We visited St Abbs today and we pop in to this cute cafe to have small bites. I ordered small breakfast, Tuna mayo toastie for my daughter and Breakfast rolls for my husband. The food are delicious, coffee is lush, the service is amazing! Next time I'll try the cakes as we only had short time to explore this beautiful village xx the girl who works there is so friendly too, we feel so welcome as tourists ❤️ highly recommend this cafe when you visit St Abbs 👍🏻

Stopped here one afternoon after a long country walk. Very glad we did. Food and drinks were reasonably priced. Home cooked cakes looked lovely but we had a sandwich which was well filled and very tasty. Premises very clean as were the toilets to the rear. Young staff were efficient and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

After a walk upto the lighthouse and back, we came across the Old School Cafe, it was perfect for lunch and we sat outside with our dog even though dogs are also welcome indoors. The staff were very friendly and the food was great too. The picnic seats were a little damp however the staff came out and provided plastic bags to sit on. Definitely will return to try the home baking on our next visit. Thank you.

We were recommended to try the cafe, the coffee was weak, tasteless but hot. We asked for a stronger one but it came back the same but scolding hot. The scone came with the jam and cream already on, we prefer it separate, so we can put as much or as little on the scone. Overall not a good visit. When I went to pay I was asked how was it,I replied the coffee wasn't very good the young girl just took my money and nothing more was said. Why ask then do nothing about it.

Nice setting and good coffee was rather let down by hard scones and partially toasted panini. The carrot cake and ice cream were good. Plenty of seating outside and a nice lawn.

We paid £29.00 for a family of 4 very basic meals I just thought it was a little pricey for the quality of food. £9 for fish & Chips wasn't worth the money at all.The fish was meant to be a full one and there is no way it was,and the chips were from a frozen bag.The staff were really friendly and the grounds were clean. Also there standards for socialWas a Good standard.

Surprisingly, visitors to St Abb’s/New Asgard seem less willing to walk up hill/steps, meaning this was far less crowded than the cafe in the harbour. Their lossVery friendly staff, great quality standard Scottish fare. Excellent macaroni cheese with bacon. Excellent scampi. Delicious cakes (Eyemouth tart!!!)We’ll be back

We decided to try this cafe for lunch while out for a family walk along the coastal path between Coldhingham Bay and St Abbs. It was a chilly afternoon and it was nice to get out of the wind and drizzle. The cafe was busy when we arrived late afternoon. The cafe was warm and cosy and the food tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful too. We got talking to some of the locals during our visit, which made us feel welcome in the village during our short stay. Worth the visit if you are in the area. Hope to return again soon. Thanks again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the local fare served by local wenches on a market day. Great range of meals available - there was a short hiatus with the electrics going off. Just a nice atmosphere..

We visited St Abbs on a day-trip having walked along the coastal path from Eyemouth and were looking to have a sit down and some light lunch. The old school cafe, situated high up towards the top of the village is a lovely little place which serves a variety of hot and cold food and drinks suitable for lunchtime (in our case) and also has tempting home made cakes, and other bakery products.

The change of management has only improved what was already a good place to eat. They truly can cook! There is a Pensioner's special through the week but we arrived on a Saturday. The scampi was locally caught and covered with Panko breadcrumbs. My husband has never had such fresh scampi - ever. He loves the fish here too. I opted for a two eggs and bacon light lunch and it was really good.

Three Hills Coffee is a cozy and comfortable gem that’s perfect for anyone who appreciates a relaxed atmosphere and top-notch coffee. The food we had was absolutely delicious, and the staff were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. It really shows in the quality of the coffee, which is expertly made by trained baristas. One of the highlights for us was learning that the coffee is roasted by the owners themselves. You can really taste the care and craftsmanship in every cup. We were so impressed, we made sure to grab a bag of their beans to take home. If you’re into artisan coffee shops, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!
