Got my order wrong, took quite a while to rectify, while my friend had finished before I got my correct meal, I won't be in a rush to go back, signs at order points to alert about allergies which I did, and made changes to my meal to avoid them, which were completely ignored and my meal arrived with food I'm allergic to on the plate

Lovely pub, staff are very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the veggie suet style mushroom and ale pie! Oh my word, out of this world.

The service was very fast, food was perfect. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We visit most weekends never had a bad experience. I think the self service tea and coffee machines are a lovely addition to the pub.

On the 10th February after fish and chips my husband going to our car fell in the road about 2pm. I went back in and a young male waiter come out immediately. My husband had cut his hands. Once the waiter got him to his feet and got him sat down the waiter went and got plasters and kitchen roll. The manageress came out as well. Unfortunately I did not take their names. The concern they showed and help was much appreciated. Can't praise them enough. Unfortunately I did not get their names. Both are a credit to you. My husband is 84. He was badly bruised but is making a slow recovery

New on the menu sloppy Joe very poor little more than a child’s portion but dare to complain apparently it’s not about the portion size but the experience and arrives in portion size packaging seems unfeasible as wouldn’t be cost effective surely so get someone sent to talk to us totally disrespectful about customer experience just shocked by their inadequate abilities to deal with situation Shame as usually good

They can't seem to function when it is moderately busy. Our meals came out at different times, by the time mine came out my children had finished theirs!

Visited the Old Farmhouse Mon 17/02/2025 the food as always good, cheap and cheerful, good offers daily the atmosphere was warm and welcoming as for the service Arielle was second to none. Our group had a fab evening thanks

I have come here again this week the service was amazing as always I got seen and spoken to nicely by the staff I had hunters chicken and the chicken was fantastic and I thanked the chef Kevin thanks again i will be back as always.

Came in with family for tea and wasn't disappointed food and service was great and price was very good. Saw poster for entertainment while we was there so i booked in for Pink, entertainment nights here are always a great night.

Came for BOGOF burger Friday and what a great offer definitely recommend. They tasted fab we have worked our way through the burger section each week and have to say the quadzilla is a firm favourite of the hubby.

This place gave me food poisoning! And I've never had food poisoning before in my whole 30 years. On top of that the place is grotty, our table wasn't cleaned properly and it was sticky and the servers never cleaned out table until we left, we have to move our plates to the table next to us so we could eat our pudding.

We are regulars at the kids play area, The new self service for tea and coffee is brilliant and has made are visit more affordable especially when I bring the grand parents as they love a few cups of tea whilst watching the kids play.

Had another great Tuesday afternoon at the farmhouse good food and another great act on the first Tuesday of every month atmosphere always really good family friendly pub with great staff to be recommended.

LOVE this place. The staff are warm and welcoming, food is lovely and service is quick. What more could I ask for? The food is always cooked perfectly. The last time we came, we were served by Danielle who brought our meals out promptly and checked if everything was okay. She was very friendly with my children too which makes all the difference, offering them colouring whilst they waited. 100% recommend. Lovely, friendly environment.

My husband and I are regulars at the farmhouse. 2 sometimes 3 times a wk.we usually have the lovely Wendy serve us.we are very happy with the service, food and whole experience..well done..

We came with our Grandchildren for them to let off a bit of steam as they had been to visit their great granny for her birthday but she is really poorly, so we booked it so they got to have a bit of fun and great granny got to have a nap. The grandchildren and the adults all had a lot of fun running around and making special family memories together. A member of your staff was great with the booking as it was for 15 and he emailed me straight back to say he had booked it in. Thank you

I wanted somewhere for my 2y old to run around and play but at the same time I wanted somewhere that does nice breakfast. As always the food was great and my little one enjoyed playing in wacky warehouse so got the best of both worlds

Another nice meal , had the Bangin Raku Curry, rice chicken, chips & sauce, really nice, share it with husband ad too much for one. I just wish they would bring back the pensioners specials as most of the main meals are too big for us and just hate the food waste 😐 excellent staff, always very helpful and friendly.

Ate here as party of seven on Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Such welcoming staff, served promptly on both occasions, all meals looked appetising and were enjoyed.

When coming to farmhouse we was stood at the bar for about 10 mins there was 2 people on the bar and no one else stood there but us we were ignored for 10 Mins while they was chatting amongst themselves instead of paying attention to paying customers , The food was absolutely disgusting was cold and when complained it was just reheated as the sauce was then dry and sunken into the food , not great food and not good customer service

Called new years eve before football place was full but still got great service and good food at a reasonable speed considering every table was full. Will be calling again.

