Sat outside after booking. Cocktails followed by excellent dinner. Attentive service & fair pricing. Views over the river at sunset. First Class.

Five of us ate at Number Ten, everybody enjoyed their meal - mains and dessert. One of the party had a nut allergy I was unaware of so had not alerted the chef, they were accommodated for at short notice. Service was good, efficient but not obtrusive. Wine was reasonably priced as were the very nice cocktails. We sat by the open fire to finish off our drinks which was very relaxing.

We visited Number Ten for my partners birthday and had the most wonderful evening. From start to finish we were made to feel welcome and our server Josh went out of his way to make our evening special. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area as the food was exquisite and the setting was idyllic and romantic.

We had dinner at Restaurant 10 two evenings in a row, and it is fantastic. I have been accommodated for my food sensitivities in countless restaurants over many years. But this chef went above and beyond by preparing a specially printed menu just for me. Add to that, divine cuisine, impeccable service and a warm, friendly attitude and the result scores a resounding 10!

A lovely pub with welcoming staff. Food made to order and you’ll get good quality of food. If in town then a must visit. Great seating outside.

We booked for one of the monthly "tasting menus" of 7 courses for £38. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. The chef knows her craft very well, blending food ideas from across the globe (eg use of Asian, Japanese and Indian inspired elements). The cauliflower cheese velouté was exceptional. It was so good we ate there two nights runnning!

On a short stay in Coalbrookdale we booked a Monday evening dinner for two on the basis of a very intriguing menu and excellent value of 3 courses for £30. Our choice was justified by the ambience and service we encountered allied with the excellence of the dishes chosen. We chose for starters the Rillette and Gravalax of Salmon and the Crispy Pigs Cheek Terrine both of which we could not fault for flavour, texture and presentation. For mains we had the Harissa Spiced Lamb Rump and the Duck Breast which were equally good and plentiful in quantity, not often found with such fine dining. We cannot comment on the sweets as we went for the cheese board to accompany the remains of our luscious Biferno Riserva wine. Then came the disappointment of the evening when we ask for coffee to round off a great eating experience. We were told that none could be served because the coffee machine had been cleaned! We could not believe it, as it was barely 9.30pm and there were at least a dozen customers behind us proceeding to the end of their meals. Our remonstrations about this significant customer service weakness were met with a vacant, it is what it is, look. Such a shame and it pains me to put it in this review of what was a truly great offering.

Called in after walking in the gorge area. Could have eaten anything on the menu and settled for Sea Bream with crab bisque linguine and tender stem broccoli. Other meals being served looked inviting. Very busy establishment. Service very polite and prompt.

We arrived for an early evening meal to a small but varied menu, that after we had ordered arrived hot and tasty but not large portions. The service was friendly and good. Pity we had to send a chair back because it was broken.

CLOSED as of Autumn 2023 the area has been turned into another 'room' for the community centre to hire/rent out. Part of the Community Centre - and as such run by volunteers. Currently generally open weekday mornings till about 1PM. Menu includes hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, crisps snacks and cake. In the summer months the Leegomery Community Garden alongside the building is home to veg and flowers grown by and for the community. Check community centre social media for updates and changes The Woodland Tea Room is next to the Silkin Way and one of the main shared use cycling and walking routes. A lovely airy venue, and friendly service. Currently also a #warmroom. One of the many in Telford. It may well mark 5 stars with an increase in menu and opening hours

Just left after our third visit and must say every time is as good as the first. Warmest welcome from the staff, attentive throughout our visit. The food was as lovely as ever. We both decided to try something different as we had been taken with the smoked haddock the last two times we visited. I had the salmon and prawns with lobster bisque and my partner had the koftas. Both absolutely delicious although the salmon was definitely both our favourites tonight. Cannot fault the service and will definitely be visiting again.

Christmas eve drinks time and decided to call here, having not been in for a couple of years and now under new management. It was great to see that the place had been decorated from top to bottom, it was getting very tired. Service was OK, if a little unenthusiastic but the door security was totally unnecessary based on the few people who were actually in the pub. Now for the important thing- the beer- 3 ales on the bar, including one of my favourites, salopian Shropshire gold, it was not good- undertones of sour milk springs to mind. So it was 1 pint (half of which was left on the table) and back down to the pheasant for some quality ale. I doubt that I will bother calling in again.
