Fireaway Pizza Wolves in Wolverhampton

Order x2 fireaway specials supposed to be bbq base once i got the pizza home both pizzas was on tomatoes base. Which I'm allergic to tomatoes which did make them aware however I don't think they understood tried to ring to tell them however no answer waste of money considering I've had to throw the pizza

Great Staff & Delicious Pizzas! Had a great experience here! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit even better. And the pizzas? Absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of toppings. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you're looking for good food and great service!

Careful! This place did not reopen, is a total scam. So stop ordering from them. Whoever they sold the business too, they are literally takin advantage of the good reputation that this takeaway had before.

This place used to be brilliant and since reopening is an absolute joke, never answer the phone, how can you run a business?

One of the worst pizza companies out there . First of all they don’t answer the phone - EVER . How can you run a business without answering the phone . Secondly ordered 2 pizzas - 2 hours later- it didn’t arrive . Pathetic highly Incompetent service. Avoid

Order from uber and never arrived, they are not even picking the phone. Very unprofessional

I ordered online for delivery and the pizza was disappointing with barely any toppings on there. The total was around £31 and I gave the driver £40 (two £20 notes) he said he didn’t have any change and would come back later with it.. I’ve never seen him since lol

I very rarely leave reviews but this place is beyond a joke, our food didn’t turn up, I tried ringing the restaurant numerous amounts of times and they didn’t answer. Do not order from here.

Found the pizza excellent but chicken wings under cooked for my liking, safe thow. Order dipping sauce separately, the pesto sauce was very good. 4 star for me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY GET THE ORDER WRONG, FOOD ARRIVES WARM, MESSED UP THE ORDER THEN BLAMES UBER APP & WHEN YOU PHONE UP THE GUY ON THE PHONE DOESN'T EVEN BOTHER TO HELP!!!

Whenever I order a pizza to be delivered, it will 99% of the time be from here. Everything is mega fresh and tasty. Very, very rarely had an issue with them. Last night at the time of writing, I had just left an event in town and found myself tempted by a pizza. It was the first time I had actually visited the venue and it was lovely. The 2 people serving looked as if they had a back log of orders to catch up on, so there was a bit of a wait. But just seeing them in action and not standing still for a moment was really quite refreshing to see. Good on them both. Overall, if you like a real fresh, quality pizza that is also reasonably priced with deals. I definitely recommend Fireaway.

I ordered three pizzas and that was horrible. I’m ordering pizza from fireaway for like past two years but firat time I’m regretting. Taste was different this time not even like eatable. I threw in a bin it was like that bad. Now whenever I’ll order i need to think about it.. Sorry fireaway but your pizza was horrible this time..

Firstly we placed a large order and didn't have the offers explained to us so overplayed by a large amount and were ripped off, then got home and had wrong pizza instead of ham and mushroom we had chicken and pineapple, when we phoned about this they weren't really bothered and didn't apologise just told us to bring it back, not acceptable with a 25 minute drive. No refund offered at all... very bad customer service all round. Will never use again... avoid!!!

Ordered for home delivery, fast and friendly. Pizzas were way too thin and the crust hollow. Cheese topping was not the best. Wrote inside the box with a black sharpy, not good when food products inside. Very disappointing 😞

So bad… toppings are processed and £38 for 2 pizzas, side and drink is madness. Base is ok. Should’ve ordered from fuime. Will never order from them again

Visited fireway for the first time today. Would definitely recommend the Tuesday offer they have. Amryna was very attentive and the pizza was made to perfection.

First time eating from here and the pizza was insanely good service was polite, professional and friendly and if you eat here you have to get the garlic parmasen chicken strips, they were out of this world

Amazing pizza. I ordered 4 signature pizza’s and it came within 20 minutes, it was still hot and fresh. Lovely customer service, spoke to amarrah on the phone enquiring about my order and she was so polite and helpful. Definitely recommending Fireaway wolves and ordering again!

First time ordering/eating with Fireaway and can honestly say i will never be ordering from anywhere else again. I had guests with allergies so we had plain pizza with no cheese and Tabatha and Amarrah called to check that we would be okay with it. They were worried the order may not be what we wanted. Could you get better customer service? I don't think so! The pizza arrived and the delivery guy was also super friendly and smiling. The pizza is delicious, the base and sauce 10/10. We came to see a show at the Halls and needed somewhere to eat. After seeing the pictures on the reviews, we knew we had to come. From the outside, it kind of appeared like a cheap pizza place, but we double-checked the pictures and had to try it. We went in and the decor is very nice, modern and inviting. The large rotating pizza oven looks great in the centre. The front desk comes across like a subway of pizzas, so you can see all the fresh ingredients. We ordered 2 pizzas with cokes. It's a shame the drinks don't come in a dispenser like normal takeaways as this has a desired taste. We were served cans of coke, which is good still. The meal is rather expensive however this is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Very fresh and tasty pizza that has that authentic stone baked taste. I was gutted. I do not live local to this as I'll definitely crave it in the future. Turns out they're a large chain, and there is one 30 minutes from home.

