The best coffee house in Monton. I love the vibe, the staff, the smell is divine... beautiful candles are on sale, year round! Got to pay a visit!.

What a gem this place is! Cozy and warm with friendly service. Highly recommend a visit here, as an added bonus it smells amazing because of all the handmade candles!

Lovely place & the best coffee in monton

My local coffee spot and it's the perfect vibe. The staff are friendly, the ambience is great and I genuinely just enjoy visiting.

I had walked past a few times and always thought to go in, as it looked extremely cute and it didn’t disappoint. I visited for the first time today to get a coffee. The coffee was incredible and the woman who served me was lovely and friendly. The interior was very cute and I saw they have different events on which I will definitely give a go at some point! Lovely spot, will be back.

Lovely cosy place but when I say cozy I mean WARM! (it was raining outside so didn’t reflect the outside weather!) The poor girls behind the bar had a fan on but we’re running about, it seemed very busy to only have two staff on. Coffee was good, unfortunately the cake options were limited, which I was told was because it was a Sunday but that didn’t make much sense to me. I did notice a funny smell although masked by candles (contributing to the heat I guess) and it just felt messy. The toilets seem half decorated and there were loose wires and floor boards which was concerning as there were children all over the place. It was my first visit so not the best of impressions but I will give it another go and hope for a better experience which reflects some of the great reviews.

I attended a candle workshop and absolutely loved it. I really appreciated all the knowledge and advice shared to blend a beautiful scent and look after my candle so it lasts for a long time. Would recommend!

Attended a candle making workshop hosted by Esther and it was fantastic. It was part of my sister’s hen do and everyone absolutely loved it. The candles are great and the staff so attentive. Would definitely do again and would recommend to everyone; a lovely experience with a gorgeous candle to take home at the end!

Really enjoyed a candle making workshop with Esther. She was very knowledgeable about different scents and we all came away with personalised candles and wax melts. A great idea for hen does, birthdays, baby showers etc. Thanks Esther!

Lovey decor. Beautiful coffee and bloody brilliant staff. This is my favourite coffee shop in North Manchester - love nothing more than to grab a takeaway coffee, a candle and normally a cushion or piece if jewellery 🫶🏽 oats and honey is perfect. Came in a Sunday morning (we are from North Yorkshire). Not too busy. We all had tea and cake. Cakes were home made. Wide variety of local products, so the cafe is also supporting local businesses. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Dog friendly with a nice touch of having drinking bowls for dogs and some treats. A business in Eccles area that deserves to get local support.

Lovely place and the coffee is nice,music is good.One saucer and 1 spoon between 2 of us though and the service is quite slow.

Sat in to do some work. There's plenty of plugs, space for a laptop and good wifi. The atmosphere in here is great, it seems to be a popular local hangout and everyone's very friendly. It's dog friendly too. I had a decaff latte with a shot of honeycomb syrup and a lotus biscuit cookie. The coffee is great, the cookie was delicious!

My first visit today and I love this place! The vibes were lovely. All the staff were really nice and helpful! Beautiful coffee and it's so refreshing to go in to a cafe & be told that every baked good apart from one is vegan!! Would highly recommend.

It's ok, had coffee which was fine - nothing to write home about, quite expensive

Went in for a drink Wednesday late afternoon but walked out as no staff were visible to serve me waited approx 15 mins at the bar and then left. Clearly this business is doing so well it doesn’t need customers! Service here is the worst I’ve experienced. My first time trying to try this place as well.

Came in for a quiet drink after work, the place was full of screaming children crawling all over the floor , near open tubs of shampoo and other liquids which are at ground level; one of the bar staff had a baby in her arms when serving alcohol. The resident dog was licking the storage tubs of food they sell. We watched as the two female bar staff disappeared in the back with the door shut for a good 10 minutes despite several people standing up at the bar waiting to order which they then left not served. Very disappointing we do not recommend this place.

This little gem should open another branch in Worsley please 😅 I travel all the way to Monton just to come read to this cafe because it’s so cosy and the coffee is really good. And on top of that, their bakes are actually amazing. The reason I am surprised by this is because most cafes sell overly sweet cakes which makes you not even feel the taste of the cake, but this place delivers great taste, normal amount of sugar, ambience and absolutely wonderful staff!

THE BEST COFFEE! I have visited O&H multiple times since it’s opened, it always has a lovely chilled atmosphere. The coffee is delish and their sangria is a must try. The friendly staff add to the charm of cafe. I love the disco mushroom and it always smells divine!!! Worth a visit for a great brew, plus they’re dog friendly.

I had such a wonderful experience at this place! It's truly amazing. The two girls at reception are absolute gems. They are incredibly polite and helpful, always greeting me with a warm smile. I can't recommend this place enough!

Two girls at the till were very rude and have 0 customer service skills, it costs nothing to be nice and treating customers nicely goes along way, other than that lovely cosy place with amazing coffee will not return due to the attitude I received
