Massamum de pollo ordenado: sin papas, aguado e insípido. Anunciado como papas según cualquier massamum normal. Le pregunté a la señora por qué no recibí un curry como se describe en el menú. Se fue a hablar con el chef y luego se colocó detrás del mostrador sin volver a mí. Le pregunté qué decía y ella me dio una excusa sobre "como el curry es una comida para llevar, no sacan papas". ¿Qué? ! ! Ella se reía todo el tiempo, así que no creo que haya entendido completamente la situación. Para 18 fue una pérdida de dinero absoluta y el arroz también olía a viejo. Una de las peores experiencias de comer fuera que he tenido en mucho tiempo. . . . . Nunca iré allí de nuevo ni ordenaré desde allí. Realmente no les importa lo que la gente piense, lo que me hace pensar. . . . . . . ¿Es este negocio real con este tipo de actitud insensible?

Everything was yummy, never tried the Korean inspired chicken spicy BBQ rice before but it was V good. Tooting Roll always great, Yakisoba also V good, Gyoza not really authentic but tasty all the same.

I order from here almost everyday and I always get the Pork BBQ. It tastes amazing every time. If I could order it everyday I would

The sushi platter was very small, more of a snack for the price of it. The quality of the platter wasn't good. The Udon noodle broth was unflavoursome and tasted like watered down soy sauce. I won't order sushi from here again

Really delicious sushi. But it was an hour late and the delivery man plonked the food in my hand without so much as a ‘hello’, let alone an apology, and walked off.

The food is excellent - we've ordered several times and can recommend the bento box. Salmon teriyaki is outstanding.

My last experience was disappointing but decided to give them another go. Glad I did because food and service back to previous high standards. Will order again soon

The delivery was an hour and and a half late, arrived in a Sainsbury’s bag and they didn’t offer money off from the order as an apology. I did stress this, however, they only offered a 50% discount voucher presuming I would wish to spend with them again. A simple refund would have been suffice as the food was actually quite nice. It’s a shame about the customer service.

NO STARS FROM US! Order took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive. The food was poor poor quality and tasted disgusting. I have never had such a terrible ramen experience. Very very disappointing and ruined a Sunday evening treat for my mum who sat miserable with her freezing cold dinner. Sadly we were unable to consume the food.

This restaurant is horribly inconsistent, crispy beef was chewy and rice was almost uncooked. Katsu curry was dark and thin. Won't be ordering from here again.

I will ill with a bad cold so fancied some fresh nutritious food so ordered miso soup and salmon ..had to order more food as there was a minimum charge so went for the pad Thai. I ordered through #Hungryhouse I will never use them again the food was cold soggy with congealed fat, no flavour. Awful I called to complain and the manager said he did not care and would not refund me so the food was thrown away. Rude and unkind so I wasted £20

The delivery man was rather rude and the restaurant were very unhelpful when I phoned , lovely food but late and cold , one of my orders was a chow mein and not a Yaki soba . Won't order again unfortunately

I have never left an online review before but I'm sad to say this meal has moved me to. Awful, awful, awful quality of meat in particular. Baked Spare Ribs £6.65 so full of gristle they were indistinguishable as to what animal or cut they were from. Mostly left this dish to the bin. Then a Beef Teriyaki Bento Box with Sirloin Steak £13.55, that contained a good portion of nice Japanese rice, a handful of glass noodle salad, 2 gyoza and 3 way overcooked mini vegetable spring rolls, but singularly the WORST beef I have ever encountered in a restaurant. Every mouthful, bar the very final mouthful, was just a thick slab of gristle attached to a thin sliver of meat. It was excrutiating to work through. If I were the chef this evening I would have been ashamed to send both those dishes out. If I were eating in the restaurant this evening I would have sent both those dishes back, and requested the house's opinion. I feel utterly ripped off by Noodle Express having spent £20 on just 2 dishes, and expecting far more for my money. A disgrace, I am sorry to say.

Noodles very rubbery and dumplings undercooked. Small portion ramen and the prawns are fried that go in it, which means you'd need to eat them separately or the go soggy

The food quality overall is good. The New York roll was below average but chicken katsu curry, crispy duck and egg fried rice is all very good. The delivery could be better though - it arrived almost 15 minutes later than expected time. And the expected time was almost 50 minutes from the order time to begin with, so in the end we waited for way longer than an hour.

It might not be the most snazzy sushi if you're a snazzy sushi connoisseur but to the common sushi dabbler it is bang on! Well put together and an impressive menu with loads of options. Bonus prawn crackers also very much appreciated! Delivered well within time estimate so all in all very satisfied!

Sooo disappointed! We ordered sushi and the soft shell crab one arrived smashed. The omelette one was done hastily - all of them were done in haste it seems. There was only 1 set of chopsticks and just one fortune cookies... we ordered 5 types of sushi - way too much for one person! We used to order from this place a lot and a while back. Safe to say we won't again. The delivery time was the only thing good about this order unfortunately.

The onigiri was not what I expected, more like a rice sandwich than a riceball and it fell apart when picked up. The filling was very dry and flavourless. The sushi was pretty nice, but I felt the rice was a little bland and there was a lot of it.

I ordered chicken with teriyaki rice, it was like eating soup as the chicken was completely submerged in like water, and I had ordered a separated coconut rice, they did not mark which one was which one. The chicken was tasteless and the miso soup as well. Too expensive for this quality. Not ordering again.

Delivered an hour earlier than the requested time (to allow for sorting out my daughter's for bed) and driver reluctant to take the order back so accepted and rang restaurant to complain. When I did eventually get to the food, my order wasn't even complete. Not a great experience this time around!

The delivery was absolutely on time, the fish was fresh and delicious, I so had a particular request regarding my sushi and they satisfied it without any problem. I will surely order again.

You pay £2.50 for delivery and 50p to use your card so you expect some sort of service. Added 20 minutes to my delivery time. Should have been here at 21:30. I didn't mind that. But wait a minute. It's now 21:45 and My order on my phone said it had been delivered. And that the restaurant weren't taking deliveries anymore. .. It hadn't been delivered... .... and I was now getting hangry... Had to find the number of the restaurant then when I phoned it went to voice mail. I left a message and then phoned again. Then I had a short, unclear conversation about where my food was, if it had been made or if it was with the delivery driver.... let's see how long it takes to come now.... Foods alright but I've been a customer for years. Slacking! Delivery. Awful! Not the first time it has happened but DEFINITELY the last!

Sushi was quite average, lots of rice, not a great deal of finesse about it. Squashed when arrived and 85% rice despite ordering dragon roll and crispy roll (not crispy) Squid was gelatinous and damp and smelt fishy, did not eat more than one piece each. Duck spring rolls were nice and we ate all the free prawn crackers which tells you something about the food...not a disaster but not a place I will be rushing back to.

We spent 45£ in sushi and it wasnt nice. It was warm, the wasabi sauce was everywhere... We havent eaten even 1/4 of it! Quite dissapointed.

The food from this place is fantastic. Top score. But I had a terrible experience with delivery today. The order took 1h45m to arrive. The app said the order had been delivered for 30 mins and I had to call the restaurant twice before it actually got here. Better communication was needed at the very least.

Before ordering delivery time was estimated 8pm. Once order placed it was 8.40. Thai green curry had 1cm of oil on top and tasted sweet. Sushi and other starters were nice.

Order arrived 40mins late Dishes seemed sub standard quality compared to previously and not as fresh. Prawn crackers are normally free for Orders over £25 but we're not included. Disappointing as we are regular customers
