Ohannes Burger Mansfield in Mansfield

Had to repeat this order twice due to the first one never arriving. The second time it took over an hour and half to arrive and was cold and soggy and basically inedible and was thrown away. Yet again Just eat failed.

order never Arrived. delivery time changing every 10 minutes. happened second time in 3 days period. absolutely ridiculous. never again

Food is always amazing , foodnever arrived even though there is now a delivery code is still never turned up, don’t understand how this can always happen with just eat

There was a burger missing from our order. I called the store and was told they had sent the order out in full and it wasn’t their fault. They blamed the delivery driver saying perhaps he got hungry. They went on to say this was not their problem.

Never had a bad meal from here before. Ordered tonight and was so so disappointed. Delivery time kept changing, all food arrived absolutely stone cold, wrong drinks were sent, and missing sauce pots that we’d also paid for. Total shambles

Test ok but coming cold ,the mozzarella sticks was cold and oily

First try of this establishment, grabbed a couple of burgers and some chilli cheese bites, was delighted , yum! Will definitely come again.

Food was not delivered. Spoke to restaurant and had nothing to do with them. Email Just Eat and never got a refund.

Absolute scammers took my order for nearly £40 food delivered to wrong address and then the uber driver took the food and left rang up they are saying its down to Uber I will be pursuing this as I want my money back shop worker took no responsibility for this and would not refund my money absolute SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COST

Food never came, driver parked 5 min away from me by the time i got there he marked it as delivered and drove away never tried to ring or contact me

My order never arrived. Can not gwt hold of anyone to get a refund and restaurant do mot want to know.

Ordered 1hr 20 minutes before work with a 20 minute wait online. Had to cancel after over an hour when the food still hadn’t been prepared. Now I have to go to work without eating and no update from the restaurant. Terrible service, wouldn’t recommend.

The food was great just my burgers was cold.

Normally top notch but tonight cold and late. They have also switched from great onion rings to Iceland frozen ones. Won't use again

lovely. love the pretzel buns. they did write the name of the burger on the wrong boxes and my kn*b of a bf didn't notice, and he ate half of mine by the point I opened the other to start.. so annoying

food was lovely... just expected more of it? we ordered before and got a heap of fries in the box, it was full. this time got a few on the side... definitely MUCH less than last time. was about 3 mouthfuls. not as happy but food was still nice and hot and came early

We ordered what was described as a chargrilled chicken fillet and what came was a greasy breaded burger. The order was cold, the other burger which was a beef burger had all slid apart and then as the cheese had cooled it was almost impossible to get back together as it was cold and greasy and the lettuce was slimy and the bread bun soaked in grease. The side of halloumi fries were in a paper bag that was full of grease

great food. large portion of fries and well seasoned.

Usually good food from here, do sometimes mess up hence 4 stars.

Have previously ordered from here and enjoyed the food. This time the food had clearly been re-heated and was hard. Did not taste fresh.

Absolutely disgusted, the whole meal looked reheated from two days ago. Chips dry and stale, lettuce actually turned into sludge and soggy tomatoe on burger. Had from here before a few times and it was amazing. This went straight in the bin.must be under different management as not even close to what I had before, extremely disappointed and wont be back

30mins passed delivery time, rang & a man answered sayin 'were very busy call back later' & put the fone down! so rude! I rang again & another man answered, I asked where our food was he said '..it left 5mins ago' then 30mins later it arrived stone cold!! I appreciate u get busy but that customer service was disgustin!!!

Ordered food on a Sunday evening.. at 8:45 food came at 10:45!!! Wow! Shocking

So unhappy, first it was late, kept getting pushed further and further back, to having is delivered, me asking why it's so late, to be told they've had to drive to Sutton, while my food has been in the back, getting stone cold, sound! Won't be ordering here again.

Ohannes Burger is a restaurant known for its high quality and delicious meals. I highly recommend it 👌

the burgers and chips were cold

Food was awful. The bun was soggy and stale while the meat was dry and flavourless. Chips are covered in some red dust yet they have no flavour at all. Mozzarella sticks were burned to crisp same as onion rings it looked sad. Aioli sauce they give you with your chips was so oily it made me feel sick. The free cake we received tasted off. Overall terrible experience go get yourself hungrilla instead. oh and the food was 15 min late barely warm.

Best quality yet but always been great. Can’t recommend enough.

ordered at Swiss burger, which is supposed to have mushrooms and only had 1 small slice of mushroom which you could hardly see and both burgers and chips was cold. so was very disappointed with food.

Best burger I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh. Burger, steak, pulled beef all with flavour and adding the beef tomato made it juicy. The fries have a special flavour and plenty of them. Spent over £15 and got a slice of yummy chocolate cake to finish it off.

First time I ordered I got a chicken burger and asked for Jack cheese and got normal, tonight I didn't get any cheese at all. I literally don't like burgers without cheese on so this is most of my meal ruined

Got the order wrong, I ordered a chicken burger, and a halloumi burger with an extra chicken patty, they sent me a chicken burger with extra chicken, and halloumi without the extra so had to take the burgers apart to make the meal RIGHT. The chips in the chicken burger meal was half missing compared to the halloumi, and the buns was burnt. Really bad meal, I normally don’t have a single issue but tonight really bad

First time trying and wasn't disappointed. Lovely fresh food with generous portion sizes & very fast delivery! I was a bit worried with how pricey the menu is, but you can tell they use fresh high quality ingredients, you get your moneys worth :) will definitely order again and see if they can live up to the first time! Will review again with verdict.

Burger and fries were amazing, arrived hot and fresh, was delicious. The Biscoff milkshake didn’t have much flavour to it and was quite watery definitely wasn’t worth the prise tag.

Used to order from here, and it was gorgeous. Then, the hygiene rating dropped a fair few points, and the quality wasn't what we come to expect. But it's gone back to 5, and it's gorgeous again. Will definitely order again.
