We came for the 12 wines of Christmas on Saturday and had a great time! Rachel who ran the event was knowledgeable and friendly plus the drinks were obviously great! If it hadn’t cost us as much as the event in taxi fees we would be there regularly! Can’t wait to visit the pub in Audlem next given it’s much closer!

Wonderful food, wines and gin in this small venue. Natasha and the team provide great service. The wine and gin blind tasting is fun and good value. The shared platters are superb.

What a gem of a place this is! Relaxed atmosphere with attentive owners and staff. Came here impromptu with my husband to celebrate my birthday whilst travelling on our narrowboat. Was able to book my table on line with timely confirmation of booking. We were given a warm welcome and taken to our table. There was a place to put our wet coats and umbrella so we could relax in comfort. The wine flights invite you to have a bit of fun as we try to work out which wines we’d been given…they were all interesting with good depth of flavours. The food follows a Mediterranean theme based mostly around cheese but other dishes are available, fresh flavours, deep toppings with an emphasis on the natural and the unprocessed, keeping carbs to a minimum, and this includes the choice of snacks. In no time at all we felt like we were returning locals rather than random strangers. We will definitely find a way to return to this fabulous wine cellar! Thank you so much for a memorable evening. We have been twice now and the staff (Natasha and crew) are always friendly. The wine flights tasting is really fun and there are some excellent wines to try. The food is also great. Good quality, well presented and delicious. This is a favourite date night of ours.

Having a leisurely walk along the canal at Market Drayton we came across this lovely wine bar. We came off the canal walk at bridge number 63 and there it was just a few steps away. What a beautiful hidden gem it is. Being a very hot day we called in for a cool drink to cool us down. I have to say the nicest Aperol Spritz I’ve had. It has a huge selection of different wines, beers and cocktails. They do have food but unfortunately we’d just eaten and didn’t sample the menu. Wish we’d waited until we’d arrived there, everything on the menu sounded delicious. The place itself was very up market and on trend with a great atmosphere. We had a chat with the manager who so so lovely and friendly. We felt so welcomed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and will certainly tell family and friends.

Thank You Nomad for hosting a memorable baby shower. This place is a little gem in Market Drayton - fabulous food, perfect presentation and a super celebration enjoyed by all. From initial contact with Rachel through to the event the staff were totally professional and engaging. A warm and friendly welcome, a pleasantly relaxing venue, lovely choice of drinks. The range of wines is impressive, along with the knowledgeable guidance if required. They also have a few, but exceptional quality spirits.

We had a lovely afternoon at Nomad. Our gourmet platter was fab! Good wine & beer too. The service was very good & there was a lovely atmosphere. I recommend.

We stumbled in by chance having moored up our canal boat nearby and were delighted to have done so. A decent selection of wines and interesting beers catered for our party, and the wine tasting flights added a bit of fun to proceedings. The (co) owners were very friendly. It was nice to try out an independently owned place like this and I thoroughly recommend it for a bit of wine tasting or to grab a bottle to take home.

These guys are just the best! I hosted a wine tasted just before Christmas and Rachel and Cameron were fabulous. All my guests had the best time. I'd love to do this every week ... Oh wait! I can, because now they have their Tasting Room! Happy, happy times :-D

We have done several wine tastings with Nomad Wine and every one has been exceptional! Originally virtual tastings (due to Covid) but our most recent experience was an in- person champagne and wine tasting hosted by Rachel and Cam at our home, which was just brilliant! Rachel was so helpful and tailored the experience to our exact requirements. She is so friendly and bubbly and her enthusiasm for wine makes her such a brilliant host! The entire afternoon was full of laughs and we learnt a few things about wine too! Our friends commented just how much they enjoyed themselves too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nomad, whether you’re looking to simply buy some really amazing wines, or organise a tasting of your own. Absolutely love Nomad wines!

Rachel was excellent it was a perfect blend of information and entertaining. In the lead up to the event no question was too small or too silly. She was so very helpful. The evening ran without a hitch, the guests had a brilliant time and we look forward to working with Rachel again.

The wine facts, the quizzes, the hampers, the wine, the cheese, the invitation, the bottle stoppers, the personalised 30th stamp... Rachel and Cameron went above and beyond and hosted an amazing lock down birthday evening with delicious wine and cheese!! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

Had a great evening and Rachel was very helpful and informative. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday with about 10 friends and Rachel made it personal by adding family photos to the presentation.

What a fun Valentine, wine and jazz evening!

Rachel was the perfect host for our gorgeous 6 champagne zoom tasting. Such a lovely, open, funny and knowledgable lady. This was an absolutely amazing evening, enjoying incredibly tasty wines with the perfect accompaniment!! Whilst Rachel was always there to help and direct us (and have a giggle with us!) she was also a very natural addition to our evening, allowing us to enjoy our own group’s company too. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Both quality of product and personality!!

We did a Zoom birthday party for my daughter's 30th with Rachel from Nomad Wine and it was so very fun! We are in California and she is in London but she stayed up late to make it work for us. She helped us select some wonderful champagne which we had shipped as well as some wine that we were able to pick up locally. She gave us an informative presentation while we tasted and laughed. I would highly recommend!

This was the best virtual tasting we've ever done! Rachel is extremely awesome and knowledgeable. We tasted two champagnes and two still wines. All were absolutely delicious! Rachel recommended some cheeses to go with our wines and it just made everything that much better! Who doesn't love wine and cheese? I will definitely be ordering more wine for my collection!

Well what can I say! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish! Like many people my 50th plans were thrown out of the window but I knew I still wanted to celebrate my milestone. A friend recommended Rachel and Nomad Wine and after the first email, I knew that Rachel completely understood what I was wanting and delivered it with style, humour and panache. From the invitations she sent, the beautiful packaging of the wine and the notes to accompany them and then the actual wine tasting, it was all first class. Delicious wines and superb knowledge from Rachel to enhance the experience. We will be ordering them again Cannot recommend highly enough. Just wish I could do it again this weekend!

Fabulous Wine from a young family business with a personal service second to none. Wine tasting on line during the Covid restrictions but I think once we can all venture out again these will offer legendary evenings for social gatherings of all ages -

Being able to order individual bottles easily through the website meant I could choose the perfect gift for my parents and for my brother, based on the descriptions they offer for each wine. The wines arrived quickly, beautifully wrapped and I had such a lovely personalised experience from this great small business. Knowledgeable, professional and excited to share their wines with you!

So many holidays we have always loved the local wine, and got back to the UK and thought we wish we could get wine thats not the usual bog standard supermarket wine. And now we can 🥰🥰🥰

We are big fans of Nomad Wine and their ability to ship unique, delicious wines to the US. On a trip to France, we learned that the French keep the best champagne (which comes from small family producers) for themselves. This includes Damien-Buffet from the small village of Sacy. We ordered from Nomad and got a case in the US in under 3 weeks at a price comparable to the very best deals on champagne you can get in the States. Except that Damien- Buffet is ten times more fresh and delicious. We look forward to discovering other new gems from Nomad Wine!

We met Rachel while vacationing in France in 2014 and spent a wonderful day learning about champagne from the lovely village of Sacy. We were so pleased to see she was offering champagne from Sacy’s Damien-Buffet in her new venture, Nomad Wine. Ordering a variety case was simple and easy and we received our order in the US within a couple of weeks. When the case arrived we immediately chilled a bottle of the Pinot Noir, which was quite delicious. We can’t wait to try the other varieties! We hope to see you again for another tour and look forward to placing more orders.
