Ross was very welcoming, friendly and helpful !!

Excellent service from the friendly meet and greet, to the last drop of wine. Staff were very polite and friendly and were really happy to help. The food was excellent. Paul and his staff are the finest on this area by far Well done to everyone Oh dear how this place has gone down

Average food, overpriced, and nothing special .

Came here last night 22/07/2024 for my Nans birthday family meal. The staff here are fantastic, the food was excellent (especially the Hunters Chicken), nice warm and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely return 👍🏻

The welcome by staff was warm and friendly. Due to the weather, start of the school holidays and the time of day the place was very busy and, understandably, some of the menu items were not available. The waitress was very apologetic, took our order promptly and checked on allergies. The food when it arrived was very good. The cauliflower cheese was a little watery but the rest was great. Service was very good. Will recommend to family and friends

Lovely pub with a nice atmosphere. There were a lot of people having meals but we were here just for a couple of drinks to catch up for some friends and their family, so we managed to squeeze in. The only slight negative was the condition of the smaller toilets near to the toddlers play area, as they were rather fragrant (the others were spotless though)

Went for afternoon lunch food took long to come out. My starter was burnt, meal was dry, however the staff were very pleasent and said there was one chef on.

I enjoyed visiting this pub with a friend. Good service, and a clean environment. I just didn't enjoy my meal as it was burned. I would usually let them know, but it was towards the end of food service, so didn't bother. My friend enjoyed their meal though. It didn't put me off totally, and would come again.

Lovely 6oz steak, chips and tomatoes. Cooked to perfection and very tender meat. Reasonably priced too. Staff are always friendly and polite. The WiFi is excellent too.

Always a cheerful and warm welcome from all the staff, whoever is on! And the beer is always well kept and poured!

Very quiet as football was on but service was excellent. Service was quick but didn't feel rushed. One minor mistake with a meal that was quickly rectified.

Hunters chicken The chicken was burnt and so tough that it was impossible to eat it came with a few chips and green leaves. Not worth the money.

Very friendly and efficient staff, from the waitress staff to the chef and manager. Made our Xmas and family meal very enjoyable and the food was great. Been using this pub for many years but can honestly say the last 12 months as been exceptional on all our visits. Love the atmosphere and staff always have a smile. This is a great pub if you want a lunch or evening meal. Me my family and my friends love using the odd fellows pub.

Excellent pub near Tettenhall in Wolverhampton. Comfortable and clean inside with a large outdoor seating area. Staff are friendly and efficient. Theres separate seated areas for dining or if you're just having drinks, with some nice chilled corner spots that I like to sit in when I visit.

Slow to get table. Long wait for service and even longer waiting for food. Never had this happen before. Staff not very helpful and looked stressed. The restaurant was freezing cold. Toilets dirty. Toilet paper strewn about

Friendly greeting when we entered and shown to our table. Menus given to us and drinks order taken. 2 pints of excellent Banks's bitter and bottle of white wine for the ladies. Food delivered promptly. My last two visits to Oddfellows and Bell at Tong I ordered the superd ha. hocks, so this time I fancied a change. I ordered a beefburgers. That was my only very small let down I would have preferred one 6oz burger not 2 3oz ones as they were over cooked and not much h juice or flavour. However the other 3 people with me were very happy with their food so we had an enjoyable lunch. I always find the staff very polite and efficient.

A large chain pub. Okay if you like that sort of thing. If not the Swan over the road is a real black country pub with cobs and pork pies.

A very expensive Sunday lunch for the quality of food. Meats were sandwich meat quality & roasted veg was undercooked. Server was enthusiastic but couldn’t get drinks order correct. Unfortunately would not recommend or return.

A much better service than 2 years ago . Friendly efficient staff . Food presentation improved and a good meal .

Great place to stop after a long walk on the staffs and worcs railway path. Good beer and grub for under £20 (3 course lunch menu). Free WiFi, comfy chairs, and decent background music.

The service from the staff was exceptional, however the food was cold , yorkshire puddings tasted like cardboard and the parsnips were hard, portion sizes were fine The place was clean and it is a lovely pub nice for a sunny bank holiday weekend as well

Great pub with ample parking, the staff were all very friendly (thanks to Sam and Charlotte in particular). The pub seems to get quite busy but the front of house staff still found time to give recommendations and indulge in general chit chat. Genuinely lovely atmosphere, definitely recommended.

I have been in the oddfellows three times this week, twice for a meal with work colleagues and friends and once for a drink with son and family, great service each time

Waited 5 minutes to be seated only to be told that you were understaffed, there was a 45 minute wait for food, and quite a few things were missing from the menu. Found somewhere else to eat instead.

