Oishii Ramen & Bubble Tea in Eastleigh

i love this place, its food is always properly made and absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and very often give out free fortune cookies while your eating. This restaurant in my favourite place in Eastleigh. The bubble tea there is really yummy too :)

We absolutely loved the food and the customer service. The ramen was fresh and quite filling and the options decent. The venue does not have a feeling of a cosy restaurant though but more of a takeaway bar, so it is perfect for a quick lunch but maybe less so for a sit in dinner.

My first time at Oshi and was very pleased to see some vegan options, I went with the tofu spicy udon noodles, absolutely a great choice as it was incredible, the tofu crispy and chewy, soaked in a ton of flavor. My daughter had a beef teriyaki noodle dish which she loved the sauce, she didn’t like the egg as it wasn’t cooked enough for her but she asked if we could eat there again before we left, so that meant she liked it a lot. The chef and server were both very nice and friendly, The place itself wasn’t particularly comfy, seating not great, but the food made it a very enjoyable experience

Really good ramen, great service, an excellent addition to the town. Also had the bubble tea which was tasty and well priced.

Honestly the miso ramen i had was delicious, the ladies there were so lovely and couldn't of asked for better service. The vibe there is cosy and would highly recommend. 10/10

Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Decided to drop into Eastleigh as Southampton airport food and selection is dreadful. This didn't disappoint, lovely food, I had the miso ramen and the terrikayi noodles both amazing and big portions. The bubble tea was fantastic. Add in great service from really nice people, I'll definitely be back next Wednesday when I'm back on business!

We swung by Oishii Ramen & Bubble Tea recently and it was a bit of a rollercoaster in terms of flavors. The real hero of the meal was definitely the miso ramen broth—packed with this amazing burst of flavors that made every spoonful a delight. As for the toppings, let's start with the good stuff. The teriyaki beef was a total hit—juicy and full of flavor, a real treat. The bak choi, spring onions, and beansprouts also added a nice crunch and freshness to the mix. On the flip side, the tofu was a letdown. I was expecting these nice, firm tofu cubes, but instead, it felt like biting into a soaked, chewy sponge. And the mushroom? Tough, rubbery, and tasteless. Slicing it up would have made a world of difference, making it easier to eat and letting the flavor blend in better with the dish. The eggs were a miss—undercooked whites are a definite no-go for me, as being an autistic person, it sets of my texture sensitivites. It's also just not the right way for them to be done. Ideally, the egg whites should be fully cooked while the egg yolk remains runny and creamy. On a side note, we decided to skip the bubble tea this time around. We'd tried it before, and it left a lot to be desired—lacking flavor, overly sweet, and seriously lacking in bubbles. Here's hoping they give it a boost in the future! In a nutshell, Oishii Ramen & Bubble Tea has some potential. The miso ramen and that yummy teriyaki beef really stole the show. But they've got to pay attention to the details—like slicing those mushrooms and getting the eggs just right. Looking forward to seeing how they'll step up their game!
