Number One Shisha Cafe in City of London, Westminster

Absolutely horrible customer service, they said they were busy and they clearly were not and they tried to charge us more for two shisha’s just because I had children, never coming here again.

One of the best cafes and/or hook or shishah I have been in the town. Service is outstanding outstanding outstanding. Their hookah is 20£ by the way.

We got there at 2230. The place and people are very welcoming. It's very calm tranquila atmosphere. I only ate a wrap as they had closed the kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'd highly recommend it.

I came here while on holiday and I’m so glad I did! The space is so beautiful, the tea was lovely (highly recommend the karak tea!) and the hospitality made me feel welcome and at ease. If you’re looking for a place to do some studying or catch up with a friend this would be a great place to do so :) If I could give this place 6 stars I would!

Nice shisha place, clean with nice friendly staff. But be careful with ur phone, last time someone’s phone was stolen by one of the customer. I think he was careless too.

Such a beautiful late night food venue with amazing people. I feel so good here after a long hard day. The vibe is so relaxing and you can feel the love in the food. You have to try the mint tea - it’s totally awesome. Their toilet is like a garden and the whole place is so clean.

This is our go-to shisha lounge after work and we’ve been coming here for over a year now. Amazing service, and super friendly staff. We usually get the blueberry paan, or frozen blueberry flavor and also get their wraps(halloumi, chicken, lamb) and mint tea. Highly recommend.

Amazing chicha café! Beyond the great products, the service is top notch. We spent such a lovely chilled evening with a group of friends. The guys there went out of their way to give us such a great experience. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Had sisha there other day after reading reviews saying it is cheap but the cheapest sisha was £ 25 and know the area there are places with sisha £ 15. Also the owner was not friendly at all!

Отличное место! 5+! Санкт-Петербург разбаловал хорошими кальянами и посетив кальянные в Афинах, Барселоне, Милане и тд были разочарованы. Но это место по качеству кальяна выше всех перечисленных и большинства питерских кальянных. Цена ниже чем средняя по Лондону, можно миксовать вкусы, угли меняют во время, курится долго, есть сладкое и фрукты. Однозначно рекомендую.

Mon expérience dans cette chicha était très bonne. Je ne regrette pas d être venu. Une chicha qui fumait bien et un personnel au petit soin 🙂. Au niveau du repas (thé, milkshake, sandwich) tout était très bon 🙂. Ambiance cosy.

Best place to come very friendly and welcome

I accidentally stumbled upon this coffee shop while on a stroll in the area. The coffee that we had was the best coffee experience in my last 10 days stay in London. The owner is very warm and caring. The whole service was personalized. The place feels very nice and cozy with a separate area for shisha users. We don’t smoke shisha, still the shisha smell didn’t reach our sitting area because the coffee shop is well planned. The cafe is at the street corner, I could relax and aimlessly watch people passing by, it was nice experience.

Truly one of the best shisha places in London. Great service, thank you Ayman from the staff! The shisha does not burn out like in other places. You can sit here and enjoy your shisha for a long time. Prices are cheap. They even have freshly squeezed orange juice!

Shisha for 20-22£ - very nice, the drinks delicious too. Recommend! Für deutsche London-Besucher: hier ähnelt die Shisha am ehesten den Verhältnissen auf dem Festland, vor allem hinsichtlich Preis-Leistung (wenn man 10-15 Euro gewohnt ist, natürlich trotzdem teurer). Mein Kumpel und ich empfehlen, auf das Double Foil extra zu verzichten, aber einen „Plastikschlauch“ für 2 Euro extra zu nehmen. Den nutzen die Einheimischen auch, ist quasi einfach nur ein besserer Schlauch. Andere Lokale sind entweder stark überteuert oder hinsichtlich der Location nicht gut. Hier hat man auf den ersten Blick zwar auch nur ein Zelt, das aber innen schön ausgestaltet ist.

Avoid this place if u don't wanna ruin your day!! The worst shisha bar I've ever been, I like trying new places, by trusting a review I took my friend who's non smoker expecting to have a good time. as soon as we stayed an hour they started treating us differently asking us to move from place to place I can tell from his face they want us to leave but it was heavily raining n I wasn't driving. can't smoke more than one shisha within 2 hours by myself but we keep ordering different things that we even dont need it to satay a bit. I didn't said anything coz I didn't want my friend to feel the way I felt n I had to order taxi to leave, I never gave reviews but if I could give 0 review to this place I would 😔

This Shisha cafe has been my spot for Shisha, Food and Drinks for the past 3 years. The Shisha has always been amazing with a variation of flavours to choose from and all are genuine flavours. I have been smoking the Al-Fakher Double Apple and Mint and it’s always been amazing! I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s got everything you need from a shisha cafe and the staff including the management are really friendly and responsive. They also show main sporting events too, which is a bonus. So if you haven’t checked it out already, go check it out!

Place was unwelcoming and definitely didn’t give a cr*p about customers. Treatment is everything, and they certainly had bad treatment.

Nice place to have chill time and good shisha. Tobacco : Al fakher and Starbuzz with a lot flavors. The owner is really nice person and friendly . Also you can have some food and desserts here . Chicken wrap is really good . Also there is a tv , PL games and la League games are always on . So shisha and football - perfect mixture

Lovely looking cafe set at the junction of Church and Lisson Rd. Its a shisha cafe with a menu for food too. The extension on the side is furnished with inviting cushioned decor and seating perfect for lounging and enjoying your sisha and conversation. I had a coffee and cake for £5. Do it give it a try.

Bubblegum pink and blue slushy. Summer staple of 2022. 10/10 and bursting with flavour. Service is fast and friendly and it's always full to the brim. Prices excellent 👍🏽 .
