Whoever is on the phones is so GOD DAMN rude !!

Chips were cold and the place smelt like dead rat and i found a stick in my food and immediately after eating starting feeling nauseous and diarrhoea. Definitely would not be returning and I dont recommend eat at yr own risk.

Went here Friday. Ordered a double cheese burger and it as unfortunately given me food poisoning. I've been here a good few times and the service is spot on. But after this. I will not be returning.

Tried their seekh kebab wrap,it was very good however there were too many people and it felt suffocating. Overall good place for quick food.

They stain their vegetables with artificial dye, Salad in my burger was neon green to the point where chips and bun were also stained green, that’s absolutely disgusting and their salad must be very out of date since they have to colour it to feed it to people 🤮

Ordered cheese burger and chips and when nearly finished the chips there was this hair at the bottom noticed no one was wearing a beard nets or hair nets don’t understand how they got a 5 star food rating

My absolute favourite go to place for a meal when out and about shopping in Bradford, the best fillet burger meal you can get for £4 within a 10 mile radius. Welcoming staff, sauces galore, make sure you try the garlic Mayo it is simply divine.

Surprised to see that this takeaway only has 2.3 stars! Maybe people just want to bring this place down but I can definitely say its one of the best in the Oastler Market, been going here for years whenever we visit town, the people there are soo welcoming, tables are always cleaned after the people leave, large variety of sauces too, food has always been fresh and a decent portion, prices have gone up but that is the case in almost every takeaway now so its pointless to blame one. Continue serving like professionals guys well done!

The chicken was pink, rubbery and the coating wasn’t even stuck to it. Definitely the worst fillet burger I’ve ever had. The customer service was atrocious. I addressed the issue in a polite manner and the member of staff with the glasses walked off after telling me it was “fresh”. There’s also 3 other members of staff who were just staring and didn’t care to address the situation.