I Had ordered from Deliveroo, The chicken strips are bang average but the hot honey adds flavour too them. The Wedges are meant be garlic and herbs the only flavour was rosemary, also they was just boiled and the chucked in the oven for like 5 mins. No crisp at all. The pizza looked good but tasted like cardboard. the cheese was not pulling it was all congested.

If I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would , I have been to this restaurant a couple of times now , for both eat in & takeaway , and on both experiences I have had delicious food , freshly cooked , and having an open view prep area and fire oven , you can watch your pizza 🍕 and other food prepared and cooked in front of you , the milkshakes are like something out of this world 🌎, . The best my son has ever tried he said ( and he’s a fussy one to please ) every time I have been all the staff have been great , big shout out to the manager could not of been a nicer guy to myself and my son , the price of the food is very good for the quality and taste , this is definitely our new takeaway or eat in place to go , for great food and service you won’t be disappointed at all , Thanks Fireaway pizza 🍕 for brining some great , tasty reasonably priced food to Wolverhampton

Normally eat from dominos and papa johns but this was much better than dominos and papa johns I will be ordering again from here. Keep up the standards pls.

Ordered pizza, the meathead pizza and the bbq chicken wings. The meathead pizza and the chicken wings were appauling quality. Usually order from the Dudley branch without any issues. Will never order from this branch again. In response to your inaccurate description of the actual true account of events that transpired, at no point were myself or my partner "drunk" as that is a deformation of character and an incorrect assumption. Secondly, at no point were either myself or my partner abusive towards your employees, we merely made attempts to escalate the complaint via the correct channels by requesting to speak to a manager/supervisor as we were unhappy with the response due to the cost of the order and the substandard quality of the food we received, we felt that a replacement pizza was not a suitable remedy and we were attempting to seek a refund to resolve the situation.

Must visit. If you want to eat authentic Italian pizza. Then this is the place.. must try....

I ordered through just eat and i am a bit disappointed as i love wood fired pizza. I ordered looking at the reviews most of them were 5*. The Pizza was a cheese and tomato but it was really dry like there was no sauce just some around the crust, but chicken strips were okay.

The Pizza, Nutella Pizza, Avocado salad, and Oreo Milkshake were all great.

First time ordering. Wish I remembered to order the dips. Amazing pizza. Nice thin crust. The chicken was fantastic. Crispy BBQ wings were juicy and full of flavour. Also enjoyed the potatoe wedges. Highly recommended

Not been in store but used Just Eat to order two pizzas and some cannoli. Pizza was delicious, had a simple margherita with buffalo mozzarella. Tasted better than anything that Dominos or Papa John's serve. Cannoli a bit on the expensive side but not the kind of thing many places have so understandable. Would recommend if you're after pizza.

Went there to pick the takeaway food items. The restaurant has limited seating space, however it was tidy and clean. I could see my pizza being made freshly while waiting in the shop. Food itself was delicious, speciallylicked the chicken starters. I would recommend this place if you want to have a good pizza.

Very poor quality ingredients, the potato wedges were very greasy and burnt. The cheese on the pizza was very hard after baking . 3 minutes is not enough too bake a quality pizza .

Stopped at Fireway Wolves for a quick bite to eat. The shop itself is spotlessly clean, nicely kitted out with a really cool vibe. As for the Linch.....wow, the pizza (lots of types and toppings to choose from) and chicken strips didn't only taste fantastic, but were presented really nicely on wooden boards. This is not your standard eat in/out restaurant, it's a real cut above the rest and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend and if you are thinking about trying, don't waste any time and get down there.

We are here before the Wolves v Leeds match… the place was energised and kicking! The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive to my young child. 100% recommend and is now my go to place on match days! COYW

Me and my dad came here after watching the football and were so impressed. Friendly staff, an attractive shop and lovely owner. The pizza was amazing, some of the best we’ve had! Then we had some kinder cookies which were incredible- A must try! Overall, first class and would absolutely recommend!!
