Your price hikes are off the scale! Putting things up by £2.50 or more is just robbing! Will never use you again and I hope everyone else sees your price hikes and avoids you!!!!!

Had the best ceaser salad and truffle parmesan fries here, the staff were absolutely lovely and service was quick.

I really, really wish I could recommend this place. I've ordered from them many times and the food is good. However, they have totally blew it as far as my family are concerned and we will never be ordering from them again. I am absolutely scunnered with the frequency with which they "forget" item(s) on your order or just give you the wrong thing from what you ordered - no matter how small or simple your order and no matter what measures you take to reinforce your request - guaranteed they'll still get it wrong. It's as if they deliberately try to mess up, cause it feels like surely they couldn't get it wrong THAT often, but I'm not exaggerating when I say that must be 5 times in a row now they've messed our orders up. They just don't seem to take any care at all in ensuring they fulfil your order properly, and if you call them up to dispute, there's a good chance you'll get some cheek off them. On one occasion we even ordered from their website almost a whole hour before their closing time. And they called us up to unapologetically inform us they're closing early, they wouldn't be fulfilling our order and if we want a refund, we'll have to chase it up through our bank. We've been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but today was the final mess-up we're willing to tolerate at this point, sadly. As much as I'll miss their lovely chicken noodle soup, I no longer wish to support their awful service. I absolutely cannot recommend.