Great pub lots of history and nice food and good selection of drinks. Also outstanding bar man so friendly and welcoming thanks guys

3 weeks in a row tried to go to have the “all day roast dinners”. Clearly it’s not all day and the kitchen excuse for all three meats each time is that they’ve run out. The first time we reluctantly stayed and had hunter’s chicken , the other times we walked out. Surely the demand will be higher on Sundays so a bit of forward planning maybe? Ended up going to the 2 Greens had an amazing meal with great service. Picture below. Won’t be wasting our time anymore at Odd Fellows.

The restaurant was light and airy. The service was excellent, despite it being busy. The food was served hot and the dish was tasty. Portions were just right not too much or too little. I enjoyed it as did my mother. Thank you.

The service was superb… The humour of our waiter certainly added to our enjoyment. And we also appreciated his advice on the puddings! I always used to enjoy the rotisserie chicken, which I don’t think is available anymore sadly

A birthday party, including a six month old baby and 87-year-old great grandmother and four adults. We had a fabulous time and have done previously Ross who served us was particularly helpful And amusing. Will be back.

Service was polite and helpful as we are elderly and have mobility issues We were seated in an area which was spacious. Every member of our party commented on the quality and Delicious food that we were served. We really enjoyed our visit to The Oddfellows and we will make a hasty return. Ross, who served us, and is colleague were great. Excellent service. I met with a couple of friends. We meet every few months, get engrossed in conversation, and it takes us ages to look at the menu to order. Ross was very tolerent and gave us time. He checked on us frequently to see if we had enough drinks and enough to eat. We had a lovely evening.

Lovely welcome. Waiter exceptional service, personable, knew the menu well. Food ordered was of a very good standard with the steak being cooked to perfection. The sea bass was lovely & the kebab & flatbread as good as ever.A super night & will definitely be returning

The service was good the food was of poor quality. Chips were cold the chicken was disappointing I felt like I was eating was from an overused grill. The burger was dry and over cooked. The only good thing was the pudding. I won’t be going back

Took a long time to get drinks as there was never anyone behind the bar. Ordered via the app in the end and got told I shouldn't use it for drinks. Food was good though off the bar snack menu.

The overall experience was good, attentive and polite staff. The food however was below par for a few of the table. A steak that had a lot of gristle and left a lot of it on the plate, and a chicken and mushroom pie that was felt could have had more chicken in the filling.

Comfortable and friendly pub. Didn't eat had a bottle of wine and sat in comfortable leather armchairs.

We have been to Oddfellows many times over the past few months and have had tasty food and good service. Today lunchtime was an altogether different experience, extremely disappointed at the poor quality of food and service. The Macaroni cheese was swimming in some tasteless yellow liquid with cheese congealed at the bottom of the dish, the Sunday dinner was cold and the roast potatoes not roasted. As for the kids' chicken strips and chips, portions of chips and beans were half what we normally get - 1 forkful of beans... Has the chef left? How can they mess up such a basic dish as macaroni cheese? To add insult to injury, when I asked the member of staff to pass on my comments to the kitchen, he just ignored me. We could have sent the dishes back but as we had waited quite a time to be served, we just got on with it. We may give them another try but frankly I doubt it.

Have been here quite a few times over the years, always good food with pub classics sunday lunches friendly staff and atmosphere worth a visit but worth ringing to book a table as on odd occasions had to wait not long as always accommodating

Food options aren’t that exciting and pricey. Service is great but they should think about refurbishing their menu. If you are a fan of flavourless food with no excitement this is the place for you. Service is great and nice seats. Ver atmospheric. Food is the only let down

Food was fine but the server (think maybe a manager?) was awful never smiled, didn’t check in after meal was delivered - pandered to the table behind at several tables loss constantly asking what they want, was everything ok( other tables commenting in earshot) had to go and hunt her down to get extra drinks and when only 2 of us wanted drinks it was like why had we bothered her, at the end of the meal we asked to order desserts, she snapped “what do you want” I said I don’t know i don’t have a menu.. she rolled her eyes at me. She was having a bad night maybe? Has issues? She may need some time off I suspect she is a manager or assistant manager and not used to waiting tables anymore that is the vibe I got. I have eaten many times at this pub and I will return however if she is on duty and serving again I will walk out and go elsewhere she ruined the experience and it was one of our parties birthday.

Chose the Oddfellows to meet up with a couple of friends who I’d not seen for a year or so. Environment was lovely. Reception welcoming. Service excellent with pleasant waiting staff. Food was delicious and didn’t have to wait too long for our meals. An added bonus was the 30% mains discount voucher, which came in very handy. An overall lovely experience and we will definitely be back soon. Thank you!
