Number One Park Lane Terrace in City of London, Westminster

I had breakfast for 4 days at the hotel in the internal restaurant, not the terrace. The breakfast was varied and good, the place was excellent, as was the service. I would like to thank in particular the Brazilian waitress, who was friendly and keen to provide service with a cheerful smile. Thank you, I will do it again.23/05/2025 meshal

Great little outdoor restaurant with excellent service and great food. My wife is gluten intolerant but the menus don’t show any alleged info against the meals which would have been useful. Many places will offer to leave out or replace gluten ingredients but this wasn’t offered either.

Loved it - yes it’s right on Hyde Park corner so there’s traffic noise and also lots of people. But the service was fabulous. Friendly. Relaxed. We spent a couple of hours enjoying a relaxed lunch. The food is the star. Big portions of delicious food. All at a reasonable price for who and where you are!

Visited after seeing Theo preparing the chicken salad on Saturday Morning Kitchen. The terrace is a much more affordable way of sampling his cuisine than the hotel restaurant. The terrace has very strong patio heaters which make it very comfortable on a Saturday evening in Early May. The pizzas were and almond tart were very tasty. Harry and Vito were very helpful and provided excellent service

Went to Theo Randall Terrace with a friend on Friday and had an absolutely fantastic evening. The food and bottle of wine were both brilliant – top quality from start to finish. A special thanks to Harry and Aleks, who were wonderful throughout – friendly, attentive, and really made the experience that much better. Highly recommend!

While the location, service and general atmosphere at the terrace is great, the prices are way too high for the average quality and small portions that are served there. £7 per americano coffee certainly doesn’t help.

Harry was amazing! Food delicious- especially the bruschetta. Terrace felt private which is good as it’s roadside.

My Head Chef and I came here for lunch as we are always off on Mondays and we had a great time. We had Insalata Di Pollo, Panzanella, Arancini and Tagliatelle. The food was amazing and fresh. We were hosted by Alex and his team who looked after us really well. Service was a top notch. We will be back soon with our team to try more dishes. Thank you for a great time.

Very cosy despite the cold weather, and great service from Dinesh

It is one of the most recommended places to visit in London. We were seated instantly without waiting. The servers were very helpful and polite, but the food was lower than expected. The pizza wasn’t cut properly, and the cheese was so little on the pizza. The fried chicken tasted like fish (probably fried with the same oil) , but it was crispy. Nonetheless, I highly recommend the meat balls. They were juicy and very delicious. I also liked their fries (wedges). They’re really tasty.

All was so good, the attention and service so well.

Between the friendly and knowledge service by Harry and Giuliana, excellent food and terrace heaters, we left feeling cheerful, warm and ready to see the beauty of London. Harry and Giuliana offered us local tips about British customs and London sites. We really appreciated their generous guidance!

What an amazing place with such a vibrant atmosphere! Vipul and a wonderful young lady from the staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and incredibly helpful. They even offered us warm blankets to keep cozy during the cold winter while we enjoyed our meal. We had an absolutely delightful time and truly loved our visit!

Theo’s on the terrace? It’s Theo’s on the pavement next to a giant roundabout. Devoid of atmosphere, service and warmth. The service is below average, with the food just better than average. The only thing colder than the ‘terrace’ was my red wine, ordinarily only colder in Spain. Theo has really sold his soul for some pavement dining. Please do not bother. The only positive was Harry. He’s trying to punch smoke while surrounded by average staff.

After visiting Winter Wonderland, we enjoyed a delightful meal. The staff provided a warm welcome, and Harry, our server, was exceptionally polite and courteous. The food was of satisfactory quality, although we were slightly disappointed with the portion sizes for children, particularly the limited two slices of pizza. Overall, it was a positive experience.

We had an excellent lunch at Theo’s on the Terrace. Guiliana and Harry provided warm, friendly, and attentive service. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them and felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food was excellent as well, and we felt relaxed in the cozy atmosphere.

I was drinking tea, and the weather was warm enough that I didn’t need the heating that had been turned on. I asked the staff to turn it off because I was feeling hot, and they did. However, another employee didn’t like this because the heating was keeping the table next to me warm. Even though they were fine with the temperature and didn’t want the heating on, his response felt unprofessional and discriminatory. He asked them if they felt cold, he would turn it on for them. What about my opinion? It seemed like it didn’t matter at all, perhaps because I am Arab. I wouldn’t recommend this place to other Arabs due to the discriminatory behavior of that employee.

Phenomenal Italian cuisine, the food was glorious! And quite a variation. Went there for lunch with my mum! The server Francesco recommended the best array of dishes and was the loveliest and friendliest. Would visit that place again!

Colourful place, the service was ok but the food was such a disappointment! The aubergine was not tasty and the octopus salad was non existent on a plate. It was more like a sprinkling than a salad! Won't return.
