Oasis 'eat&go' in Great Yarmouth

We have always loved the food especially the hot dogs proper ones not tin ones.The staff are always polite and friendly and prices reasonable.

Love this place was looking forward to sitting here in the evenings,while other family members went in the arcade,website said it closes at 9pm but it actually closed at 6 which I was really disappointed.could you please change the your times on the website please .

Such tasty food, quick service with a smile. Lots of choice, the loaded fries are the way to go. We will 100% return.

Good little place to eat and fairly well priced, 2 large drinks and a very well portioned of Nachos was around £9 which for the area is very competitive I felt. Took a minute or 2 to be served but we’re far from ignored as stated by a previous contributor. Would happily visit here again

During our stay in hemsby we ate here every night. Shout out to the staff who seem to be there all day despite the heat and still offered great service even right before closing. The food is great quality and is made fairly quickly. The outdoor seating area is big and they have a variety of different sized tables. They sell a range of hot food as well as ice creams and milkshakes which were also high quality. I wouldn't say the price is cheap however for a holiday destination the price was fair and you wouldn't be breaking the bank going here. I would recommend the thick shakes and the chips :)

After a day out walking past here is not a option..them smells are out of this world..and the food is too..always a line of folk waiting..I'm back this month and can't wait for a burger.

We were in Hemsby on Monday May 10th.Like a lot of Norfolk right now very little is open. We were looking for a nice snack for 2 and a dog and this looked the best of three possibilities open.Pretty sure we chose right... all nice and Clean, with helpful staff, reasonable prices and a very nice crispy bacon bun and hot dog were consumed. I will definitely come here again if I'm in the area and would recommend a visit !

Good spot for a break from the machines, reasonable prices, outside seating. Serve some nice jumbo hot dogs and burgers. Staff full of smiles and friendly always busy.

Overall the food from here was nice, hot donuts and yummy ice cream. However don’t expect them to be accommodating when it comes to using the toilets. They charge for toilet use. Very impractical for me (9 months pregnant) and my 83 year old Grandma. Disappointed as we were paying customers.

Our family absolutely love the ice cream from Oasis. We visit every year and a trio isn't complete with a trip to Hemsby to get a donut sundae. The thick shakes are beautiful and the food is delicious. Please NEVER close :)

They offer a nice selection (8+ flavours) of softie ice cream. The price is good at £2. They also have donuts too but they were a bit skinny and ugly looking. Maybe that is why they gave us 2 for the price of one. It wasn’t great. I would stick to the ice cream.

Had an ice cream here today ..good size and yummy .friendly service ..have used before for hot food and always friendly...usually quick service to...plenty of outdoor seating . Hence dog friendly

Stopped here for ice cream and drinks. Found the ice cream very reasonably priced for the portion and good quality. Drinks also reasonably priced

This is in a central position It offers a great choice of fast food Polite and quick service Plenty of seats if you want to sit It's a one stop fast food Hot dogs burgers ice cream fresh fried doughnuts and much more

on the outside of Oasis amusements..serves all type of snacks..including ice creams..but it was the poorest quality ice cream I have ever had

Lovely Ice cream and very generous, even with the kids ones, kids bear cone for £1 bargain! Lovely Burgers too, reasonably priced. Friendly staff

Decisions, decisions, I want them all. Ha ha.It was a hot sunny day and we wanted to get a soft ice cream. We asked for 4, all with flakes and the lady asked what flavor we wanted. There was so many to choose from. We all ordered a different flavour and they all tasted nice. The machine actually blends it o the outside of the ice cream rather than just squirting the syrup on top. The colour bears no relation to the flavour. I had coconut and it is bright blue! It tasted nice but I am not sure the amount of colouring (E numbers) that is in it. Well, you don't have it every day.The stall was clean, ladies were friendly. Pleasant experience, will definitely come back.

Always a stop of ours for donuts or a donut sundae 😊 A wide range of flavoured ice cream stocked here too aswell as hot dogs and burgers.

They sell hot and cold drinks , burgers , hotdogs and chips bit like a burger van set up but in front of bingo . Easy and convenient lunchtime snack . Friendly staff .

Has a great selection of what I would call snack meals..the kids really enjoyed their meals..especially the ice creams..pleasant friendly staff..cheap prices.

My son and me fancied an ice cream sundae and the oasis take away is a perfect place for these! You can literally build your own sundae - my son chose a waffle with ice cream, sauce and smarties! He loved it and so did I!! Staff were very friendly and chatty and the addition of a large outside seating area makes this a perfect place to visit!

Had donuts and some sweets. Took a while to get served. When we did the donuts were ok. Not the best not the worst.

I've been coming here for years and have never had an issue. It's always clean, the food is always good and freshly cooked and the staff are so friendly!

After telling them that a butcher's pork sausage should NOT be red raw inside they claimed it was fine and already came in cooked and they simply reheated them. Absolutely shocking...avoid at all costs or get ready to visit the hospital

Oasis cafe is now shut down went down weekend of 04-05 march 2017 the cafe has been stipped CLOSED FOR GOOD still has the bvurger bar outside but wasnt open was a great cafe while open

found the cafe to be quite good limited menu but good food always hot at a fair price staff are friendly

A cafe at the back of the Amusement Arcade..we were visiting the Arcade and decided to stop and have some lunch..service with a smile..although we only had snacks..everything was great.

Stopped here at the take away counter to get a hot dog it was a reheated sausage and didn't look cooked inside the roll did not seem fresh .the lady said she had cooked to many so was reheating them, walked passed again following evening and there was a pile of burgers and sausages that had been cooked earlier ,so I'm guessing they would be reheated ..will not be eating here again..

