Service was excellent. The Camembert sharer was beautifully presented, tasty and plenty for 3 to share. A little let down with the steak on the mixed grill as it was a little bit on the fatty side. But putting that aside all the other meals were excellent.

Nice public house.kind Staff and very welcoming Food was good. Quick service , friendly staff. Prices good are not too expensive, suit every pocket. Service good. Would take a party there again. Thank you.

Nice atmosphere, friendly helpful staff. Lovely fish, chunky chips were delicious. Sirloin steak was tasty but lot of gristle! Desserts too sweet for a diabetic customer! If cheese & biscuits was on the dessert menu I would visit more often.

Lovely return to my local pub from 20 years ago. Well maintained, clean and good choice of drinks. Outdoor seating area is nice, and staff were all super friendly.

Had a really nice meal, great food and great service from Ross who was very friendly and helpful. They also had some great vegtarian options!

The Oddfellows always used to be one of our favourite places to dine out, however Friday night was probably our last. The menu has been scaled right back and even then, 2 items were not available so the choice was extremely limited. Then we come to the portion sizes, £20.99 for a mixed grill which consisted of small piece of Gammon, Small steak, Pork steak, 2 toms, and an egg, with 9, yes 9 chips placed in a ramekin. My daughter had a chicken burger with was £17.99 - this looked more like something off the pound saver menu at Maccies. Personally im done with this place, £120 for a family of 4 and i was still hungry when i left. I understand pubs these days have to scale back their offerings, but to charge what they do for what they offer, this place no longer offers value.

Great restaurant and Ross our server was amazing

The service was excellent from the time we walked in until we left. Brought our little dog a bowl of iced water and a dog chew. Really lovely. Food was good but would have liked a little more. But was delicious . Definitely going back again XX

Been a multitude of times and have to say the staff go above and beyond. Been served by Ross and he has been very attentive and even got crayons for the kids. Really makes the night.

Food took way too long to arrive and steak was over cooked. To be fair,it's the first time the food was under par as it's usually a sure bet. I'm willing accept this may be a one off....I'll be back but I may not order a steak!!!

I love it here and always have, but on this occasion they were clearly short staffed, luckily my mates who it was there first time there, loved the pub, atmosphere and food but the service was lacking and I felt sorry for the staff who were run off their feet and doing the best they could. If it had been my first time there it wouldn't be my first choice again, so I'm hoping this was just some one calling in sick as it would be a shame if such a good venue for eating and socialising can't afford to staff it correctly. The food came out fast and was good quality, ngci menu is good and my dog joined us as allowed in the bar area which is like an extended restaurant area anyway, but plates left on tables and one person taking orders serving and behind the bar isn't fair on them or customers, but at least we got a 30% off voucher off their website. I will go there again but fingers crossed it's better

1st time dining here and all I can say is absolutely amazing all round, food was spot on service is 5* Jamie was our host and he was fantastic from start to finish, he took our food order drinks puddings etc and never failed to help us throughout. Very welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. Staff and service, friendly, perfect and professional. Food was lovely and the restaurant area was spacious, and comfortable with a very relaxed feel.

A decent public house that specialises in meals, nice surroundings / decor. Great service, quick and efficient. Portions are OK but they could likely add a bit more. Price is what you generally expect. The tips need to be cash to the staff and not via the machine.

Came yesterday for Sunday lunch , we was served by a young gentleman called jamie , plesent guy, very friendly , great with recommendations ... definaly a credit to the team, really nice atmosphere , will be coming again, food was great too

First visit to this place today a complete random stop nearby friends house. Ordered the sticky chicken and tenders for starters, and for the mains X2 fish and chips of the day. The chicken was so hot, juicy and very tender and the fish for the mains was lovely and fresh with a lovely light batter, chips had a lovely crispy crunch highly recommended. Service was pleasant, being hyper critical place was a bit on the cool side but again not that bad an issue as we warmed up with the delicious food.

The restaurant was light and airy. The service was excellent, despite it being busy. The food was served hot and the dish was tasty. Portions were just right not too much or too little. I enjoyed it as did my mother. Thank you.

Shared a lovely lunch with my girlfriend, servers were nice and polite and the experience was worth every penny ! Definitely coming back to enjoy what more it has to offer. Special thanks to the server who told us to get the sticky toffee pudding , forgot to catch his name though.

This was our first time coming to this pub and it was a great experience we was welcomed by our host Jamie and nothing was to much for him . The food and drinks was excellent the service was quick and the prices was very affordable. I think personally Jamie made my experience and his very good at his job thank you for a great Friday . Would definitely recommend.

Great Christmas Day dining experience

Lovely, friendly place. We had booked Boxing Day lunch here, and were all very happy with our three courses. We all chose a different starter, Garlic Mushrooms, Salmon and Tomato and Basil soup.....for our mains we had 2 traditional Turkey roasts and one Salmon en croute....and for dessert we all opted for Trio of chocolate. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food. Thank you to all the staff at The Oddfellows.

My wife and I, popped in for a deink with my daughter and son in law as they live local. It is not a cheap place. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The bar staff like the banter. The place is spotlessly clean. Plenty of ales and lagers to choose from. We have booked for Boxing day.

We visit the restaurant regularly as we find it very good value for money, very friendly staff and quick service.

You also kept the kids entertained with coloring sheets, encouraging them to do their best, and promised to display their artwork on the wall. Before we left, you even let the kids choose where to place their pictures. We really appreciate the effort you put into making our visit special!