Me and my partner shared the cluck n cheese sharer to start and I had the gravy one and it was absolutely lovely. They had the crispy chicken sandwich. Will definitely be returning

We went for Christmas lunch this was our second time and we really enjoyed our food

Visited today and food was definitely sub standard to normal, burgers overcooked and chips lukewarm to cool. Lamb Kofte ok and children's burger ok. Not one of our better visits

The wacky warehouse is like my little girls church, she is non verbal autistic but every time we get there her face lights up and the staff are amazing with her

Had our first family Christmas dinner here on Friday 29th Nov. We all had different orders (sorry guys)so had a lot off the festive menu. Absolutely delicious no complaints at all cooked beautifully, hot and very tasty. Served as we wanted it and by happy staff. Our table had been dressed christmasy (unexpected)and crackers provided. Made our experience perfect. We had the added bonus of it being fizzy Friday so enjoyed a couple of bottles of fizz too. Thank you to everybody at the Old Farmhouse for making our visit spectacular and we will definitely be back soon 🥂🥂🎄🎄

Very quick services but food never quite upto scratch. The steak was chewy and chips very dry. Chicken new yorker was dry like it had been under heat lamps for ages.

Very nice meal, staff very friendly, and near M180 east and west, also to you truckers there's limited parking Spot's for artic,s with Macky Ds and shopping centre over the road , so if you're like me a artic driver who is ignored by every council and high ways departments then you can park up, but not 🚫 for a 9 or 11.

Very very busy Sunday lunch time. We were told 20 min wait for food. Bang on 20 mins our 3 different meals were served at the same time. The food was delicious & hot. The servers were very pleasant

Food took 1.30 hours and was not fit to eat .There were 3 of us, and we ordered 3 Sunday dinners, and it was Sunday, so you think it would ok. The roast beef had been in a microwave it was steaming on the plate. The green beans looked like they had gone off very dark in colour , gravy was like past.we did get our money back, and that's the only good thing about the meals

Came at lunch as we have before. This time not impressed. Ordered off main menu not the cheap £6 deals. We ordered mini mixed grill and smothered steak medium. Steak was not medium, the mixed grill was very overcooked, gammon was not juicy as normal chicken breast had a overcooked skin on outside, same with sausages. Overall our Impression was not good and will mean that our next lunch may well be elsewhere. Glass washer not cleaning glasses well took mine back for an exchange as some form of residue from washer on inside of glass the replacement was not much better. On this day did not live up to our previous visits

One of the friendliest pubs around, foods always great and staff beyond friendly always up for a laugh and a joke. Would recommend!!

Lovely family pub, we go quite often with our family, my grandchildren love the play area and the staff in there are great and always have a smile on their faces. We eat here alot, food is always fantastic with good portion sizes, overall it's a good pub with a good atmosphere. Their entertainment nights are also fun

Popped in last minute for a family celebration and were not disappointed. We were seated very quickly in a lovely corner near the fireplace. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We all had 2 courses, with no complaints. Everything was served quickly by friendly amd happy colleagues. Will be back soon!

Called here for the first time. I went to order the food. Fish and chips for the wife but was informed that there was no fish. I ordered gammon and was informed there was no gammon. Little disappointed although I must say the staff were very nice.

We sat outside because it isn't dog friendly. Unfortunately even though it's part of the "Green King" franchise there's no real ale and although there're a multitude of lager brands there is only one beer! The food is good with plenty of variety and a special offer for every day of the week. Wheelchair accessible and toilets are available. There's a decent carpark and it's a good idea to avoid match days as it's the nearest pub to the local football ground!

Surprisingly good food and very quickly served. The Katsu curry sauce is really tasty. Lots of parking and not too noisy outside.

Had 2 burgers for the price of one. It's a deal they do on Fridays. Never been before so was well impressed as the burgers were homemade. Was busy but staff made sure we had everything we needed. Good family pub

Visited for breakfast in a Sunday, coffee served quickly and a little wait for breakfast - we had the 'Super special breakfast'. All good, super hot except for the sausage. Soon removed and replaced with fresh by Natasha, no drama and happy to sort it for us. Visit quite often and always good food and excellent service from all. Worth a visit.

9th 8 24 .got there around 16 05 had ordered food for 16.13 . Wife order Carling mushroom starter . It came to table in good time . We noticed it had a human hair in it wife said don't say anything so I didn't. She then had to remind them twice we hadn't received meals by means of waiter doing rounds and then to ryan at the counter. Got meals at 17.15 . Disappointed after being a ex member of greene King. Bought 2 family friends it was embarrassing.