Unfortunately Oasis don't have a spot on trip advisor for their take away spot which is part of the same building as the cafe & amusements, but I'd really like to mention it. We've visited it quite a lot and the food is always great, they offer a really wide range of savoury & sweet foods and a range of drinks from tea to slushy ice drinks. The staff are always so friendly even when they are busy, it only takes a couple of visits and they get to know you. They are always open late which is convenient and the chips are amazing, portion sizes are also very generous. Can't wait to visit again!

very nice food and drinks always go here when we visit and the young lad makes a great cup of tea too..was not too busy as the good weather had most people at the beach..so not too much of a wait either.. back tomorrow for more..

On holiday last week and my sister and I decided to try Oasis Cafe for the first time since it is under new management. We tried the full English breakfast and were very impressed.If you want huge piles of food swimming in grease then go elsewhere.Here you get ample sized plateful of tastey food.Cannot fault the staff.Friendly and helpful.We will come here again next year and would recommend to all.Try it for yourself !!!

Lovely cafe with lovely staff. I visited this cafe a few times and there was always something different to choose on the menu. The prices were out of this world and the whole family enjoyed the food. Excellent can't recommend enough xxxxxxx

We have had a couple of meals here and always found it to be nice and quick good food, nothing special, but always nice food. They don't take card payment though so be aware.

Excellent food highly recommend a bacon cob . A great place for a cuppa while your kids spend their pocket money.

Have used this place for years. It's now under new management which is always a concern. We were the only ones in there and it was just 1 man and his young son serving. We got our drinks fairly quickly and had around a 10 minute wait for our food. We all ordered a double burger with all the trimmings and hot chocolates. It came to just over £33. But the burger was really tasty with proper cheese. Really filling and good service. But suddenly 5 families turned up at once and I have the feeling they would be waiting a very long time for their food. Think he may need help serving but our burger meals were great.

We popped in for a coffee and a light snack ( toasted hot cross bun with butter ) the food was good and the drinks likewise and quick service. We noticed they also served other light snacks which seemed appealing.

Great especially those with children in the amusements. Great food Lovely staff lovely amusements too.

Ok so friend I was with bought two coffees and sausage rolls. He does not have much money. Cost something like £9 for two coffees and two sausage rolls. The coffee was undrinkable as was old style milk and froth made with very cheap instant coffee, sausage roll ok but £9?

I have been coming to hemsby every year for six years now since I was about 9. Over the years I have got to know some of the staff in this cafe.The oasis cafe serves nice food and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is clean and comfortable and they do serve nice chicken curry! I must say I eat here most lunchtimes and evenings when I come here. It is well worth the long trip from the West Midlands! Big thank you,to Sandra and the rest of the staff at the oasis for making our stay and food enjoyable as always. :) x

We used to go on holiday to Hemsby when we were growing up but haven't been for years. Was so pleasantly surprised when we went on a sunny morning. Everyone without exception was welcoming and friendly, so many eating places to stop and relax in. Amusements in abundance and everything seemed great value for money. Will be going back. Relaxed and fun afternoon. Brilliant.

Whenever i visit Hemsby to see friends i always pop in to say hello and enjoy a warm welcome, good service, food and beverages. Highly recommended to anyone visiting any time of the year.

I'm a regular visitor to Hemsby but have not visited this particular restaurant before, it was comfortable and very clean and the staff were helpful and welcoming.The food was hot and tasty and excellent value for money - well worth a visit.I will definitely be visiting again, I had a jacket potato with beans and cheese while my husband had a lasagne - we still have the rest of the menu to work thgro

We have just got back from a weekend in hemsby. We had breakfast at the oasis eat and go great little place to eat very friendly staff and great quality food which was enjoyed by myself partner and children we were so impressed with the service and food that when my parents sister and nephews came down for the day we recommended they had lunch there which they all enjoyed too. Good value for money great place to eat.

This is the best little cafe in the area of Hemsby. Exceptionally clean every time we visit. Don't let the fact that it is situated in the amusements put you off. Always friendly staff and great tasty food. Go and enjoy!

The lady making the food was so particular about cleanliness - I was watching her washing hands after touching anything. So good to see. Only thing I can say negative is the seating is uncomfortable.

food is all fairly good, service is freindly, and polite, and prices are fair.. only gripe would be noise from arcade (but you know this before you enter) and seating is cramped...

Recently visited with grand children - great menu for kids with reasonably priced meals and drinks - had chilli con carne - very nice and quite hot. Home made food and great staff - well done.

I was a bit apprehensive at first (café in an arcade) but believe me it's one of the best and definitely the healthiest place to eat. Staff are extremely polite and very helpful we have eaten here a few times now and no complaints only compliment, it's clean and children very well catered for please try it unless you want greasey heart attack on a plate then try blue dolphin dripping in grease

Went for a family day out today to Hemsby and thought we'd pop in somewhere to get a meal and decided on the oasis cafe, the staff were amazing and catered for our every need and as for the food, I can honestly say this was the best cafe grub we've ever had, the place was spotless too. I'd highly recommend this establishment

just had a excellent meal and had been cooked to order so it was hot. you could tell the sausages where good quality and not them cheap things you normally get in many places. so good quality food at a good price the staff are very friendly and welcoming, so happy will come here again very soon

Found this to be the most friendly cafe in Hemsby, food is excellent and well presented. The breakfast to be very good and cooked to order so always hot and very tasty. 5 stars all round and will be coming back here again
