Dumpling for the 1st time, shared with my friend. I know the main food is just as tasty as we have both had it before same with the drinks.

Delivery time was changed twice… ordered at 21:30 and it didn’t come until 23:00 I’ll never order from them again.

Portion is tiny even though it says medium size. Food is too greasy. Not much flavour.

Would rather be told the delivery cannot be made than the time changing and being told it's out for delivery and still having to wait another 90 minutes before delivery was made. Excuse was that they were basy because of Just Eat promotion. Promotion or not, how can you think this is good customer service? Person ordered food for, is diabetic & this sent them in to a hypo. Absolute WORST service ever. ordered at 3.30pm, arrived an 1hr 40mins later. called restaurant several times to get update on delivery. 1st time lady said should arrive 20mins. harlesdon 2 kilburn. they were already late but I said okay. 35mins later called again, they said he should be pulling up in next couple of mins. 10mins later I asked her to actually call driver toget accurate time. she said another 15mins. she wasn't even sorry. manager said either wait or cancel order. Rude unprofesiona

Please, please, please listen to the reviews. When that many people say how bad it is then it has to be the truth. I decided to ignore the reviews and give them a chance and it was easily the worst food I’ve had in my life. Very cold, very late, very oily. The curry chicken was more bone than chicken. Please think twice because I couldn’t eat the food, I had to order from somewhere else.

Not good while order was wrong I order oxtail got curry goat, order fry chicken got strew chicken.

The food was late! I ordered the food at 9pm and the food came at 10:40 I called 2 times asking when I will receive my food the first said 15mins second call said 5mins which was not the case. The woman on the phone was professional on the call, the food was lukewarm. Really disappointed

1hr 45 mins late. would be happy with credit back to spend on here or refund.

I vomited after eating, Festival with cabbage and saltfish. I also vomited after eating Red pea soup.

Amazing how OSC always manage to read and respond! When we pass the shop often so many pickups happening at same time, yet our requests always fulfilled. Often businesses of colour assumed less CS-centric. No restaurant more conscious of customer than OSC. Thank You!

3 hours to deliver food that's just 30 minutes drive away .

I hate leaving negative reviews, I usually just not spend my money with that company anymore but today I have to. I am usually patient with one stop because they are usually about 30 minutes late on EVERY order, but today, the food was long over an hour late! I ordered at 3:45 but still waiting for my food at 6pm! I really don't think I'll be ordering from here again because I'm tired of it and the worst part, the fried chicken was so soggy from sitting around the countertop waiting for a driver, the staff wasn't helpful because they don't provide any real information about your order just that it will be another 10 minutes and after 5 calls and a just eat message later and still waiting for the last 10 minutes to pass! When you have to wait so long you would expect that the food would at least be a quality that doesn't require stripping off white pieces of the batter just to make it a little appealing and IT DID NOT WORK!

The Large containers are not the usual sizes, they were much smaller than what I have order previously.
