Don’t try ice cream from here & expensive

Way over priced, burnt but cold food. Never again!

Just purchased some drinks. All the staff were miserable. The middle aged lady that served me looked as did not want to be there. Very poor customer service. No eye contact and me please or thank you. Will be purchasing from else where when visiting the park next time.

Tried to charge me 50p for using a debit card. A few year ago, I would have understood, but this is simple profiteering. Walked away. The staff seemed friendly enough and the location is great, but I'm not willing to be taken advantage of like that.

Worker was inside vaping away going all over the food. Really poor service. Grumpy staff. The ice cream was off. It had been defrosted and re-frozen. My daughter came out in a rash after eating it. 1 scoop for £4 rip off. Hygiene and general cleanliness is poor. Opening times are sporadic.

the bathroom needs cleaning as none of the stalls were clean and it smelt as well. i think theyre was only one clean toilet

The Staff are like a PICK & MIX. Sometimes there nice & Sometimes they're a.s.s. holes! Came yesterday. My nephew is only 4 years old he ran to the toilets as he knew they were closing at 5.30pm but got there by 5.40pm 10 mins over, the lady had just closed by blocking the chairs there by the door but the man outside said it's fine he can go in & the young girl asked and the manager inside was so abruct and says "sorry we're closed" I asked again "he's only a child, please can he go" manager "we're closed" honestly I felt disgusted and we not long spent £25 on icecream and £28 on hot drinks so a total of £53 at 5pm and they say no to a child to use the toilet it's shocking when your a paying customer. If there were no customers you wouldn't be paid your basic wage. Even the last time I came and bought two sandwiche boxes £10 each for a drink with added sweetener, sandwich and packet if crisps with a fruit. That's a joke of a rip off. Your better off bringing ur own food. Some of the staff are OK but there's a young Asian girl her attitude stinks and the white guy in there. You guys really lack customer service, wouldn't hurt to crack a smile on your face either. Just because your having a bad day it doesn't mean you try ruin someone else's life is too short. Be nice to people and you might be busier then you are rather then closing early due to no customers. Says it all.

Appalling service normally never had a problem coming here until today doors were open my 2 year old needed a wee young English lad refused as not officially open absolutely disgusting and ridiculous won’t be coming here again!!!

This is a lovely cafe in Lister's park. Nice comfy chairs, high back chairs and sofa chairs. The menu is really good for a small cafe with various dishes and fast food as well. A nice variety of ice creams are also available. Staff are very helpful and polite.

Watch out for the cakes desserts that are not priced paid £7.30 for a cheese onion pasty & a peanut stack. 50p charge for purchases under £5. Definitely won't be spending money here again.

Shut Shut Shut! This place seems to be closed in October although their Google listing shows it as open. I made my first trip out after illness hoping to get a cup of tea and some sunshine. I was extremely disappointed to find it shut 😞. Please amend your Google listing urgently to reflect correct opening hours as people rely on this information...

Really over priced for an ice-cream, £4 for a waffle cone and 1 scoop. The ice cream itself is very nice but I won't be buying again.

Was very pleasant lovely day out. Goldy that manages the boats is so lovely gave us extra time to enjoy the boats

Food was cold and stale, like old McDonalds fries. It was not worth the price. Staff can either be "ok" or "miserable". Coffee was nice.

Very expensive for what it is. Not worth it, in my opinion.

Nice coffee and friendly staff 23/6/23 went today an staff member (different staff to previous time) smoking outside which isn't a problem apart from throwing butt end over railings, not the right thing to do

Goldy was very helpful with access to the boating facilities, very positive individual with warm welcoming presence, will definitely be back just because of his hospitality!

Amazing experience at the boats. Such good fun, would highly recommend. Try ask for Goldy from the boats he’s such a laugh and takes such good care of u.

Wouldn’t let my 2 year old in to use the toilet!

Popped in for a coffee and a cake as a treat taking my 2 Yr old to the park. Was blown away by how expensive it is! Just shy of £4 for some of the cakes... I won't go back I'm afraid.

I've lived in Bradford all my life and I visit lister park regularly, now I have children of my own so the kids love going for walks and using the park facilities however cafe staff and owners are a disgrace, you'd think they were doing you a favour, shameful, disrespectful and miserable not to mention their attitude towards customer. Over the years I've spent hundreds at that cafe, but I'll never use it again nor will my children all 8 of them and hopefully they'll be telling there children not to visit that cafe 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Really like them coffee, they have delicious ice cream، nice place to be، If you have a dog and you want to go, you are allowed to go in and sit

The only good thing is the ice coffee they make in the summer. Customer service is appalling. The ladies who work there act like they are doing you a favour by serving you. Not that the customer is helping to pay their wages?!? The manager himself is the same so I can see why the staff behave this way. Would love to see someone else takeover and make it more family friendly with people who actually want to work there.

I was shocked when I saw they were washing disposal stuffs like tea and coffee stirrers etc. and re using it ,horrible, 0 hygiene, I am wondering where are hygiene department? They shouldn't re use it, They have enough high prices for keep maintain the stuffs and not re use it.hope someone will take notice of it.thanks
